🎇🦅 HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!! 🇺🇲🎆I'm very disappointed that the 'Military Discount' is not applicable towards anything of worthwhile VALUE anymore. Also, you have to download an app in order to access a new QR code each visit instead of showing ID or providing name & phone number. Home Depot has done the same. If businesses don't want to offer a Military Discount, then don't, making veterans & active duty jump through hoops to use it is obviously a discouragement to not use it. Candy, soda & miscellaneous 🐂💩, but not appliances, carpet install, you know, actual home projects. Recently I purchased paint & a cashier said the discount wouldn't work for that but it worked for the drink I also purchased during the same visit. The staff are helpful & friendly & knowledgeable, if they don't know something, they find out what's what. Below are pics of carpeting, paint & planters/ plants. We're almost always doing home improvements. Below are pics, not in-depth, of a few of our DIY adventures.As far as the shrinking discount is concerned, I'll go elsewhere & get more bang for my buck, unless I want a soda & am not on a military installation. 🥂

Hit or miss shopping. Some items were out of stock or just plain hard to find.Biggest disappointment was lack of assistance from staff. Some because just could not find anyone, or they were not knowledgeable where items were located. Or what I was buying the correct item for my project? And on more then one occasion, the incorrect item or instructions were provided.Last visit went in with a shirt list of what I thought were simple items. One or two I could have used some guidance with. Sadly I was directed to the wrong place as to where items were. And could not find anyone to get items locked up or restricted access to. And one gentleman while friendly was not able to answer my questions. Requested someone come to help but after too many minutes and no one showing up, I left with no purchase and a waste of 30 minutes I will never get back.Miss small local hardware stores.

I just had an interaction with a gentleman by the name of Darth. I am also in the customer service industry and he really just brightened my day! I genuinely just stopped him for a second to ask a question and found myself standing there talking to him for 10 minutes. There is something to be said about someone who will take the time to be kind!! I hope someone gives him some recognition for this because he certainly deserves it

Don’t buy any gas powered lawn tools, they are a joke and won’t stand behind any warranty they advertise…… do your self a favor and go to a actual dealer, worst I’ve ever dealt with.

Spring has definitely sprung! Found flowers I have never seen in retail before. Iris!! Plus a peaceful color or hydrangea I probably need to add to my collection! This store is always tidy. It is sometimes harder to find a helpful human at this one tho.

I was buying a lawnmower and it said that you get a leaf blower and a grass trimmer with your purchase of the lawnmower. But, when I got here to pick it up, they said it wasn't included. Even though the last time I was here, they said you get the leaf blower and grass trimmer with the purchase of the lawnmower.

Found a planter online that I needed to match another one. Called ahead to confirm the item was available because this was the closest store and I traveled 2.5 hours to pick it up. When I got there, the item was there but broken. I could have fixed it but asked for a discount since I called ahead and wasn't told it was broken, on top of me needing to fix it myself. A 10% discount would have been $9. I was told that too many outdoor items had been discounted and they already lost too much money. Another employee went on further to explain that instead of discounting anything else, they were just having to throw items away so they could be reimbursed by the manufacturer. I have shopped at Lowe's for years, and this has to be the worst experience I have ever had. 5 hours of driving and $40 in gas just for a bad experience. Ended up talking for 4 different staff, not even an apology.

Best deal on my new washer and dryer. All around experience with this purchase... A+Car full of Ferns!!! I had help putting them into the car and everything. That along with a few pieces of fencing.. I love this place. Staff very helpful and courteous.

Lowe's is useless, you can never find help or what you're looking for. You ask someone that look on their phones and direct you to someone else or to a different department. Which in the end you've spent precious time and still haven't found what you've been looking for.

Great place to purchase Sherwin Williams paint, but the employees in the Paint Department do not know a whole lot. I'm not sure if he was new but he tried to tell me there was not a "Bright White" in the kind of paint I was buying but just bought the same paint & color a few days before. Need better employees for sure! ⭐ ⭐

Frank the worst store manager ever!! Poorly ran store! Employees are always right and customer is wrong no matter how much you spend. Frank would rather refund your large order then deal with the problems. Our contractor went to the pro desk to pickup our order placed the day before in the morning @ 8am. A heavy set girl that wears leggins all the time said the order was not ready. Even the guy that was loading apologized to the contractor it was not ready, it would be 3 hours. Contractor had his crew and Offered to help pull the order, the girl said we are not allowed to. Cost everyone a days worth of work. Frank did not care, then starts asking are you sure you asked for the order to be ready at 6am. We do numerous orders, not new at this!!! Frank likes to talk down to you, or maybe because we are female running a renovation company. Frank hangs up because he would not answer questions and was sticking up for his employees!!! Before he hangs up he says I will refund your order. He is totally missing the time he cost us and the time it takes to put an order in to begin with!!! Did not think we would be upset, yet after hanging up on me calls back and says the order has been there all day yesterday. That is amazing when we called it in at 4pm. Frank you are the worst! You should never treat customers or pro customers like you do. You should be FIRED! We will NEVER shop in this Lowe's again!!!

Terrible customer service, delivery/installation services. Purchased washer and dryer. Sales person dishonest and 2 sets of delivery/install people dishonest. Lowes did "appease" the bill, but certainly not to my satisfaction. Had no choice but to accept. All I can do now is take that as an indication what Lowes thinks of my business and future business, and find another who does appreciate it.

Lowe's had everything I was looking for to build more shelves in my closet, laundry room and hallway closet. I wanted to use some vanilla gift cards which is why I was waiting in line at a register, but a worker said I could go to self checkout. Turns out she had no way of typing in the amount on the card then slide it to take off the amount. I ended up using Lowe's gift cards and just paid for the rest. I'll just use my other gift cards at Walmart.

Has lots of flowers, shrubs and plants. The prices have gone up substantially since covid-19. Spent over $65 on this small group of flowers and potting soil. Ouch!

Poorly managed. This is a problem in all Lowe's stores, but this is hands down the worst I've seen. There were no lumber carts or flat carts available and the store wasn't even busy. I walked the lumber aisles looking for parked carts and then went to the contractor desk and asked where all the carts were. The cashier asked the loader if he could find me a cart, so he went out into the parking lot and found one. When he came back with it he said that was the only cart on the lot and he didn't know what was happening to them lately. So I went to do my shopping and, as usually, I had to find some very specific parts to do a very specific thing. I spent fifteen to twenty minutes selecting the right parts and had them on my cart. I parked the cart out of the way and went down the fastener aisle to find more very specific parts which took another ten minutes or so. When I came back, the cart and the parts I'd spent all that time hunting down were gone... of course... because it was the only cart in the store... why wouldn't someone else need it just as much as I did. After searching out another cart I realized where they'd all gone. All of the carts were being used for stock. They were all just setting on various aisles throughout the store loaded with merchandise. So I emptied one onto the floor in the middle of the aisle and did my shopping... again. Typical Lowe's.

I purchased new flooring for my entire home and had them install it and other than the delivery(which really needs work) they did an amazing job. The installer was professional, did a wonderful job, and cleaned up his mess. Job well done! Special thanks to Becky the flooring specialist who was a joy to work with and also Justin the manager., and the flooring manager( I forgot her name sorry) The three of them made my experience there wonderful. I have to add a special thanks to the flooring manager who went way above and beyond when the delivery team delivered part of my order to another job, she went to that job, picked up my order and brought it back to the store. I feel confident using the Bristol TN Lowes for all of my future installations. Job well done!

Used to be my home away from home. However, since they took the veteran’s discount away for building supplies, Home Depot gets majority of my money. Plus, who designs the bathrooms at Lowes? The toilet paper dispensers are too low to the ground. To think, they ask me if they can do a free install quote. No thanks, your bathrooms show the quality of your installs.

Do yourself a favor and do not buy any appliances from Lowes and the extended warranty is terrible!! Samsung washers suck and so does Lowes customer service!! Over 60 days and my washer still doesn't work correctly!! I wish I could rate lower than 1star

I come to this location today with my mother. My son threw a toy in the toilet I had to go to Lowe’s and get a toilet seal. I asked this lady could she help me she was rude as hell. Did not help me nor did she call someone to help me . She was rude as HELL my mom is 50 yrs old she don’t know anything about plumbing or toilets .
