They tech that answer the phone is very rude. I have never used this pharmacy. Doctors mistakenly send my medicine to this pharmacy. I would never go to the pharmacy the rudness of the tech that answer the phone they need more pleasant people to help people calling in that have a better attitude

This is the worst pharmacy in the tricities area! If I could give negative stars or no stars I would! The drive thru is so slow, the people who work there are so rude and lazy. 6 days ago I used the CVS app to submit my refill request for my stomach medicine. My husband goes by today and it is still not ready. The prescription isn’t even hard. They are in a card. You just push the pill out of the premade packet. It’s ridiculous! This place either needs to clean house and get all new employees or shut down. They should truly be ashamed of themselves. I’ve had to use cvs for 9 months now due to insurance coverage and it has been one issue after another when I need a prescription. I have never in 9 months had a prescription and picked it up with no issues at this cvs. They are so rude, slow and honestly dumb!

The pharmacy workers are always extremely rude. The wait in the drive thru is always 15 minutes plus. You can forget it if you have a question about prescriptions because the workers normally the lady in the drive thru is so rude and don't want to answer your questions. I don't recommend this location at all!!! If I could have given lower than a 1 star I would!!!!

Worst pharmacy ever! I used to use Walgreens until my insurance dropped them and I had to switch to CVS. This location is AWFUL! They stay confused about mine and my husbands prescriptions all the time! They will act like they didn’t receive prescriptions for you then send msgs to you about the prescriptions! They also never have anything in stock! Everything me or my husband gets a prescription for they call and say they are out of stock and need to contact the prescribing Dr for a different prescription for an alternative medicine. The new woman pharmacist there is a major B! She had a unusual name that I think started with a T (if I remembered it I would use it). She deactivated one of prescriptions (even though my Dr had just called it in) due to she felt “uncomfortable” filling it. It’s just a sleeping pill for my insomnia that I’ve been taking for months. She honestly has no right to act like she did! She jumped on to me because I have been “consistent of picking up my sleeping medicine when it’s due”. What?!? Shame on me for getting my medicine every 30 days when it’s due for a refill! This made her “uncomfortable”! I asked why after this long was this a issue now? She said well I am here now and it’s my discretion and i can choose not to fill it. This woman has serious control issues! No one in my life has ever had issue with filling my prescriptions, they are basic prescriptions. This woman though is not fit. Unprofessional the way she spoke to me and talked over me and also makes it her decision if you get what your Dr. calls in.Also they are soooo sllloooww! You go to pick up medicine they text is ready, show up, sit in line for 45 mins or longer with only 1-2 cars in front of you for them to say “oh it’s not ready yet. Will be another 20 mins”. This place has serious issues and that pharmacist needs to get over herself! Hope this place gets shut down! I will be switching to a different location at least!

I believe instead of shutting the one on volunteer parkway down they should of closed east cedar street down , the workers see you and stare at you half and hour to and hour before helping you , they are slow, and to beat it all I went to pick up my med , which they was late on filling, plus when I got there at 1:15 sat in drive thru Erich was 4-5 cars at 1:30 the car in front of me ND I didn't get our prescription because they closed the window ,we was already in line the whole time when your window shut . Going to choose a different pharmacy from now own. No I couldn't go in because I have 3 kids and a baby . That's what drive thru is for . But they slower than a sloth .

Everyone here has always been great to me, kind, understanding, informative and prompt service. That being said I myself need to apologize for giving everyone in the pharmacy area a little scare because I was displeased with their Narcan policy. I have a very deep voice and didn't mean to have the reaction that I did. I want it to be clear that I wasn't angry at any employee there but the policy itself which cost me $75 for something I did not need because I'm not an addict and I have common sense but it is what it is. Again I apologize for any uncomfortable feeling I may have given anyone and I hope we can continue business as usual. If not thank you all for the service you have provided me thus far.

Awful. Won't answer the phone. Worst CVS pharmacy in the entire Bristol area. Seriously? Hire better people! One star only becaause there is nothing lower. Fairmont is a nice neighborhood. They deserve better.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is awful. I switched my daughter's prescriptions from Kroger (Midway in Bristol) because we moved, and this CVS is closer to us now. BIG mistake.First of all, they can NEVER get her last name spelled correctly. It will be correct on one bottle and incorrect on the other. Secondly, they can't count. One time she was supposed to have 30 pills and was given like 55. Also, they are extremely rude and have attitude problems! The whole pharmacy staff just needs to be thrown away! I'm switching back to Kroger, where the staff is nice and know how to treat their customers with respect! I'll drive all the way across town to avoid the hot mess that is the E Cedar St CVS pharmacy!

I tried to give this pharmacy a fair shot before posting this review. I've had 4 experiences with this place now and all have been horrible. I thought the first time "maybe they're short staffed today and that's why it took 6 hours to count 30 pills". No. Horrible experience after horrible experience. It takes at least a day for them to fill any prescription. The drive through average wait time is 30 minutes with no cars in front of you. And don't you dare make the mistake of parking and going inside for faster service. I could drive 20 minutes away and go to a different cvs, get served and drive 20 minutes back home and it would be faster than going to this one which is 1.3 miles away from my home.

I’ve given this place so many chances seeing as they are the closest pharmacy to me but if I walk in the store and look for something, there’s someone near at all times. If I come to drop off a prescription and/or talk to someone, I get ignored as they greet others and fill their prescriptions? Do better.

Service was quick and efficient and given with a sunny smile. Also , they were happy that I had a prepaid pickup, because it saved them and me ( and anyone behind me) a waiting period, because processing takes time. As scouts say “be prepared”and be happy.

Drive thru is extremely slow. If rx pickup and drop off is going to take longer the customers need to be told to come back. I have been here two times and waited over 10 minutes with only one car ahead of me! It is currently now 8:04PM. Do not recommend for speedy service! Well 1/7/19 I officially switched from this pharmacy for both myself and my husband. I have had so much trouble here at this particular store. I came from Walgreens on the Virginia side and they were excellent! I dropped off a prescription on Friday and was asked when I wanted to pick it up so I chose Saturday. I went to pick up the 3 prescriptions and they weren't even put in the system yet so I politely asked for them back! Poor management! Prior to this the staff was very rude on other occasions if you asked them questions when there were busy too! We have on several occasions been promised the medication would be ready only to come back an hour after we were told and it still was not ready. Hope this helps senior management!

Great CVS. This is my local one so I shop this one alot. You know you're getting older when the words "these extra bucks are burning a hole in my pocket" come out of your mouth in front of a woman. super friendly staff and you can catch some great deals.

I love the staff I have only used this cvs since moving to Bristol over 3 years ago and I won't use another CVS as long as the staff are there pharmacy is the best and always so kind and understanding I really love them pharmacist is the major reason I really go there though the reason being is he is always willing to give information I need and always has a smile on his face sadly I cany give a higher rating

Terrible service. Had a death in the family, needed to go out of town, but also needed my medication 2 days early to allow me to do so. Long story short, had to miss it because this group has zero will to help or work with you. Terrible people, terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy or any CVS for that matter after this.
