We purchased a brand new top of the line Ranger boat 2 months ago. We loved it! We put it in the water for the first time, and this thing is what bad dreams are made of. The electronic system for the mercury engine was not installed correctly/broken, the float in the fuel tank was stuck on empty even though we had just filled the boat all of the way up. The auto bilge pump kept coming on, and this thing sounded like a fire alarm on the water with all of the things going wrong. Fast forward to over 30 days later and the Bass pro service center has yet to fix the boat or even give a legitimate expectation on when it would be fixed with it sitting in their possession. We’ve talked to every manager in the store, and at this point feel like we’re getting the run around on a 90k+ boat. They have offered no compensation for our troubles or even said much more than sorry. I would not recommend buying a boat from Bass Pro…. Because they are sorry… problem with Ranger, Mercury, Bass Pro Boat Center ongoing.

We stayed here overnight in a fifth wheel. They were very friendly when we inquired about staying. They have designated spots in the back. It was clean and well lite. There is a pond with a walking trail across the driveway. It was a nice area to stretch our legs after driving. There was a class A and a semi the nightbwe stayed. We appreciate Bass Pro shop for allowing RVs to stay overnite.

Great store but why do I have to tell every employee that is on the payroll that I don't want to sell my personal information to them for a break on a Cabelas credit card I dont need.

WOW!!!! This is an incredible place. Even if your not into outdoors, this place amazing. Just walking around the store the visuals are beautiful. From the fresh water tank full of different indigenous species to the animal replicas. This particular Bass Pro shop even had a bowling alley with and underwater theme. The people working there are very friendly and helpful, but not to the point of bothering you. Easy on/off from interstate 81 this place is in a huge shop complex with lots to see and do. Highly, highly recommend!!

Store was very clean and had a wide variety if outdoor items. Welcoming staff and some good deals throughout the store. My kids loved the big aquarium and all the taxidermy mounts of animals around the store.

I was needing a new life jacket and they had some on sale so I bought a premium one ( NEVER SKIMP ON LIFE JACKETS OR OTHER SAFETY EQUIPMENT)! Remember To WEAR IT TOO! They had some fishing line I was thinking about buying so I bought that too. They Do Not Have Any Turkey Ammo neither did they have any Ammo "Sorry they had a few boxes of rifle ammo I think". They need to have some people in the hunting department to help people who are needing some camo and stuff and it wouldn't hurt to have someone in the boots either. The people in the fishing department were busy putting out more merchandise and stopped to make sure I found what I was looking for! Over all I had a good time shopping!

This store has the largest supply of fishing necessities known to the retail world.Every color and every shape lure, fishing pole, net and gadget anyone could think of. Great service. Went to get pictures of my kids with the Easter Bunny. That was by appointment only. And they had a pretty good sense of humor about it. When there was no line at all. But overall great service!!

They had very helpful staff. All but 1 thing I was looking for was in stock. The 1 thing I needed was a very nice salesperson told me to call next week and if it is in they will hold it for 24hour.

Like all Bass Pro shops this place great. I really hate the loss of Uncle Bucks dinning though. Uncle Bucks was always favorite place to eat. However, Bass Pro always exceeds my hopes when looking for camping gear, ammo, and firearms related needs.

This place is my first stop when in search of firearm ammo/accessories, and always end up finding a lot more than I came for, as well as giving my wife a reason to fuss. If you need hunting, fishing, camping, or sporting goods, come to Bass Pro and check out their fine selection first. Name brands we all trust, you will not regret it. Although.. every once in awhile I come across certain things that I believe are over priced, or I would give them a 5 star rating, but other than that, Bass Pro is my favorite outdoor supplier. We all know you get what you pay for and Bass pro has the name brands that keep me and mine comfortable outdoors. Weather im out and its -2° on a whitetail trail at 4am on a nice winter morning, or out on the AT on a summer evening with family enjoying a hike, they have EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING you could possibly need to enjoy the outdoors. Not to mention their boating selection. I could go on all day about this stuff. Thank you Bass Pro, for all the years you've supplied my family and I with the supplies we depend on. Most people are familiar with Bass Pro Shops. But the one in Bristol is my go to store. If you are interested in a new ATV/UTV or a boat. The Tracker brand is one that is very competitive. If this is your destination! Then I highly recommend to get with Chris in sales. I have dealt with him and he has gone far above and beyond to answer all of my questions, even after my purchase. He is a valuable asset to Bass Pro Shops.
