April 30, 2024. We just left the grooming location in Brentwood, Tennessee.Delanie H. took my dog back for a toenail trim and a toenail grind.Nicki Was of course hesitant to go back. She picks my dog up roughly and carries her. I couldn’t even get the words out. “Don’t do that”. My dog has neck and shoulder pain. She also has an eye injury and a big old cone on her.During the first part of the trim, I wasn’t there as I went to the restroom. I came back and realized I miss spoke and told her that I needed my dogs nails drummeled.I again walked out to go pay the bill. When I came back, she was on the last paw for my dog. My dog was moving all around that table. I asked her to hold her so she wouldn’t fall off. She kept saying it’s OK it’s OK.I had told her to stop but she wouldn’t.We got in the car and I noticed one of Nicki’s nails bleeding.NEVER AGAIN will I return here.

I’ve been coming to this PetSmart for a few years and I always have a great experience. My dog has taken several classes with Darrell and we both found them educational and fun. Derek and the other associates are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for consistently giving us a positive, friendly experience!

This store consistently provides excellent service! We are there about once a week and have always been treated with respect and patience. Because of our extensive collection of animals, we require the very best in products and services to ensure that they remain healthy and happy. We're grateful for the folks are PetSmart. Preface: I go to PetSmart for dog food, treats and toys, accessories so my review is biased. That being said, this location is one that I use any time I’m staying with family in Brentwood. They always have my dogs’ food in stock and they keep their store clean. I’ve never had any issues with service or trouble finding things, and that’s really all Incs ask for when shopping at any store. Im a huge fan of PetSmart in general and this one is a good one in my opinion.

I usually shop at the location in Spring Hill but was in the area. Needed some dubia roaches for my leopard gecko. There were only 3 containers available and out of the #25 labeled in each, all but a few were dead. I’m not going to pay $17 for maybe 5 x-small roaches. Same with the prepackaged “live” crickets. Not very well stocked on live insect options. I was standing at the shelf for a few minutes looking over each container and I saw an employee walk by 2-3x without once asking if I needed help. I didn’t ask because if there were more to be stocked they’d be on the self. Left unsatisfied and will visit Franklin Aquarium Pet Shop or the location in Spring Hill for my reptile needs.

If I could 0 stars I would I walked into the store to get my dogs teeth brushed, and nails clipped I called ahead of time and told them what I wanted. They told me I did not have to make appointment, and I could walk in. So I brought my dog in, and asked a question to an older woman who would not provide me her name and she started yelling at me telling me that they don't do walk ins. I asked for her name because she was rude as hell, and she covered her name and responded with "they're not going to believe your complaint you don't need to know my name" I've never been to a petsmart with the rudest employees no one bothered to even listen to me about my complaint. Definitely will not be back to this location.

Hi. I just popped into PetSmart with my sister, to pick up a harnesses for her doggy. They had all of these Halloween costumes out and my little boy here, Bruce loves to dress up. He looks so cute as a little lion. I think maybe we'll try the shark fin the next time we go in. 😁Thanks PetSmart.

I called in a few days ago to book an appointment for my dog. I was told teeth brushing and nail trimming is a walk in service and an appointment was not required. When I got there the older lady with long grey hair working the desk 1) was being extremely rude to whoever she was on the phone with saying “you will listen to me so stop talking” and 2) refused to service my dog. Because “can’t you see the big sign on the door? We’re not talking walk ins” I explained to her she didn’t need to be rude about it. I asked for her name and to speak with their manager and she covered up her name and said “they won’t believe you so good luck” and ran in the back leaving me up front by myself. I’ve been getting my dog groomed with pet smart for years and I’ve never been treated this way. I get being short staffed, but had she been professional about it, I wouldn’t be writing this review. I won’t be back and I suggest others do the same.

Very helpful staff. We left a bag on the counter after we paid and walked out to our car. The very helpful guy that checked us out ran all the way out to the parking lot to bring us the one bag we forgot.

BrieAnn is the BEST! She groomed our half Shepard/half Newfie Eliza and Eliza looks OUTSTANDING! Eliza is a large dog and he winter coat was matted and tangled and BrieAnn was very patient and caring.

We've never taken our dogs to Petsmart grooming, but every groomer I called in Nashville was either short staffed or booked for 2-3 months out.Do NOT take your golden doodle here. They will butcher him/her and sheer them like a sheep without your permission. I've never seen a worse grooming job in my life. (Ignore the socks in the photo), but you can see how short they shaved his chest and up his neck .They shaved a circle around his neck where his collar goes and a huge spot behind his ear. He was matted, but there was absolutely no reason to shave him to his skin like this. They didn't even try to blend it, just left him looking like this.

Kind of a funny experience. I only bought 2 bags of guinea pig food and a food dish. The cashier rang me up and sat one bag of food on the shelf behind her, left one on the conveyor belt and handed me the food dish. Then she grabbed her phone and started texting. I was just standing there like what??? So I asked if I could get a bag, and she just handed me a bag. 🤣🤣. I had my 3 items in 3 different spots and a plastic bag in my hand while she put her phone down and started ringing up the next customer. I just stood there for a moment very confused, then bagged my stuff up and left. I love, love, love PetSmart and this just made me laugh more than anything.

My parents adopted my puppy here from the Williamson County Animal shelter event. They provided my parents with an affordable started pack for our pup. He even has lessons that he has yet to attend due to quarantine. Pricey food but they have cute accessories.

I have been going to petsmart for years in different places to get my dog groomed and every single one was awesome accept for this one. They hire a bunch of kids that don't know what they are doing. I ask for them to just buzz around the back of my great Pyrenees and these kids shaved him to the bone. It looks awful and they basically stole money. Do a better job of hiring employees at this location.

Your typical Petsmart. Decent selection. Really cool that they partner with local groups for pet adoption. Grooming service looks good but I have never used it. Very little customer support around the store. Live Fish selection is 100% freshwater and nothing special. Prices on some things are far too high considering you can order same thing off Amazon and have same day or next day delivery.

I just wanted to take a minute to publicly thank Lizzy at Petsmart : Brentwood/moores lane for always loving on my dogs. I know how incredibly exhausting it is to groom my doodles. Lizzy never shames me, or complains about them. She just loves on them and it makes all the difference. She does a meticulous bath and blowout! She just recently started cutting hair and I’m impressed by her quick study! Thanks for everything, Lizzy!

A PetSmart is a PetSmart is a PetSmart. They are all the same to me. It’s nice in that. If what I need can’t be found at a small business pet store, I’ll go here. The staff is helpful as well as kind and loving of all the furry ones. Pricey but what isn’t these days.

Went in looking for specific dry dog food, they did have it (although it took some time to find as it was separated from most of the other brands). It was more expensive than I expected (family recently moved to area) so we will continue to shop locally & online.We go to a different PetsMart for grooming, Love how they treat & care for our poodle, but location is closer to Nashville.

Always has what I need. Helpful employees and manager. I am a vol in the cat room, and the employees could take care of the kitties a little better and make sure trash is emptied after cleaning. Otherwise, the store is great!

Went to the section of cages for dogs with my dimensions in hand. I immediately found an employee which took me directly to the cage I needed proceeded to ask if I needed assistance in carrying the cage out to my vehicle as well. I was there literally 10 minutes and I got exactly what I needed. Great experience as far as customer service and product.

This is a great store! In the past, I wasn't a fan of PetSmart, in general, but this store is well organized, clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. I stop in often to pick up food and supplies for my kitties!
