We have had so many good experiences with Jones AH, from the ease of simple checkups to compassion shown during the loss of my 16 y/o feline baby to Dr. Bodenhurst taking her time to earn trust with my GSD who has severe anxiety. They have saved a foster pit that I had from heartworms and my daughter's puppy (at the time) from PARVO. We are currently having a dental issue and another medical issue that is being taken care of with them. I highly recommend them!

I love this animal hospital. They are the best around! Been going here for years! My dog oochie doesn't really like it but he don't like anyone other then me lol but all the vets here are awesome and very kind, the guy that works the front desk is my favorite!!! He's always so sweet!

I brought my 7 yr old Bombay kitty, Leo, to see Dr. Kirby beginning of this month for the first time. She was GREAT ! So lucky to have found such a capable and caring vet office. I could tell by how relaxed Leo was with Dr. Kirby that he was totally comfortable with her as well. All that and I was presently surprised to find the charges for the visit to be half of what I expected. Calm, welcoming office atmosphere- pleasant, intelligent, caring staff- loving, caring, dedicated doctors - a major win-win for my beloved Leo AND my peace of mind. Thank you!

Called mid morning and explained that my dog displayed symptoms that could indicate a urinary tract infection. They were very accommodating. They told me come right down and they'd fit us in.Everything was done on site...the urinalysis, and the ultrasound - very efficient.Meds were dispensed on site also.Very pleased.

This is the second rabbit I've brought there to get fixed. One of the only vets around that see rabbits. Definitely the only affordable vet for rabbits. Would recommend them to anyone with bunnies

Have a miniature dachshund that quit using his rear legs. They've been taking great care of him. Slow go getting any movement back. Great people, even called me to check on him.

We can not even begin to say how wonderful everyone is at Jones. Our cat was severely injured and they were able to see her immediately even though we had never taken her there before . They had to perform surgery to help but they were diligent in keeping in touch with updates multiple times a day until she was able to come home. Very informative with what they were doing and very lovable towards our fur baby. By the time she had the all clear to come home they were treating her like family. We couldn’t ask for better care. We were also very pleasantly surprised by how reasonable they were on their prices. 10 out of 10 would recommend anyone taking their animals to this vet. From your first minute in, you will know your animal will be in good hands.

I have loved bringing my dogs here over the years but recently they’ve been very careless with my older dog’s paperwork. They lost his file with his medical information several months ago and today I learned that they did not care to find it or recover his info when I requested copies for both of my dogs info so now I cannot get him into his new groomer for several months.Thank goodness they didn’t mess up my newest fur babies file since he’s going away to a training program that requires his information. What upset me the most is when the lady at the desk acted as if I hadn’t been bringing my dogs there for the last several years. My older pup has had several problems that they took care of but apparently according to her I was just lying. I unfortunately have to switch to a different vet that cares for every fur baby they see and has professionalism. My mistake for thinking highly of Jones and thinking they would find his file when they realized it was lost months ago. Not sure why his info was not filed on their computers and why they are not using both computer and paper filing. It seemed to me that they did utilize that because my dogs names pop up when my names typed in so obviously my dog has been going there receiving treatment.

Dr. Kirby is a stellar vet; she’s caring, knowledgeable, & transparent. I have the utmost confidence in the clinic staff and appreciate the quality of care they always provide. Bristol is fortunate to have these folks to care for our pets!

Great experience at Jones Animal Hospital! The staff was warm and welcoming and Dr. Del Gaudio was amazing! He spent the first few minutes on the floor loving and getting to know Cash. Definitely recommend!

My doggos LOVE this place!! My fiance and I moved to Bristol about 8 months ago. We got our dogs into the vet as quickly as we could so they've been going there for about 6 months. They helped us care for our aging husky, who we unfortunately had to put down. The vets and vet techs at Jones made that whole appointment so peaceful and comfortable both for me and Noki. We now have two rescue pups who both have severe trauma in their background. Everyone at Jones does everything they can to make sure that these babies have safe, happy visits and take the time to actually bond with them. Each time we go back, I notice my doggos recognizing the staff and relaxing with them. Love this place with all my heart.

I’m giving them 1⭐️ for sharing my personal information without my consent and for the unpleasant conversation with the individual that followed afterward from that shared information. They told me they would call me back and instead gave my number to someone outside their clinic. I may change or delete this review later but I’m pretty upset with them right now so it’ll stay this way.

Y’all when I say these people went above and beyond, I mean they went above and beyond! My poor cat, who had an abscess on his leg to begin with, got out of the cat carrier right when we were about to enter the building. He ran and hid under a parked vehicle. I was in tears. The techs came out, went under the parked car, and were able to retrieve him.When we finally made it inside, quickly got checked in and put in a room. Everyone from the front office to the vet was super friendly. Would highly recommend coming here for your fur babies!

Dr. Allen is the best! I have 3 ferrets and he has cared for them well. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. The office staff are amazing as well .Ferrets are funny little animals and Dr. Allen knows all about them. I would never take them anywhere else.

I saw that people were posting good reviews and their pets so I thought I would too. Very nice people, and speedy service. Was out within an hour both times.His name is Teddy Bear.AKA: Mr. Fat Bear, Mr. Bear, THE fat, The one and only Bear, Ted bear, señor fat bear, waddles, old man, old fat man, sir fat bear, sir bear, and Ted.We love our fat old man and the people at Jones Animal Hospital took very good care of him.

Jones' Cat Clinic is wonderful! The staff and doctors are friendly and caring. Taking scaredy cats into a vet where there aren't barking dogs seems to cause less stress for cats. I definitely recommend them.

Vets were extremely friendly, thorough and attentive. Listened well and had lots of practical and diet advice for care of geriatric yet energetic cat. Immediately knew how to treat her issue and gave follow up treatment instructions at a really reasonable rate. Will keep bringing her back. Bijou is happier than ever!

I came in last week to get some Science Diet in the can for my dog she was having loose stool. And I didn't have to wait long or anything and they gave me what I needed and baby his back to normal. Thank you Joneses for helping my dog.

Great care of my dog. Generally polite and nice staff. They are way over busy, making for long wait times and difficulty in getting an appointment, but I don't take points off for that as it's really not thier fault. The communication between the scheduling and the doctor seems ineffective. The doctor wasn't sure why I came in for a time sensitive treatment. She said "I never read the notes".Other than that, had a great experience

I thought the staff there was decent. I had to have my beautiful dog Stevie Nix put down, and was having a nervous breakdown, and the staff was friendly and seemed to care. Also, they explained how the injection worked, and gave her a sedative first, which was a real comfort to me. She did not suffer from the shot at all, and went peacefully

Very thorough exam and diagnosis. Dr. Allan was amazing. He was so knowledgeable he saved us a lot of unnecessary tests because he knew exactly the steps to take and quickly found the problem. He was very gentle with Rusty and considerate of my Mother's feelings. Thank you so much for being so professional and compassionate during this sad time.

It's simple. Dr. ALLEN SAVED MY BABY’s LIFE! The whole team was awesome. They allowed me to visit as often as I wanted, I called SO MANY TIMES in between visits. Not once did I ever feel as if I was a bother or inconvenience. Since bringing her home I've had to call and ask 101 questions on her recovery, if this was normal or is that a problem? Again, They all treat me with respect and not once has made me to feel I'm a bother! I know what y'all really wanna know, the cost??? Right?? Well she spent 2 & 1/2 days w/ them, receiving iv fluid and meds. NOT QUIET $254. I paid MY PERSONAL VET, who seen her first, and they only had her 3 hrs and charged me $644 which had to be paid in FULL Before they would release my dog to me, I left with no answers and a very sick baby and BROKE AND A BASKET CASE! I'll NEVER take my dog to that place again! THANK YOU DR. ALLEN FOR THE CARE AND ACCEPTING HER AS A PATIENT OF YOURS FOR NOW ON!

First time ferret owner and had a sick fellow but found not many vets see them. Dr. Allen and team got him in right away on a couple of occasions and have answered multiple questions over multiple days. From my experience these are more than good Vets they are good people and have quickly earned the trust and business of me and my family’s fur children from now on!
