I cannot remember if I have ever left a review in my life, so just know this must be serious if I am taking the time. To put it bluntly this store needs to be put out of its misery. If you cannot find staff then just close it. It has been months since I have been in there and not had to climb over stuff EVEYWHERE!! If you have every seen the show Hoarders - this store could be on that show. Seriously it is that bad. And whatever you do don't try and check out. Its like they make it their goal NOT to let you check out. Dollar General - you are better than this. My suggestion - close some of your stores so you can staff and operate them properly. I promise you your customers will drive the extra distance but if this keeps up you will close stores because you have to.

This is the worst DG I have ever seen. I went in and tried to look for a couple things but there was boxes and trash and everywhere. The inventory was in the boxes in the carts and not on the shelves. I just left my buggy and walked out. The only employee I saw was smoking outside and looked like she just rolled out of bed and I told her that the store was a mess. I was taking a picture of the front of the building for the store number and she acted like she was coming for me and said she could have me arrested. She took a picture of my tags which are disabled veterans tags. This store was closed for awhile to be honest they need to do away with it.

Very clean and the first dollar general o have been to that doesn’t have merchandise all over the floor. Love how aesthetically stocked it is it doesn’t over whelm me I also like the produce section more stores should have that

Great quick stop for colas! Especially RC Cola A&W root beer and cream sodas Starry Lemon Lime and Sun Drops!! Especially Diet my favorite. Frozen foods milk bread soap too. Nice establishment love DG!

Just spent 15 minutes in line to checkout because we only have one line for people who pay with cards. Self checkout for cards and the employee checkout for cash. Since there are more people using cards than cash maybe we can spend the extra time as an employee cleaning up the store. Place looks like a dump and I will do my best to avoid this store. If possible anyone else should do the same. Matter of fact stay away from both DG in this area. The other one is worse than this one when it come to hygiene and cleanliness. -1 star for both

Today was the worst visit, they need good management. Shelves are bare, cashier never ask if I found everything, putting everything in one bag, you do not put soap products in with butter. Nor do you put cat food in human food. If y'all can't train the new workers on how to greet costumers and bagging up what they buy and get help with keeping your shelves stocked on things your regular customers buy, you'd be better off closing.

anytime I come in late and just trying to grab a item real quick . The cashiers make sure to tell me the store closes in 20 mins and to hurry up that the registers close at 10 automatically. This is the only store that I’ve ever encountered this Happen at . The girls name was lacole or something Iike that . “Girl with buzzed hair “ just comes off as very rude and shouldn’t yell that at every customer as they come in especially with 20 mins still on the clock till close . I’ve been in the one right down the road at 9:55 pm and wasn’t greeted like I always am at this one

Nice store, and very nice staff Amber and Trevor are the bomb! They always go out of the way to help you with anything you might need. I can’t wait until the remodel begins for the new store in October. Keep up the good work Amber and Trevor ❤️❤️

When you pull up to this store it's always nasty around the door with cigarette butts and trash. Inside is not much better.Everything is in a mess. It reminds me of an indoor yard sale. This is not the only Dollar General that looks like this.

This DG is the worst. First, used to always have shipments all in the isles. Then, never had anything in stock. Now, cannot keep up with price changes. Cookies up twice x. 25c in a cpl months .50c, Jack's pizza .30c, Combos .25c, good n fun dog cabob's 4.25 & tag still says 3.75 (for a long time before that they rang 3.75 but tag said 3.50). I told them prices wrong in the past but they don't fix it. Soda's finally fixed after months. And the price of bottled water, crazy! So much for my $5 Saturday coupon! Think I'm gonna start doing without until my Wal-Mart trips.

Shelves are still not stocked, Stuff laying in the floor.Employees Blaming the Manager when it their job to stock shelves.Trash all over the parking lot and around dumpster and Trashcan by the door is full and running over...Facemasks Required but Employees not wearing them and letting Customers in the store without them.New female Manager is very Rude.

It's Dollar General. It has the basic items one needs. Dont go if you are short on time. Be prepare to wait in line.. It's not the cashiers fault that Dollar General runs on a skeleton crew. The cashier Melissa was very helpful and courteous on my last visit.

Great store. The only draw back is their bathroom. The store and employees are great but to have a bathroom that smells like a sewer is totally unacceptable. And stop saying you don't have a public bathroom that violates Tennessee law.

It larger than others near my home. It is also easier to enter as auto doors open when you walk to doors. Don't have to get basket outside and try to open doors to enter the store. They have basket area next to doors when you enter. The workers always courteous.

It's alright for most quick grab items. But it lacks employee's and most of the people who work here seem so depressing to be around. Only a few people that "was" working here was Ray's of sunshine that made me feel good after leaving. Oh yeah don't forgot the long lines. They can reach the back of the store sometimes.Edit - July 8 / 2019An employee that goes by the name Amber has returned. She makes the trip to this dollar general worth. Always so up beat. And keeps this place running!

This visit showed me, since I'm new in the area, that this Dollar General store has the best selection of and lowest prices of canned dog food in the Bon Aqua-Lyles area. They have very good customer service as well.

Workers standing and talking couldn't get assistance with finding what I neededUpdate*** Managers have changed. Much cleaner now and was able to get help when I asked. A lot better now. I'd give it a 4!

I go to save money. But, every Dollar General is never stocked properly. Big boxes and full carts in almost every isle. So unorganized. They need to hire more people.

Out of all the dollar generals in this area this is number 2 in my book. They are clean, courteous, but a little slow on the register. I never go in and not hit a line of at least 10 minutes or more.

1ST) They have a SALE BOGO75% - It DID NOT come off.. WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS/RING UPS!!!! The 4 items came to a total of $44. The highest price I had was $15. 2 items were $12/ - 75% = rang up @ $10 AHHH NOOOO THE TOTAL SHOULD BE $3!! NOT $10!!?? I DID NOT PURCHASE.. & Didn't have time to wait any longer or fuss had to get to hospital, needed change of clothes but NOPE so dirty clothes for tomorrow yippy!! Very disappointed you have such a sale & nothing rings up correctly isn't that FALSE ADVERTISEMENT??!!😕 2)SLOW CHECK OUT DON'T STOP IF YOUR IN A HURRY!! It took me 20min just standing in line had 2 people ahead of me that had 1-3 items!!?? WTH?! I will NOT be back.. I'll take the time to go a few more miles to get to the NEXT STORE!!

I'm not a fan of this store. It says on the door to wear a mask and it seems like nobody has to wear one and the store always seems to be in disarray. I get tired of trying to find stuff.

I jst really love, that I have a Dollar General, on either end of Hwy100 that I want to go to, but the only problems with any of the stores, is the check-out lines!!.OMG!! Would've given 5 stars if not for the lines!!

Great 0lace to shop but the cashier a black lady with short dreads always follows people around like we are criminals or something I have actually bumped into her on several occasions where she would be following me around so closely it feels very creepy
