I've been shopping here 20 years and always find some thing I need or want. Any group of people will have a bad apple, but the vast majority are great and helpful! 3 weeks ago, I decided to give vending a try and there are so many who are helping me get started. Literally, no one has yet made this a bad experience. However, since started in November, mother nature is testing my tolerance for cold. Building 5 in pics.

Tri-Cities Flea Market Review: A Disappointing ExperienceReflecting on my time as a vendor at the Tri-Cities Flea Market, I can't help but feel disappointed by the overall experience. Despite being a part of this marketplace for over seven months, the journey has been fraught with challenges and frustrations, overshadowing any positive aspects. Here's a candid review of my time at the Tri-Cities Flea Market:Atmosphere:The atmosphere at the Tri-Cities Flea Market is lackluster at best. The once-promising energy of the marketplace has dwindled over time, with fewer crowds and a noticeable decline in foot traffic. The lack of excitement and enthusiasm among shoppers has made it difficult to generate interest in my products and services.Vendor Community:While there are a few friendly faces among the vendor community, the overall sense of camaraderie is sorely lacking. Many vendors keep to themselves, and there is a distinct lack of support and collaboration. It's disheartening to see fellow vendors view each other as competitors rather than allies in the marketplace.Management:My interactions with market management have been disappointing, to say the least. Communication is often poor, with little transparency or accountability. Issues and concerns raised by vendors are frequently brushed aside or ignored, leaving us feeling undervalued and unsupported.Customer Engagement:Engaging with customers at the Tri-Cities Flea Market has been a constant struggle. Despite my best efforts to showcase my products and engage with shoppers, it feels like an uphill battle to attract and retain customers. The lack of interest and enthusiasm from shoppers further compounds the challenges of running a successful business at the flea market.Vendor Disputes:Vendor disputes are all too common at the Tri-Cities Flea Market, further adding to the frustrations of being a vendor. From disagreements over stall space to conflicts regarding product quality, navigating disputes with fellow vendors is draining and demoralizing. The lack of effective conflict resolution mechanisms only exacerbates the problem.Overall Experience:Overall, my experience at the Tri-Cities Flea Market has been deeply disappointing. Despite my best efforts to make the most of my time here, the numerous challenges and frustrations have overshadowed any positive aspects. It's disheartening to invest time, effort, and resources into a venture that offers so little in return.Final Verdict:In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend the Tri-Cities Flea Market to fellow vendors or shoppers. The lackluster atmosphere, poor management, and constant challenges make it a difficult and unrewarding environment to operate in. Unless significant improvements are made, I see little reason to continue my involvement with this marketplace.Overall Rating: 1 out of 5For those considering participating in the Tri-Cities Flea Market, I urge caution and careful consideration of the challenges and frustrations you may encounter.

Wow! This place is huge. Took us almost 4 hours to walk through all buildings and outside. We found some treasures and treats here! We will return often!

Disappointed by how management handled dispute between a booth vendor and customer who also happened to be a booth vendor. Biased and not fair. A vendor sold a broken Playstation and doesn't want to issue a refund. The management automatically on the side of the seller by not hearing the other side of the story. The buyer who happens to be also their vendor didn't have a chance to state his case. The management told the vendor that bought the playstation to "pack up and get out." Customer service at its finest, eh?!?

There is a lot to see, a lot of yard sale items. 11 Buildings with Permanent vendors. Not a lot of Antiques but there are some in the buildings. Do not eat at Larry's Diner it was the worst food I have ever ate and I am 55 its not like I just starting eating. Larry cussed me out and told me to leave when I complained about my food. There are 4 restaurants in the last biggest building below the hill, go there first I went down and got me a Tacos Al Pastor it was great.

We decided to drive an hour and a half away to check out this Flea market since they said they have over a 1000 vendors. We went on a Saturday. The majority of the booths were closed. They had A lot of vendors tables outside but maybe 10 vendors only selling. I was a huge disappointment for us. Most vendors sell basically the same stuff. The booths that were opened inside were crammed with junk. This is my first and last time coming here.

The best place in this area to buy a belt, wallet, or any leather goods. However, most stalls were closed when I visited. I just visited to get a really good belt made at a good price at a leather shop there.

Good variety of stuff. Would have given them a 5 star but most of the booths weren't open even though the sign says they open at 8 am.

If you thought the Mall a wide variety of things to buy, you haven't seen anything yet. Everything you could every want or need to buy is right here at the Tri Cities Flea Market. This location is so big, it's the size of 3 malls. You want food? They got it. You want retro video game stuff? They got it. You want weapons? They got it. Unfortunately it only opens on the weekend, but hey, it's a weekend adventure for sure! Dimmy's giving this 5 stars outta 5!

We visit here fairly often but only the outside "yard sale" area where we can sometimes find good "old" stuff and not the same old dollar box and salvage goods.

Good place to browse and pick up things to take home that you really don't need but just had to have it when you saw it sitting on a seller's table.

It's one of the best flea markets around town. The people that own this one are really great, the only down fall is why i'm giving this place four stars instead of five like I was going to. Is some of the vendors try to treat their items like you're getting it at a retail store which they forget it's a flea market. If the item is new then i can see rental or paying more but if the items have dust or damaged packing then no way. It's common sense. Plus I think some of the vendors forget how too haggle a price like when i was growing up going here when i was a kid. But you can basically find everything here, which is great.

One of the managers Rebecca is THE most godawful sorry excuse of a female. Vendors were not kidding when they said she is a itch bay. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Would not recommend this place for vendors or customers. Bathrooms are always a mess. Grounds are horrible for vehicles and anyone who has a hard time walking around. Not handicap friendly at all.

It's usually the other customers there that make the experiences awful. It starts with the parking area as it feels unsafe due to how people park where they shouldn't when the owners/managers have gone through the trouble of marking it off. Then, when attempting to walk through the lot, there are drivers about to hit you. Let's not get started on the ones who are rude towards everyone. The people renting booths there seem to be a mixture of all kinds with the variety one would expect. Always good produce to be found there. And some people set up to sell there deal with way more than they should from those there to purchase things. I get haggling, but when you are bad-mouthing someone there to make an honest living, maybe just don't go. Again, this goes towards how the customers there make the experience not worth it at times.
