My experience at Best Buy @ The Pinnacle today couldn't have been better. To my good fortune I was waited on right away by Geek Squad Senior Repair Agent Alexander Yates who diligently saved the day for me - he patiently figured out a malfunction of my phone that even the competing store I bought it from couldn't figure out. Yate's efforts have won my confidence (very important to us seniors) as well as my future business. Thank you Best Buy ! 👍

We bought a Range and dishwasher and got a delivery date during the rimes of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. I have waited all day and got a call saying it may be tomorrow. WHAT A POOR LACK OF PLANNING(at our expense)!!! We have spent quite an amount of money, with items in stock, and have given them a whole day waiting for delivery! This will be the last time I do business with Best Buy! No let's wait on a POOR excuse from those setting in offices drawing a paycheck for POOR PLANNING!!

They hire anyone as long as their white I guess, I went in for a specific item with intention to buy. Well this man walked up to me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and finally walked off. The next guy that walked up to me made the sale. Stop hiring dummies, the public has eyes.

I had recently visited the Johnson City location and left a negative review concerning the lack of customer service. It seems that it must be a coordinated system wide strategy. The service is just as bad in Bristol. No wonder they are closing so many stores. Just shop Amazon!

My husband came in to purchase a television for my daughter. He is disabled and had to drag a tv to the front by himself to check out because not one person in this store would assist him. If it was up to me it would go back. Do better Best Buy!

The new Pinnacle store is OPEN!! This store is amazing - wide open spaces and a huge selection of merchandise. The staff came from the stores that were closed in preparation for this store. I can’t wait to explore more of the store.Update: June 2021 - This store is back open for customers. We stopped in to get a cell phone screen protector - the cell phone desk was not staffed when we went in (maybe an hour before closing time). But the Geek Squad got me a screen protector and installed it for me! Love Best Buy!!

I came in to buy a cellphone. The woman in line ahead of me was being extremely rude & impatient with the clerk who was trying to give her 50% off of her purchase. I couldn't help but say a few choice words to the customer when she said rudely said 'forget it' & left. Even her friend that was with her apologized to the clerk for her friend's poor behavior. My experience was very friendly & immediately helpful.

I have been trying to place an order for 3 days and I've been on the phone no less than 30 mins each time. I also tried to order it through chat once and somehow we got disconnected. Now the price has increased because they never called me back like they said and they will not honor the price as seen when I tried to place the order.

Horrible rude staff... damage your merchandise when you take it to geek squad devide came back with screen covered in some solution and was scratched all.to hell brand new envy laptop this is crazy because it wasn't sent that way... they said wasn't their issue or problem it came back from service center that way.. we are taking this matter to court and already have a police report filed as well against the store

Curbside only? So weird to approach an open store that will not let you shop in person. I'm now sitting in the parking lot waiting and watching multiple confused and not so happy customers.One step closer to Amazon taking over. This will be the last time I shop at best buy.So sad I really enjoy seeing my choices in person.
