I don't mind the higher prices but my wife and I did not appreciate being followed the entire time. Being mindful and keeping an eye on customers is fine but having the guy follow 10 feet behind us the entire time, even outside was not needed. New resident to the area and intend to be here for a long time, unfortunately I will not revisit this establishment. That's not the friendly atmosphere I was expecting. Decent selection of items for the size of the store tho.

I met the most friendly person working there . She has the best attitude of any person in sales I have ever met. This cahier is in the best spot at that store. The young man loaded the corn he is really respectful. I love this place locally owned and it's a a true gem.

Needed a 90° elbow fitting for a new dishwasher install. Walked in and was amazed at how much stuff they had. Found the part I needed and was out the door in minutes. Sure beats driving to the big box stores.

I drove out of my way to purchase 10 apple trees from this store because I wanted to buy locally rather than at Tractor Supply. Upon planting the trees 8/10 were healthy but 2 of them had nematodes or some sort of infestation in the root ball and possibly a weak root stock. The two red delicious trees died shortly there after. When I asked about replacing them they said there's no guarantee on the trees. 40+ dollars wasted on a couple of trees. I've worked at a nursery and a farm. If my product wasn't up to par and had an issue like that I would've replaced them or refunded the customer with store credit. The store can write if off as a loss but instead my family just lost 40 dollars and two trees. It was obviously those two types of red delicious apple trees since the rest of them were different varieties and survived just fine. I'm disappointed to say the least.

This hardware had every single thing that I needed to replace on a washing machine hoses...Also my wife got out and brought 9 black Cherokee tomatoes plants...6 straight 8 pickling cucumbers and marigolds...made me and my wife so very happy...also my wife buys her brother's birthday and Christmas pocket knife's here every single year since she was 16 and now she is 58 years old...they are so helpful and always so nice..and very educated about hardware problems...go see them..
