I had got stranded on Bluff City highway due car issues , and started walking all the way down Bluff City highway toward pit row gas station, after about an hour of walking I made it to 394 and continued on to the pit row , once I arrived there at the pit row , I went inside and used the restroom , I took a few minutes trying to warm up .. Then I went and bought a ginger ale because of stomach problem , made it to the register to pay , told the lady good morning,she just shot me a dirty look. So I went outside and set on the curb to wait for my help that is coming ... I got cold setting out on the curb waiting , so I decided to go back in , I went and set at the table and chairs by the ATM by the window I set and sipped my ginger ale .. I had to use the restroom one more time due to my stomach . There was only myself and the only employee working ,( she had dark brown hair with dark frame glasses as I stated the only employee working at 4 am this morning) She proceeded to turn her back to me and walk down the aisle, and as she was walking off she told me THAT I NEEDED TO LEAVE .. ME BEING A PAYING CUSTOMER THOUGHT IT WAS ALRIGHT TO SET INSIDE WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR MY HELP TO ARRIVE .. HOWEVER THE SAME LADY WAS NOT KIND ENOUGH TO ALLOW ME TO SET AND WAIT .. SO I PROCEEDED TO THE DOOR TO LEAVR , AS I OPEN THR DOOR TO LEAVE A CAT RUNS IN THE FRONT DOOR I TOLD THE LADY A CAT HAD RAN INTO THE GAS STATION/ RESTAURANT HER RESPONSE WAS THAT THE CATS LIVE HERE AT THE PIT ROW... SOUNDS TO NE LIKE THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO COME AND INSPECT THE INFESTATION OF CATS DUE TO THEM SERVING FOOD AND DRINKS , I HAVE SEEN WITH MY OWN EYES GO AROUND BACK AND FEED AND HANDLE THEM CATS THEN COME IN AND HANDLE FOOD AND MONEY WITHOUT THE HANDS BEING WASHED ..I THINK THE OWNERS WOULD BE CONCERNED ABOUT THIS SEEING HOW THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT CAN COME AND SHUT YOU DOWN DUE TO CATS BEING AROUND WHERE THERE ARE CATS THERE ARE RATS AND RATS CARRY DISEASE, IF I HAVE TO NOTIFY THE YOUTUBE JOURNALIST IN THIS AREA COME AND DOCUMENT THE CAT INFESTATION AT THIS SO CALLED RESTAURANT. AND I HAVE WITNESSES AND DOCUMENTS SHOWING THIS DOES EXSIST SO I WILL BE WAITING OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS TO SEE IF ANYTHING WILL BE DONE WITH THE EMPLOYEE IF SHE WILL BE FIRED OR REPRIMANDED.. IF NOTHING IS DONE I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO GET THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO POP UP ON A SURPRISE VISIT .. THANK YOU FOR TAKING YOUR TIME TO READ THIS ABOUT THE NASTY TREATMENT BY THE EMPLOYEE ... KICKING OUT CUSTOMERS BUT LETTING SOME NASTY DISEASE RIDDEN ANIMALS LIVE THERE?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!!!?!!!

Terrible service, high prices, incompetent cashiers. If they had any competition within a two mile radius they would probably have to shut the doors. The liquor store and the restaurant on each side of it are great though. It is just the convenience store that has the issues with poor employees. They always have one register closed when they are busy because someone is outside smoking. They sometimes have cats inside the store, and the cashier's are rude and constantly making mistakes.

It would be a much more pleasant environment for EVERYONE if they'd get rid of Lorraine. She has made some of the most inappropriate comments to me and others I know that go beyond deserving to lose her job, it's straight up slander and harassment. I don't go in unless I have to and won't until she's gone.

People need to be careful at pitrow. I know several people now who have been charged like 25 dollars for just a drink and a snack. And then one case was they argued saying that was right when clearly it wasn’t if you do the math. And I had a Receipt that had four things on there that I didn’t buy at all and I know that was my fault because I didn’t pay attention when I was a swiping my card and I was in a hurry but noticed it too late when I was home. Just pay attention when buying stuff there

Great stop for just about anything you need. There's a little "mom and pops" type restaurant on one end of the shopping center which is attached to the convenience store and the food is 'home cooked' and actually pretty good! There is my second favorite pizza place in town and a liquor store on the other end. What more can you ask for lol?

Try to get a receipt at pump a lest 10 times and will not do it had to go in and ask for it went ask why the said it been that way a long time and there's nothing they can do about it it .Real short .what is the use of pay at pump. I guess they don't care and owen feel the same way . Maybe the do not have money to keep the store up to date may be closeing soon or selling it
