My husband ,myself and our 3yr old granddaughter came in to Arbys for the first time in this area. I want to tell you the lady Courtney Phillips waited on us and she was the most helpful and polite person we have had in fast food. The place was also clean and atmosphere was wonderful. Thank you for your great workers in Blountvolle,Tn on 394. Will be back for sureParking: Plenty of room and handicap parking available.

There's black mold in the ceilings they refuse to fix from leaks they refuse to fix. Be careful of you have breathing issues. You can break right into the back door the framee on the bottom is destroyed. They don't clean anything they act like high schoolers and the managers don't do anything but play a blame game and sit in the office on their phones. Amost all equipment is outdated and barely works. Corporate doesn't want to spend the money to fix it. So this place has alot of issues starting from the top. I'll not go where else. You can talk to me here. I got fired for doing my job. But since other people are gay or lazy and in the friends zone of the higher ups. I even had a meeting before hand I suppose you didn't hear about. The problem has two meetings about the employees behavior and work ethic. Nothing's done about it. I'm fired. So I called the health department on your poor standards and greedy bags. Have a good day.

The place is clean and the staff is super friendly and patient, however, the Honey Boneless Chicken Wings I ordered was as tough as nails and just as nasty, the fries were perfectly hot and crispy.

Arby's is not my favorite fast food restaurant. I like it pretty well, but my wife loves it. We do not live near this restaurant. It is about a hundred miles from our home. Yet because of our routine travels to the Barter Theater and the occasional visit to Bristol Motor Speedway, I have ate at this location several times, especially recently. It is very well managed and the staff is all professional and courteous. The food has always been hot and fresh when we've ate there. As far as Arby's and fast food goes, I can recommend this location.

Omgosh I used to love goin here, this was on June 28th 2023 & Arby's in Blountville on 394...but tday was terrible, it was around 4:30pm..It took forever to get my order, then the fries are horrible, the ketchup container, it's always empty...every time! The guy that waited on me, his hair was pretty long, & wasn't pulled away from his face, & what's up with that horrible music they're playing?? Worst experience ever from here!

We went through the drive thru and the girl that took our order was extremely nice and friendly . We received our order quickly. Our food was good and hot. Live there 2 for $6 special. The fish sandwich they serve is excellent. I would recommend that sandwich to anyone who likes fish. It is worth the $3 , it is so big.
