If you are looking for a truck & don’t have time to waste, ask for Nathanael!! He was awesome with getting straight to the point with everything we needed. We told him what we wanted, he showed us what he had and made sure we got what we needed right away. The process wasn’t as long as we thought it would be either! We stopped at other car lots before friendship ford and the salesman’s were trying to get quick sales & did not care what we were looking for- but Nathanael was honest, patient and straight to the point. (Not to mention everyone at friendship ford was very friendly and put off great vibes!) we had a great experience!

We brought our vehicle to Friendship Ford of Bristol for a factory recall service. The service writer was professional and validated the claim effectively and proficiently. The work was performed in a timely manner, but when we picked the vehicle up, there was a problem.I spoke with the dealership GM and Service Managers, explaining the problem. They immediately offered to investigate and correct the concern. The vehicle was brought back in to correct the discrepancy and they provided a loaner vehicle during this extended service visit.The company provided outstanding service and corrected the discrepancy without hesitation. They even went above and beyond to provide a great customer experience given this was a recall service that went sideways.I am very thankful for the professionalism and courtesy the Friendship Ford team provided throughout this experience. Chuck, the Service Writer, Jeff, the Service Manager and Lance, the General Manager were all great to work with!Friendship Ford has definitely earned my trust and respect for all our Blue Oval needs and I look forward to our next experience with them! Had some issues with our truck and took it in for diagnostics. I met with Chuck, a service rep, and he was beyond amazing! Chuck was welcoming, great with updates and information about our truck. I really wish customer service was like this everywhere. The staff as a whole is top notch! Drove from Nashville TN on 2/17/24 and made a deal for a canyon. These guys made it worth driving 500 miles round trip. Give these guys a shot and ask for Nathanael Cumbow. Contacted him On 2/16 via email with my trade. A few back and forth and we had a deal. Couldn't be more pleased. Great job Friendship Ford.

To correct my previous review. my mother bought a Chevy H HR that was total garbage from another one auto dealer. when I told her she need to find another vehicle she went to friendship. They sold her a twenty ten dodge grand caravan that had just over a hundred thousand miles. Here it It is five years later and it is still an amazing workhorse. We have just turned it Uber 269000 miles with no major repairs. Ever. great, thank you. Friendship board for looking out for my mother when other dealerships took advantage of her.

I went in for an oil and fuel filter change for F 250.The building was welcoming and comfortable as being home. Not a single employee that I came in contact with did not have a smile and ask how I was doing. Chuck my service rep is the best I have ever dealt with at any Ford location. I have been faithful to Ford 10 years . These people definitely the best. Give them a try I promise you it’s the best!

When the time came for car #3 I searched at every Friendship for what I wanted.. ultimately decided to go with another dealer and boy did I learn my lesson. Brandon Christian is the best dealership person we’ve ever worked with. He is honest, great at communication (he gave us his personal number), patient, and eager to explain the ins and outs of your new ride. Both my dad & I ordered Ford Mavericks from Brandon. I had to bring a vehicle to this dealership for a check engine light and over heating issue. Without making this review too long , I'll give you a short version.. basically, I had to bring the vehicle back for a recheck. The level of honesty at the service department is unheard of... Dee Dee was my advisor. She was outstanding... within a few hours, they took care of the issue, and I was back on the road... I'm starting to understand why Mitch has so many dealerships.. with this level of service, it's no wonder they sell as many vehicles as they do...

Traded my 2020 Ranger for a New 2024 Ranger. Nathanael was very helpful. I am a senior with health issues and need the running boards to get into the truck and needed them before purchase. Nathanael and another employee pulled boards from another Ranger and put them on my New Truck so I could safely get in. Very friendly people and much appreciate the extra effort.

My tire pressure sensors were messed up. I called on a Thursday, on Friday Friendship Ford had my car fixed and ready in about an hour and a half. The people in the service Dept., were all smiling and friendly. I had a very good experience with them. Now I hope I don't have to have anything else done to my Edge, but if I do, I will be calling on them.

Last week, I was having trouble with my truck and made the spontaneous decision to see if local Ford dealerships had any Broncos in stock and trade in my vehicle while I was visiting Bristol on business. By the end of the day, I walked away with an incredible deal on a new Ford Bronco - I cannot express how informative, kind, and cordial the staff at Friendship Ford were. ***SERVICE DEPARTMENT ONLY***My family had a real negative experience when we purchased our vehicle from Friendship Ford. Nevertheless, we took our car to the dealership for service. During one of our service appointments, one of the employees made a mistake that caused damage to our vehicle. The mistake was brought to the attention of Mr. Carrier, the service manager. He listened to my complaint about our vehicle and he knew about our negative sales experience. Mr. Carrier went above and beyond to address all of our concerns and helped to restore our faith in the dealership. All of this was accomplished by Mr. Carrier’s customer service, patience, and his true compassion for our family and how we were treated. We can’t thank him enough for everything that he has done for us. We still continue to use the service department for all of our service needs. I would definitely recommend the Friendship Ford service team because of the leadership of Mr. Carrier.

**SCAM** I’ll give one star just due to the fact that Israel was polite. I was solicited by Friendship’s sales dept. to bring my vehicle to them for purchase. I had my Yukon Denali for sale on Facebook market place and that caught their attention. They called me and asked if I would bring it over that it was priced right where they wanted to be, but they needed to inspect it first. I drove it 60 miles to them and their sales manager test drove it, took photos and walked inside. I told Israel he could give me a call and let me know their offer. He called a day later with an offer of $10,900 less than my asking price and my vehicle is cleaner than 95% of their inventory. What a joke and a complete waste of our time by them soliciting people to come to their dealership. Don’t fall for their SCAM.
