Went in and had a great variety on tampons BOGO on an organic ones a lot of the organic is got titanium dioxide in them and that's a chemical and the ones I had gotten I will get a picture and post it because they got really awesome deals on tampons especially when they're BOGO get one half and this world is so high thing's already so the pictures that I'm going to post a different views and you can see the difference that the Walgreens is all natural no kind of chemicals their brand that was BOGO hlf 649 I think for a pack of 16 another box half price

Used to live in a busy area where you had to wait 15+ minutes to get your prescription (inside or drive thru). It’s nice to be able to get your prescription within 5 minutes here with a friendly staff on top of that. Selection of products is good as well.

Don’t bother. I called about a prescription and whoever was on the phone was very rude. She told me to figure things out myself when it was something I couldn’t do. If you hate your job go work at the McDonald’s beside it

This used to be a horrible pharmacy 3-4 years ago and I would drive to Bristol to not use them. Since they’ve had a change in management I enjoy going to this store again and they do a wonderful job. Thank you to everyone that works there now for always being so helpful and nice. It’s actually an enjoyable interaction and the stress of dealing with incompetence is no longer there.

Have been using this Walgreens for 8 yrs now. Never any issues. Other then when I tried to buy sinus medicine, was questioned a little more then I’d like. But I assume they where doing their job...my medicines are always filled quickly. And when I actually walk in the store they always seems nice & I never have to wait in line to long....

Visited this Walgreens 2 weeks ago for the COVID booster vaccine. Service was great. Staff was plenty busy, however at the same time they were friendly and courteous to me and those waiting in line. A positive experience!

Signed up this pharmacy in February this year. Due to insurance preferred. I left a great pharmacy CVS valley Dr. Bristol VA. Walgreens have yet to fill a scrip on time. Then the drive through lane is ridiculous. Also received someone else prescription , didn't realize untill I got home. Their customer service sucks. I want ever be back. It just cost them a minimum of 500 a month.

This is the worst pharmacy around! They take AGES to fill RX. Like 3 hours or more! I have been there 4 times in 3 days. The staff is rude and short and clearly hate their jobs. The pharmacist said "there's instructions on taking it in the box you should be fine". I was picking up multiple medications and was already confused about which one to take when due to having to make so many trips. I get their texts that my medicine is ready and 2x over there it's not! "Wait like 35 minutes" excuse me...I called 2-3 hours ago! And got a confirmation my RX has been filled!! So unprofessional unorganized and rude. In 35 minutes I can drive up the road to CVS or anywhere else and be back home with my meds!

The pharmacist (Lesa S.) was rude. She had my medication and told me I need to go to a pharmacy in Virginia because that's where my doctor is I have had prescriptions filled there before and they could also see that I get my medication filled at Bristol Medical Center Pharmacy (which is in Tennessee by the way). I will never use this pharmacy again and I will suggest to all my friends and family not to either. Worst Walgreens around. I have even had my prescription filled there before. Management or not y'all need to do something about it. The whole store was rude. I was never greeted by anyone.

Well it's usually wonderful and if u could train the new people better I would give 5 stars. New people - never assume that if you don't know how to do something, it can't be done. Lady that usually helps me - you are awesome!

The pharmacy is great. Curbside pickup however sucks. Sat here for 20 minutes, called and got hung up on, called back and finally got some help.
