Never heard of this store before but found it while shopping. It has more stuff than Petco which seems to be the only pet store around. We just got a puppy and couldn't believe how little there was too chose from, but Hollywood has more and better prices. Heard a lady talking about dog food too a customer and she seemed to know what she was taking about. My parents owned a pet store in Maryland for 35 years, I'm use to quality choices for a reasonable price. I feel Hollywood Feed is a good place for that.

Dog bath area is the BEST! Made a big furry job a big easy job! Super helpful and friendly staff- great set up in wash area. Holly loved it! Also love the option of the bath punch card deal!! 5 woof/star review!

This was our first visit to Pet People what a great experience!! The store is incredibly clean and organized. Kirsten your level of service was fantastic today taking the time to try multiple harness on our puppy. Each harness you provided the Pros and Cons to help me make the best decision. Thank you! Nichole and her staff are amazing!! Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer your questions. They treat you like family, even when you have been sick for 3days, self quarantined and finally out to do errands. They understood that I needed help with product information and needed adult conversation/laughter. Always look forward to shopping at Brentwood Hollywood Feed!!

Excellent experience with the self-service dog wash. It was my first time going to wash my dog, who hates water by the way. Its so convenient and easy. The associate in store was friendly and showed me where everything is. I bought the punch card of 5 washes for $10 each. What a great deal! So pleased overall.

I came to this store for the first time today since moving to the area. Nicole was SO friendly and helpful! If I’ve misremembered her name, it was the person on shift at about 5:30PM today. Whatever she’s getting paid isn’t enough! She gave me expert guidance on picking out a new kibble and raw food for my two older cats who need to be maintained on high-quality food in their old age. I love taking my dog, Blue, to Hollywood Feed for a bath. I bought the $50 bath deal, which I think is a great "deal"....$10 per bath and they provide everything that you need....all you bring is your dog!!Also, Nicole was SO helpful and knowledgeable. This was the first time I had met her, and I was very impressed!!!

First time going to this place for my Senior Chihuahua and the staff was very friendly and helpful with plenty of knowledge...If you're trying to find the right food for your dog and the best advice ...Please come her rather than going to PetSmart which they're not or a grocery store...The change of food for my Dog has seen improvements and a change for the better for his diet...Trust me you won't regret it..

The store manager Nichole, the assistants Kiersten & Sophie, and other staff members are always friendly and very helpful. I really appreciate this and their valued suggestion of cat foods strengths and alternatives to try when selections I make don’t agree with my two cats. I also really appreciate the generosity offered by the store to allow me to return an opened packaged item should my cats not like a new product I try for them.

When Hollywood Feed first took over Pet People, I thought I would have to go back to my old pet store - but the staff told me it would be ok, better even. And they were right. The store always has what I need. And the great thing is when I order online if they don't have what I need they'll give me a call and let me know that my order might take a little bit longer but they're going to drive across town and get that item that I need. Who does that? I can't say enough about the great service and the great people who work at Hollywood Feed.

We love going to PetPeople but our visit this past week was exceptional all thanks to their new associate, Sean. I told him about how my dog was very picky and he took his time helping me find something that she would like. We go here regularly and love the staff. We have a 4 month old golden retriever and found out she had food allergies right after we bought a 25 lb bag of food.. we mentioned it to a sales associate, who called the manager and told us we could bring it in for a refund and they would donate the bag of food! So wonderful of them to offer. Thankful to have found a pet store to make 'ours' as we just moved to the area.
