Absolutely 💯 the best vet in the tri-cities! I have never met more caring and loving people than I have here. So easy to communicate with, they will even call or text you to check on your fur baby! Definitely my permanent vet! ❤️ POHVC gave and still gives all of our fur kids A+++ treatment. In the picture is one of our boys, Duke, he was extremely sick and they saved him, treated him all day till they found out what the problem was. Didn't just leave us guessing! We will be forever thankful to them for being so kind and caring! SHOUT OUTS to Dr. P and Heather for giving absolutely the best care around!!!!

Absolutely awesome people and service at this office! This is not our normal veterinary office and this was our first visit with them because we were given a voucher from the shelter when we adopted our puppy to have his neuter surgery done here, but we will be transferring the care of all our pets to them from now on, that is how impressed we have been with this first visit. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and it was apparent immediately that they truly cared about our dog's wellbeing. They kept us well informed about the surgery and made sure we had everything we needed when we went home with instructions to call or text anytime with any questions. At our previous vet we felt like a number on a conveyor belt, in this office we were made to feel welcome and valued. I can't say enough good things about this office!

Paws of Hope immediately got my dog, Piper, in for an appointment for a sudden severe breakout of what we thought was a rash. We originally called our vet that we had always gone to and they said they were too busy to see her but Paws of Hope made time for her that day. The whole team was so attentive, kind, and professional. They went to great lengths to make sure Piper and I were taken care of. Dr. Padgett is the best vet I have ever been to. He took his time in assessing her, getting tests done, and helped diagnose my dog through UT. He goes above and beyond what he has to. Heather was also very attentive, thorough, and kind. I cannot say enough great things about the whole staff. Piper and I are so thankful for the care we received.

Amazing staff! Each person at paws of hope are very kind, caring and make each customer feel as though they are their only concern. They make sure to walk you through every process every step of the way, and greet every customer with a smile. I’ve been taking my animals to a different vet for the entirety of their lives and just recently had an emergency with one of my babies. I called every vet in the area and paws of hope came to the rescue that day and made my little love feel brand new again. Highly recommend Paws of Hope and every single person at this facility! I won’t be taking my pets anywhere else! Thank you again!

These are the most genuine women I’ve ever met in my life. They were filled with so much love and care for my family and my baby boy Koda. They helped transfer me to an ER clinic immediately when Koda needed it the most, and helped with my 7 month old while I was stuck there for hours. They mothered my son, loved my dog, and empathized with me the entire way through. The worship music playing was always a comfort and just what I needed. Thank you ladies, truly.

Stellar experience for us starting from the initial call to make an appointment up through the discharge process after having our rescue girl spayed. Can't say enough about the wonderful staff, the high level of care received, and their facility which is well designed for both pets/owners and was absolutely spotless.

Paws of hope came out to my farm to examine my farm dog who has knee issues. They were prompt and very caring. Thorough exam and very friendly and helpful. Followed up with me via phone call about his diagnosis and possible treatments. Everybody has been really wonderful.

This is the absolute best vet clinic we've been in. When you walk in the door, you're greeted with a smiling face and clean, happy environment. Care given to my sick pup was A+. This clinic does it all, shots, food, ultrasound and they deal with fear aggressive dogs like champs. Highly recommend!

I have to give a shout out to Paws of Hope Vet Clinic. Right before Covid, our vet closed, and we had a bad experience at another vet. So, yesterday, we took Zeke there for the first time. They immediately noticed how nervous he was, and several of the staff members just came in the waiting room and sat down to make him more comfortable. Heather came in and talked to me at length, and we came up with a detailed plan to make him more comfortable before he even goes for his appointment. Part of this plan involves just taking him by and letting him walk around so he will be more comfortable when they have to do the “vet stuff.” Thank you Paws of Hope! I will never take my Zekey anywhere else!

I am new to the area and after moving here 1 of my cats, Flynn, developed a uti and other problems, I visited another vet in the area prior to paws of hope but a good friend recommended paws of hope and I couldn't be happier. They were able to give my cat an ultrasound to figure out what was going on, put him on meds, and kept me very informed on what was going on. They also vaccinated my other cat, Tilly, and gave her her annual exam. I have every confidence my cats are well cared for at Paws of Hope and will absolutely make them my permanent vet!

We adopted a puppy and Paws of Hope was one of the choices for our puppy to be spayed. We went in for our first appointment for shots and routine exam. They were so nice and Willow just loves going to the clinic. Willow had her surgery yesterday and the clinic has been texting to check on Willow to make sure she is recovering well. This is the best vet I have ever dealt with.

We recently moved to NE Tennessee & needed to have our mini pit spayed. I had bought a spay voucher online & Paws Of Hope was the only clinic I could find that was accepting new patients & able to schedule within a timely manner, others were booking 6-8 months out.Mini has also been having terrible allergies with dry skin, scratching, fleas, & skin infection. PoH were wonderful treating her skin allergies & getting her back to feeling good as quickly as possible. With some meds & extra love, Mini is feeling & looking great! Her surgery went great, I could barely see her incision plus there were no stitches, just adhesive. Tomorrow is her post-op check-up & I’m excited for everyone to see how much better she’s feeling. Mini & I are thankful we chose Paws Of Hope, everyone there is very kind, knowledgeable, & trustworthy. They truly love what they do & it shows!

What an amazing place. Heather Bailey is an angel. I had to have my dog put down. Padre was almost 15 years old and could not walk on him own. He had been declining over the past year with lots of other health issues and constant pain. I prayed he would go on his own. They were all so loving and understanding. Heather fed him whip cream. And he ate every bite, licking her fingers clean. He was so happy and peaceful. It’s a terrible thing to have to do . I miss him so much. But I am so grateful for Paws of Hope.

Great vets! If you need a great vet that knows what they are doing & are more concerned about the relationship between you and your pet & between you & their staff this is the place to go. I was a new patient that got worked in basically immediately, would have been sooner but I had to put it off 1 day.They didn’t know me or anything about me or my pet but we felt like family that had been coming there for years.After being taken advantage of, mistreated & lied to by another vet (Robinson) I was so glad that the human society recommended these guys with a more than 5* recommendation.They will go out of their way to accommodate your needs and provide the very best service to fit your needs. You can’t go wrong with Paws of Hope!Give them a shot if looking for a new vet or if your regular vet can’t see you soon enough. And I’m sure like me you will have a new family that want to care for your fury/feathered or scaled pet. It’s not just a rotating door business to these people, the enjoy what they do.Don’t miss out on a great vet with reasonable prices that are waiting to add you and your pet to their family.

We have been coming to Paws of Hope for veterinary services for the last few years. Every staff member we have interacted with has been fantastic. Both of our dogs are reactive and one has severe anxiety that leads to fear aggression. The fear aggressive dog is usually much more terrified of men, but Dr. Padgett is amazing with her. She allows him to perform necessary tests and procedures. He is so good with her! The vet techs have all been great, and they give our anxious girl her space. The entire staff is amazing, and goes above and beyond for their patients. We are very grateful for the care our animals receive at Paws of Hope.

Best veterinarian clinic around for your pet! The office is absolutely darling!,, The nurses and staff are a pure delight!! They greeted us as soon as we walked in with smiles and open arms, My dog went for first shots and didn't even know they were giving it to him as they fed him peanut butter meanwhile, he loved it. What would have been a bad experience turned into a delightful visit. Thanks to the staff for being so sweet , especially the lady that loved on him and gave him a treat while I checked out
