We enjoyed our 2 night stay in this hotel. The room was very large, clean, and fairly quite considering it’s right beside I-81. Would definitely stay here again. It is located right across from the Pinnacle so great location.

Always your best choice for clothing. Kohls has gotten so expensive. For a few dollars more, or less. I can have higher end clothing. Very well pleased with Belk.

We have shopped at Belk for years. The last time we visited, my husband noticed a sign in the jewelry department. Yesterday while in the area, we stopped at Belk to have a few items of jewelry repaired.He waited 20 minutes for assistance ..they called several times and no one showed up. When he finally was able to speak with someone, she took his chain and disappeared for another 10 minutes ..finally returning to say that they "ONLY repaired jewelry purchased at Belk." NO WHERE on that sign, states that! ( Might want to read your sign).Extremely DISAPPOINTED with Belk!!!! VERY POOR customer service!

Very close to MACY'S They don't have all the makeup counters that I'm used to but they have a clinic counter and I use clinic cosmetics so that is very nice! This is my first time ever being in a BELKS store but I will definitely be going back the staff was very friendly.

stopped by this store and was immediately overwhelmed with the strong scent of perfume or air freshener. It’s like they’ve doused the building in it to mask the unpleasant smell of the stained and dirty carpet. The building has Gucci handbags but does not have one square foot of clean carpet. Also the escalator was broken so we were detoured to the elevator in the back which had a shelf of edible treats and food. They had honey containers with honeycomb inside turned vertically which were leaking on the shelf and the surrounding items. Mine and my son’s hands were sticky and filthy after we checked them out. (We had no idea that they were leaking until we picked them up) Bottom line, this building is filled with expensive items that are housed in a gross environment. Purchase your items online or just check out the many clothing stores near this location.* also, the lady working the counter at the second floor could use an attitude adjustment. She was rude and obviously was not pleased with her current employment location.

I have been to the Pinnacle Belk twice in the past week. Once to return makeup and honestly the young girl had no idea what she was doing and was busy chewing whatever food she was eating.Today I went to pick up an online order for makeup. The lady working at the Estee Lauder counter was older and dressed inappropriately for her age. Leather mini skirt and enough makeup on her eyes to make up 5 women! She had no idea what I was there to pick up. Who knew you have to pick up online orders in the Shoe Department!!!!It has become impossible to get knowledgeable help in the cosmetics department.

I'm so happy to have a "real" store to go to. They have a great selection of good quality clothing. Having the ability to try things in before you purchase is great.Staff have always been pleasant and helpful. Returns are simple and straightforward. They have good sales and coupons.Overall, I've always had good experiences with Belk.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I stood forever (specifically at the Estée Lauder counter) waiting for help. Three women behind the counter chose to talk to each other rather than be any assistance. They need to be paid commission so that they might actually do their job and try to help someone. *I never waste my time leaving bad reviews, but they were very rude and unhelpful. It wasn’t even busy.

Found a king size comforter for 30 bucks and it's big enough I don't have to fight for blanket. They had an amazing clearance section of shoes for women, going to take my teenagers over there to look.

Super service from Teresa. She made us welcome and willing to go above and beyond when others down stairs didn't welcome our money or business. I got a new bridal set and LV bag and wallet. Don't judge a person's wallet by their looks.

I love Belk. My mother worked there for 25 years. I go often. Today we went for Christmas shopping and I have to say it was filthy. Huge dust bunnies on every bare floor and around base of the Nautica display racks. Every carpet had obvious dirt, leaves, and store debris. I was so disappointed. I hope it is cleaned up soon. Christmas shoppers will want to have a clean store. No one wants to work, lately, it seems.

Very nice selection of clothing, and also the place is super fun to walk around because it just looks so nice. I'm not a huge fan of clothing shopping, but when a store is as huge and well kept as this Belk is, then it makes the experience way better. Also, the employees were super friendly, and genuinely helpful. I looked around for about 10 minutes trying to find my size in jeans, which is difficult because I am really tall, but also have a very skinny waist, which not a lot of places accomodate. But after I asked, in about 5 minutes I was holding 4 different pairs of jeans, all with different fits for me to try out. I guess the only negative would be that the prices are very high, but you should expect that when you go shopping at somewhere nice. However, I do not understand why ties are so expensive. Like yeah they are nice looking but I don't think a tie should cost nearly as much as a pair of nice jeans.

i am very disappointed in the estee lauder service...i have ordered a comfort and a purse online and did not receive the free diamond earrings..my wife (robin johnson) ordered the charity to reserve the diamond cream from estee lauder (dalene)..she told my wife all u have to do is pick it up friday or saturday..when she came into pay and pick up her reserved order the lady that waited on her knew nothing about it..oh and she was suppose to get a gift bag...she was so disappointed..she was looking forward to getting her so called purchase ...she even spoke to the sales person that friday to let her know she would be there saturday...Dalene gave her her personal phone #..what can we do to make it up to her ...she is a Mother...Thank you
