I purchased “sticky gems” for my daughters 100th day of school shirt. The package said there were 100 in the package. When I got home with them, there were only 76. I called the store to ask them if my daughter could put the 76 on the shirt and then come back to get 24 more. The lady told me that she would sell me another package at a discounted price. What?! I paid for 100, I expect 100. So she told me I could bring the whole pack back and return it and get another pack. I have 3 small children, I don’t have time to run to the store multiple times and count the gems to make sure there is 100. Michaels has officially lost my business. I will shop Hobby Lobby from here on out.

I was hoping for a better selection of yarn. I know that they cover a broad selection for different hobbies so suppose they have to choose smaller selections to cover more hobbies. I was just disappointed in my choices for yarn and tools.

Big store. Lots to offer. When you find a staff member they are usually busy walking away. But the cashier is usually nice. Even if they aren’t cheerful, they are fast. So that’s a point earned. Unfortunately, I called about a product and was simply told, “yeah, we don’t have that.” But I knew it was carried there. I was just calling ahead to check it was in stock. I even told her where it was and on what endcap.I used the app and saw availability and drove thirty minutes to pick it up off the shelf myself exactly where I had said it was. I should’ve done that in the beginning.I’m only giving four stars for the product availability, sadly not for the staff. If you are self sufficient and know exactly what you are looking for and can use the app to find it, great store. If you need help finding anything, it might be a bit harder at this store.

Decent selection of entry-level professional oil painting supplies. The majority of items you find here, however, will be for a hobbyist or student. Some of the sales staff are informed and know what they are talking about, others stand on their phones and are clueless. Educate yourself before going to make your life easier.

Katy is the worst store manager I've ever met. She is so fake. She has told multiple lies to my face and on the record. Her behavior is vapid and shallow.She connived me into a corner where I had no choice but to either impugn my own ethics or violate her personal wishes. And she blamed me when I chose to honor my values. Absolutely no compassion for the impossible situation she put me in.She regularly demonstrates an inability to empathize with other people. I've never seen her actually honestly connect with another human. I feel so bad for her kids to have a mom with such sociopathic behavior. Wouldn't surprise me to learn they're the future mass murderers of the US.

Nothing is stocked but they deserve 5 stars for existing as an option for gay people who refuse to spend a dime at Holy Lobby. Purchasing online solves any stocking issues. Staff was friendly and helpful framing a preserved insect for a Christmas present for my brother this past Christmas. All staff is always friendly and helpful

Bought two candles today and the cashier didn’t wrap them in anything, just placed them in the bag. One of the candles broke. Called and asked if they could hold one for me til Monday because I won’t be back that way til then, and I was just told to keep the receipt.

Great art supplies, notable better company than hobby lobby. Great framing and wire hangers in my experience. Sometimes I have the best conversations with occasional store clerks at checkout asking if I paint and what. People pay terrible costs for tuition at masters of fine arts programs, in part just for this kind of connection, community, and intelligence. Thank you.

Been shopping at this location since it opened. Associates consistently rude and treat you as an inconvenience. During my latest visit, the associate that checked me out scanned my coupon and took it off before I paid, costing me a considerable amount. Online inventory is always inaccurate and associates, of course, have no desire to help you find anything. Entire company needs to be retrained and taught proper customer service skills.

This store has so much to offer. I spent so much time looking at yarn, floral decorations, scrapbooking supplies, frames, and sewing supplies. The whole store was very organized and I loved that the clearance items were at the front of the store. The ladies were very helpful and offered assistance. The cashier was very friendly and personable. I will definitely come back.

Love this store! Prices kinda high but in line with other craft stores. Not a good place to go for sewing supplies they only have the bare minimum and no fabric at all. They have a huge selection of die cast supplies and vinyl.

Great sales staff. I could not think of the name of the item I needed. After being articulate with my hands in trying to explain, the sales person knew exactly what I was looking for. She immediately escorted me right to the area where they could be found. Great store.
