If you love outdoor activities and animals, this is the place to visit. Everything you could think of to pick from plus lots of mounts and a live fish aquarium. Went at Christmas time and they have a beautiful set up for kids to visit Santa.

I don’t usually review stores like this but this is the best Bass Pro to which I’ve ever been. The store is huge and well stocked but the customer service here is just great. Y’all’s staff is so nice and helpful. I wish I had caught names so I could mention individuals but everyone we came in contact with was excellent. Obviously it made an impression because here I am writing about it hours later. Keep it up!

We were at bass pro shop in Bristol Tn my husband was looking for a fly rod. Let me tell you the guys at the fly shop there are amazing. They are highly knowledgeable so kind and courteous it was really great to see that there are still people willing to go the extra mile to make sure the costumer is really happy. I will definitely be returning for all my fly fishing needs. I highly recommend you do the same. Thanks

My husband and I love going to this Bass Pro Shop but I have one complaint, if your walking back to the gun area you will definitely get hassled with people trying to get you to buy a time share. I think this is very unprofessional. I think if your interested in something like that then you need to approach them instead of them approaching you. They need to stop hassling people.

Our experience here was great. My husband & I are from Ennice, NC. About an hour and 45 minutes away. My husband needed a fishing pole, we had lots of questions about tackle and just the rod & reel in general. TJ in the fishing department was super kind and very helpful and knowledgeable!

Let me start by saying, I have never been to a Bass Pro Shop before. I was kinda gobsmacked when we walked in at the decorations! It was amazing inside. These pictures don't so this place justice. There was all kinds of anything you needed for anything you wanted to do. The employees were all very nice and professional. The store was super clean, and the restrooms were great. My 3 year old wanted to take mommy for a treat to the amazing store, and boy was he right. This was a great location

Oh my goodness I absolutely loved my first visit here! I was like a kid in a candy store! The only thing I didn't like was being hit with a salesman even before we got passed the turnstiles, and then being stopped by to some lady that's trying to sale vacation packages. Other than that we had a wonderful experience!

As I'm zipping around the USA in my Sprinter van, I'm usually on the hunt for a good place to stop for the night. This Bass Pro is one that allows overnight parking and that's pretty darned awesome. A level parking lot, a quiet space and plenty of room to spread out. That makes it pretty good in my book.It is at the back end of a massive shopping center on the Tennessee side of the border, adjacent to I-81.

Just wanted to say thank you to SAM, ROBIN AND CODY at the bristol TN pinnacle bass pro shop they went above and beyond when a thief stole a pair of brand new boots from my vehicle.These 3 employees deserve all the praise and reward and I can't wait to thank them in person they got my property back and caught this person as well. Check your prices folks! They be ripping everybody off in here. 😉Ever since Basspro and Cabelas merged prices have gone through the roof. Be sure to check prices elsewhere before you buy from them. I purchased a Ecoflow Solar Generator system from Amazon for $100 less. When I asked Basspro to price match, they refused because the item was not shipped from Amazon.Here's the funny thing...Amazon ships this item straight from the manufacturer with free shipping...Basspro ships this item straight from the manufacturer with free shipping, but charges a $25 hazmat fee. There wasn't even a ship to store option for free.This is just taking advantage of their customers. They do not handle the product, yet they pocket at least $75 extra profit than their competitors for doing nothing more than passing an order along to the manufacturer.I'm done with Basspro after this experience, everything is over priced. For in-store needs I'll take Academy (who will price match) any day of the week.

Nice staff. It was hard for the guys in wheelchairs to get around. The floors are raised in some area and too high for ppl in wheelchairs to get over. If you're mobility impaired I would not suggest this store. It's hard to even get to the wheelchairs in the front of the store.

Wow, what a fantastic store!! I'll take one for my man cave😉😁 lol but we bought a 3 night 4 day vacation for $180.00 and have up to 2 years to use it to any of there wonderful locations! Not sure how long that deal lasts but they give you $75 back on a gift card upon your arrival! That's kinda hard to beat!

We love stopping here this store has it bowling and a restaurants its a great place for us when we drive south!Vetti from mens apparel was awesome! She was able to order a shirt in the size I needed and had it shipped free to my house! Awesome customer service!

I take my toddler here just to entertain him. Huge store with a great selection but the fish tank & vast selection of taxidermy are a big hit. Most of the place is set up like a wildlife scene. There’s a good variety of toys to buy from. Pinnacle park is a short walk down the drive.

Awesome Bass Pro 🎣!! I am a fisher. So I loved there Great prices and the atmosphere was amazing. Me and my kiddo had a blast. The aquarium was amazing. The store was Clean. The employees are very dedicated. 👍STOP HERE AT BASS PRO

Manager Angela Southers, I believe, is her name. Long blond hair is absolutely awesome. Not knowing she was off duty shopping, I asked for assistance. Once I realized she was off duty, I told her not to worry, I would find another associate. She insisted on helping me and did a great job. This is the second time she has shown great customer service. Gloria was checking me out. Again, another fine associate who knows how to provide great customer service

By far the best Bass Pro shops I have ever dealt with James service manager to Jake Williams, marine technician, boat sales electronics, fishing by far the most respectful, qualified people I’ve ever dealt with wish I can remember everyone’s name from the Service every single one of them very knowledgeable and grateful recommend anybody and everyone go there the best

We had went just for the Santa photo but enjoyed the whole store. Sant and his helpers where very nice and patient with our autistic son. Our son brought his wish list and Santa took the time to read through it and make comments about it. He even made a comment about the picture our son colored on the back. We also checked out the fish tank. While taking pics, an employee stopped and asked if we wanted him to take an everybody pic. He even did a little small talk. He was really nice and friendly. Store was very clean especially for the heavy traffic. I would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Who doesn't love this place? Guns, knives, clothes, boats, ATVs, and everything else you could think of all under one roof. They have a Santa experience every year with a free photo! This place is great.

Great place to go bowling, get a bite to eat, and shop! It is just a cool place to visit whether you buy something or not. Easy access from I-81, lots of parking, and so much to look at. There's even an aquarium inside! I just went in for one thing and stayed there for an hour just looking around, great place, friendly people, and so much to see!

They don’t have enough people working the firearms counter. It took roughly 45 minutes to get an employee to start paperwork for a handgun purchase I had made online. Not going to make any more online firearm purchases here. Transfers should take like 10 minutes tops.

Dreams come true in this store.Every outdoor fantasy... It's just so much to take in... Omg!My 5 year old was in fishing lure heaven.Just an all around great selection, spaced out nicely & visible prices, posted on displaysThe staff & sales people weren't pushy or over assertive. Drove 1 hour to look for some boots. Way too many options, had my size in every boot I liked. Found a pair for only $80 which is half of what I expected to pay! Wanted to look at the Ruger rifles, waited around for 20-30 minutes. Never got greeted by any staff member. Approximately 3 circulating behind the counter and never made eye contact with me. That’s whatever. Still pleased to find a good deal on boots

Well I would give 5 stars if they had better organization. My Husband and i took our 5 yr old at about 630 (mind u they do the Santa pics between 5-8pm and open till 9pm) when we walk in we're told photos are being rescheduled for the next day due to the wait. We were told there was an hr wait for pics with Santa. Which was extremely upsetting considering the event wasn't even over until 8 and they didn't close until 9. We literally drove an hr away to be told that! They also had little toy set ups for big toys they were selling for Christmas and the workers were so unorganized.Instead of making each kid take a certain time (as there was a line for everything) so every kid got the chance to play.. They were just standing there letting kids play games for 30 mins and none of the kids were able to even play.. My child is impatient but bless his heart he tried to wait and finally i just gave up. It was a horrible experience. I would recommend finding another event with Santa!!

Worst bass pro we've visited. Only one exhibit, hardly any merch compared to.other stores, which was very surprising due to the location, should've been as big as Nashville store or.others.
