This is the best Five Below I've ever been to. The store was clean, well stocked, and organized. They also have a larger selection compared to the one in Kingsport. Staff was extremely friendly and eager to help if needed.

This is a great store to just wander thru. They have a very wide variety of items. All very well priced. The store is neat and tidy. I love to browse their books that seem to alternate pretty regularly.

Considering the time of year it is, I must say, the customer service was both festive and helpful. I found it to be a smaller location than I expected, but it had a lot to offer, although there were a lot of empty spaces. That's probably because of all of us last-minute shoppers hoping to grab a last minute gift. I look forward to visiting again, soon, when Christmas has past. Thanks Five Below!

Nice store, but nothing of interest to an adult. Mostly goods for children it seems to me. There is nothing wrong with that if you are less than 20 years old or buying for folks in that age

I love this store! Somewhere between a dollar general and outlet store. Most items $5, a few were understandably $10. Racked up here for my daughter's birthday. Highly recommend! 🙂

I absolutely love the store but today was a different story. I went in with 2 of my daughters. After getting a few items, we went to check out, no one was in line, so we went to self checkout, which is the majority if not the only form of registers available. I seen an employee stocking items in the store in the isle behind the registers. When we started scanning our items, the employee came to the register that was behind us, leaned against it, with her legs crossed and arms folded and watched us scan every single item. If they don't want to people scanning their own items, then don't have self checkout! We did nothing in this store for anyone to watch us the way she did.

My children love this store! Huge gummies, arts and crafts, slime, toys, cute shirts and tech items. I love it because you can't beat the prices. They even carry clothes, shoes, make up and tech items for me!

Would given this business in general 5 stars if they had more variety when it comes to makeup, home decor options, etc but I also shouldn't expect too much when the name of the store is Five Below lol 🤣😆. My 3 daughters absolutely love coming here to purchase items to decorate their rooms and home. I mainly go to this location for their pet items, makeup, nails, and cheap headphones or earbuds lol 🤣😆. Definitely recommend visiting this location and checking out the inexpensive prices on a somewhat variety of items. Also thankful that finally opened 2 locations in the Tri Cities region of Northeast Tennessee

Store was nice. Had a large selection of items. But I don't understand if it's $5.00 and below why they have items for $5.99 and $10.00 in the store??? But still nice. 👍🏼
