Just tried to go here before work this morning and even though the lights are on and it says they open at 8am the doors were locked so I waited a few minutes to see if someone was in the restroom and even tried to call but no answer and nobody came to open . Disappointing that a bigger business as this can't even open when they say there open!

They are friendly and they offer a good amount of service to all your needs. Clean, stocked, good sales, and also with the app you can get extra discounts and money off on what you get every week. Stop in and tell them how good of a job they are doing. You will not be disappointed. The whole store smelled nice along with looked very clean. I am happy to finally see one of these dollar stores in working order, clean, and showing the customers the right amount of respect. Keep up the good work!

Their selection isn't as up other stores but it isn't that big of a deal especially with the young gentleman working , he was very nice and helpful , and so was the woman that I had dealt with that the previous time in there. I think they overall should be teaching these other dollar generals some basic customer service skills and what you expect would be common sense but actually isn't most places. But this place great!

This store is very very rundown, and extremely cluttered. Most of the aisles are partially blocked with carts full of stock, and some aisles are completely blocked with merchandise. Very hard to navigate, and ultimately unsafe-especially if the building needed to be evacuated.

Great place to shop. Prices are cheaper than grocery stores. Living on a budget and planning meals this is the place to shop. Need to brighten up your home being shut in so long. They have what you need to refresh your outlook. Candles, plaques, maybe new curtains. Clerks are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and arranged so you can find things easily. I shop there often and encourage you to give it a try. Those yellow bags symbolize a smart shopper.

Always friendly service at my local store. The store is clean inside and out and well stocked. They carry a wide variety of items at good prices, if I don't want to go to a big box store, I can find most everything I need there.

It always smells in there so I am running in and out quickly. As a result couldn't tell you much. Certainly there are good values on products and they offer electronic coupons which is available on their App.

I was there Wednesday the 3rd. I was short on money. Devon who was working the register paid for my items. It wasn't much,but it meant so much to me. Great kid ! Not many around like him anymore. Such a nice young man, friendly and obviously has a big heart !

Seems like a bad experience each time I go in there. Just the other day I had went in purchased items and it was just over $11. Husband gave me a hundred dollar bill. Lady looked in other register and said sorry we can not take that. We just made the drop and can not break it. How do you not set up register not to bust at least one big bill. So I had to walk out with out my goods and go to Food City. It was not like I went in just to buy a pack of gum. We bought enough to get change back and stuff to snack on at the fair. It's like turning away a paying customer. Just made me feel like paying customer are not good unless you use plastic.

Clean and well laid out. Easy to get to. Prices higher than I expected for a "dollar store" .... they may be less than a typical convenience store, but not much different from a regular grocery/variety store.

It's a very convenient place to stop off and get those few things you need without having to go to Walmart and spending a 100 bucks on "stuff". Most people don't know this, but Dollar General chain is bigger, much bigger than Walmart, simply because of their small store size. Don't believe it? The items are inexpensive and it's a quick run in and out. It's been here a while so it looks a little run down but it's clean. The employees are usually friendly helpful.

Buggys of boxes and rolling carts full of boxes all over the store and completely sold out of 3 of the 4 items I went to get one of which was the entire wet cat food section

They have every thing I need there from meds ,to household items , groceries and there fair on their prices ,and all the employees are super nice ,,,,that makes a difference

Very very nice Staff at this Dollar General on Hwy. 75 near the Tri-Cities Airport. I apprecaite the girls their and how nice they are when I arrive!!☺
