Never use them for curbside pick up but today I did and the lady was so rude when I called in to let them know I was here to pick my order up. I understand it’s busy with the holidays and totally get it but don’t be so rude, if it wasn’t for the costumer's you wouldn’t have a job here and also I have a special needs daughter and it makes it difficult to come inside. I will not use This big lots for curbside pick up ever again!

The stores neat and clean everything seemed pretty well-organized although their clearance was separated into various different areas and the discount didn't automatically ring in. Three clearance items I was purchasing did not ring in with the discount. The cashier was very patient and made the adjustments manually.

Most of the staff is friendly & helpful. The store is always clean. One set of doors (right side) has been broken for a while. I don't like that prices stickered on the products or on the shelf label are NOT always the prices that ring up at the register. It's happened so many times with so many products - the first time I had to return 13 items to the store - I contacted the corporate office. They did not see it as a problem & told me to request the manager check me out so I can have any price adjustments made before I pay. I still shop here, but nothing like I used to before the price discrepancies. It takes too much time & effort to write down all the shelf tag prices & then check the prices on every item at checkout.

I love to shop at this Big lots. It is out of the way sort of but they have everything I need and more. They're decorations department is fantastic. I can always depend on them to have things that other stores like Walmart doesn't have. This one is a definite must if you're in our area.

I recently purchased two nightstands from this store. I did the online purchase and tried to do the curbside pickup. The curbside part would not work. But the store employees were all very nice and helpful. They brought the furniture out to my car and loaded them for me. Will definitely use this store again.

Looking for picture frames. The cashier came over to help. She was very nice and friendly. Got great deals on pools and accessories. They are moving things around in the store and it's going to be a lot more organized.

I have shopped at Big Lots for several years. It's a great place for holiday decorations at a very reasonable price. I make sure to check there first for seasonal items. You will be very pleased. Excellent return policy if your not happy.

Great furniture manager at Bristol TN store. Jeremy had so much patience and many helpful suggestions. The store is extremely clean and easy to navigate. WONDERFUL items and if you want the best customer service, go in when Jeremy is there...I guarantee a successful shopping trip! Love the bargains too.

Was quick and easy to get in and out. They helped us load the chair we bought. If you are selective in what you buy you can get some great deals.Some items are cheaper elsewhere, but if you selective you can get some great deals.

I love the store and shopped there alot until the last couple of times someone always is following me watching me I have worked in retail before and the floor walkers are not suppose to be so obvious. And the old man that brings in the shopping carts is creepy and Everytime he is there he follows me. And I feel that is disrespectful to me. I ha e never gave them a reason to follow me..😡

This my favorite place to buy dog toys and pads....they have 100 large dog pads for $15.00 dollars and I love their cosmetics isle....I always find name brands like CoverGirl, Revlon and Almay at cheap prices.....I always find the best stuff here to decorate my home....I really enjoy shooting here, to many bargains to mention...love it....

Don't let anybody tell you that their furniture ain't alright. If U don't wanna spend a million dollars on a sofa love seat recliner....they have Ashley stuff and others. This recliner is dang amazing. I love LazyBoy but I ain't spending $1200 when I can spend $300 or a high end $400 here & they wear well also

I love Big Lots! If I ever get my own place this is where I'm getting all my furniture. It's always really pretty and not too pricey. They always have great durable floaties for the pool but they go fast. I love the fairy garden stuff they have now. I find something I want to buy everytime I come in here.

This store is in need of help. It sits off the main road and i think that might be part of the reason business seems so slow. They almost always have just one register open so the line tends to backup. Use a card because they have not had change before when using cash. Occasionally you can find a bargain so its worth the random visit.

Unfortunately unless it's around the holidays, I would not recommend this place. Due to the horrible old grocery store that it's located in and like Ollie's it is all simply items damaged or flat out not of quality product.. However rare very nice ,name brand or quality products can be found...on a non constant basis.

Big Lots is open for business and are not honoring their 30 day return policy. They have changed the retun date at least 3 times from 4/16/20 to 5/01/20 to 5/16/20! Big Lots does not care some of their customers have been laid off from work recently and need to make a return. Such a scam to do this to people! I will not shop at Big Lots again! Shame on you. Bad business practice!
