I love my dollar generals I have 2 near by and the people that work there are friendly and so helpful. I've worked in retail for so many years and it's good to have still good customer service. Thank you for being there.

This is my favorite dollar store, my go to. They are polite, patient, and very helpful. No matter how long a line they get you in and out. I've never had to go find a cashier.

Clean and orderly. Management having inappropriate conversation with employees about other employees. She was yelling loudly from the office. Not professional and not amusing. Very distasteful. But hey everyone has a bad day!

The staff here tried to accuse me of shop lifting because they saw me on camera sti j my wallet back in my purse after taking it out to count my money. I was pulled over by the police and searched and obviously nothing was found that I didn't pay for. I don't recommend going here because the staff was not the nicest and didn't even politely ask me what I had put in my purse before calling the police. Terrible experience!

I love, l9ve, l9ve our new Dollar General store. I hate having to battle traffic and having to drive 10 miles to get to a Wal-Mart. Our new store has limited my visits to town. Because I can get fresh produce, milk, eggs etc. The mgr and staff are so helpful and full of life. Love my local DGS

The Dollar Store right off Gainesboro Grade in jackson county I recommend because I just bought 2 gallons of milk well I dropped 1 on my way out they replaced it for nothing friendly ppl if your down our way check em out ✌🏻

Dropped a whole 6pack on the floor beer was everywhere!Lol (Not my fault) they laughed with me and were pretty cool about it. Also I was in luck they still had a 6pack for me.

if is well stocked and clean, the lines are not to bad. But I think there should be another cashier daily.

Need more employees, the lines are always so long. Great variety and value just hate waiting in line to get a few items. Hire more staff and train them on store layout please

Not bad place if you're in a hurry and you don't feel like going to the long lines like at Walmart excetra it's a great place to pick up quickies in and out

Our hometown Dollar store in Baxter,Tennessee is wonderful...always needs alittle help...but the people are friendly and the store is stocked

Store is always a mess, it is hard to find what you are looking for. Only one or two cashier's are friendly. I drive the extra 10 miles to town more often than stopping at this store
