Very friendly folks, always eager to serve a customer and help them find anything they need. Unfortunately I feel like they are short-handed because they don't have their shelves stopped as much as the other location in Bristol off the Volunteer Parkway there's shelves are always stocked and always have the product they're supposed to carry.

Of 2 bathrooms, 1 was Out Of Order and 1 was locked because "it has merchandise in it". Generally, tho, it's well kempt, staff is decent, and hard to complain after watching a Jon Oliver segment on Dollar Stores.

They have a pretty good selection of new things in stock but I’m appalled at how filthy and disgusting their parking lot is. There is trash EVERYWHERE, it looks like a landfill. They need to hire someone to clean up and pressure wash their parking area because it looks trashy especially when you add in all the scraggly homeless people who hang around there.

Be careful when you shop here the prices are not as marked. Purchased 3 banner signs that were marked 50 percent off. I was asking the cashier why they were ringing up 5.00. This hateful woman came over and said that they were limited on space and it was only the easter signs that were 50 percent off. Well the easter cards were marked 2 for 1.00 and they rang up 1.00 each as well. I guess they were running out of space to put those out as well. If she was the manager she needs to be replaced.

How could you go wrong with a dollar tree? Things are more expensive now but they have also opened up the supplies that they provide. We do homeschooling and this place is absolutely amazing with homeschool products up until about 3rd grade. They have lots of readers and workbooks and essentially you could create your own classroom from Age 2 till about 10. Considering the growth of homeschooling I would love to see them add some more supplies for older kids.

Love the Dollar tree,but buddy those dollars add up REALLY REALLY fast..Go in there just grab couple items spent over 60 bucks ...I went i there hungary too tho,so got some junk food like I didn't HAVE abunch junk here at my dweeling...

I always enjoy Dollar Tree! However looking at most of these reviews it seems like someone has their friends and family members rating and saying how amazing they are as a cashier. My only issue with this store in general is that when you go in after they get a new truck (of new items) the store looks like a tornado ripped through the store. I don't have a favorite or least favorite cashier because most of the time they're nice but they all have those days when.. well... They're just not nice 😂 but I am familiar with retail and the up and down of a day at work and I understand that. However.. it does get on my nerves a bit that some people who have ONE REVIEW.. all say the same name about the same cashier and how amazing this same cashier is . It makes you wonder I guess.. others have at least reviewed a few other places.. the people who are talking so highly about one cashier in particular makes you think she has some people doing those reviews in her favor?? I'm not sure if that is 100% correct but it does seem very odd to me. . BUT personally I would just like to go into a Dollar Tree store just once or twice that actually has all of the products stocked and not in the middle of the aisles or boxes all over the floor AND has enough cashiers that people are not waiting on the other person who is trying to stock new items and then when the line gets to the back of the store have to run to a register and open up to clear the obviously very busy store.. these stores in my area are always busy so it would be nice if they hired the right amount of people for that particular store.

Was out of stock of alot of things. A man working there was working the register and 1 more cashier working with a LONG line to check out in both check out lanes and when I get to the register he says oh I'm closing this lane. So everyone in his lane had to move to the only other register open so the line got alot longer. After I checked out and went outside he was literally standing against the wall beside the doors outside smoking🙄Really? And like 10 people in line to check out and he is outside smoking. A store that busy at that moment and he goes on smoke break. Its ridiculous!

The stores pretty, seems clean as a new store should. Just went to check out and the cashier was extremely rude. She made ME greet HER and then proceeds to glare at me and was actually pretty snarky the rest of the transaction..who knows why..I was very polite...I work in retail myself and am normally pretty understanding of other workers in stores especially around the holidays. She also had her name tag pushed into her shirt so you couldn't read her name...surprise. Hate that her nasty behavior has to reflect so negatively on what was otherwise a nice store.

Dollar tree has several good brands a lot cheaper than you would find other places. I would watch on some of the food items because we have found some expired items while shopping. The store is clean and usually at least 2 employees which is plenty for this store. If you are looking for quick items this store might be a good choice for first stop to save some money.

We enjoyed our time spent looking at everything in the store. It was clean, also all of the employees were very nice. And everything was just a dollar. And some items you know is worth more.I would go back and shop again.

I buy most of my cleaning supplies here. It is a good place to buy cards (Birthday, Holiday). They have a wide assortment of things.

This is the store I frequent the most. Everything's a dollar and they have brand name things that you pay twice as much for anywhere else. I'm on a budget just like most people and DollarTree makes it easier for me to get everything my family needs n stay within my spending budget n even have extra left over to add to our savings account. I rate this store a 10 with 10 being the highest.

All things considered and regardless of the reasons, I am not sure how this place keeps it's doors open if the shelves are not stocked. The frozen/ refrigerated section especially was very bare.

We are lucky to have 4 Dollar Tree stores in my area. This was the first one and is still my favorite. The have a large selection of varies items and a friendly sales staff.

Almost never go to dollar stores, but needed a sardine can for a craft project. Scored 2 cans at a dollar each. The cats will be happy and I have my supplies.

I've always shopped at Dollar tree in other parts of Tennessee. I moved to Bristol and I shop there every chance I get. The reading glasses are very good

They have most of the things on shelf. It appears that they have a busy store . But a lot of turn over of work and some reason is slower because they have to do more than run cash register and work the shelfs. The of the things are good and work ok. For what you pay.
