The store was decently stocked, prices what you would expect at Dollar General. The cashier wasn't overly friendly,she acted like it was a chore to tell folks hello and ring them up. She wasn't nasty or mean, perhaps having a bad day. Other than that it was all good.

I always enjoy visiting Dollar general stores in my area. As usual, this one did not disappoint. The customer service was great and I was able to find things easily. The store was clean and we'll organized.

We at Dollar general Johnson City Elizabethton, Watauga Lake,Butler, Bristol Baby,Bluff City Kingsport Church Hill out by the airport hell we spread so thin we all over the place, whenever we riding on your bus when were flying on our plane we stop at Dollar General to get our ibuprofen for sedation just to kill the pain!;

This place has went from a great store with super nice ppl, to not good and lousy employees. Last 5 visit I've had here was bad. Use to come everyday cause I live so close, now I do look forward to ever having to come here for anything. Only reason I still do is to save me from driving as much . But its once in a blue moon

Been going for 9 years. Busy store so you might wait a second but never meet better folks that will go to back and find an item if it's not out front and they think it just came in the truck

It was ok. Store was trashed in certain areas of the store. Cashier was more worried about gossiping with fellow employees while ringing up customers instead of interacting with the customer.

It varys they everytime you go in there's new people and most of them are always outside smoking nobody knows anything to help you when you ask a question the good ones they've had are gone I guess they don't treat them right
