First off no one is ever at the counter. Isle are always packed full of inventory and a lot of foods are expired! Every time you need help you can't find anyone. Not sure if they're hiding or just don't care. I've seen so many people walk out because no ones there. The staff is rude! They get so annoyed when you need help. They need a strong Manager!

I would rate the Bethel Springs DG a Negative by 1,0000 stars for Customer Service Skills. I have been a frequent customer since 2015. I've seen several employees come and go. But last Thursday, Not only did the New Employee say very Strange Things to My Mentally Challenged son, but 2 + 2 is 4 and I Believe she is the Initiator of a False Accusation against my son also,she didn't even like Say it right then and there as I was checking out " It Was WEIRD " , but the Store Manager Came out and treated us like Criminals, Humiliated Me in the parking lot and had my son's, both extremely stressed and freaking out as she continuously threatened us to have the police come, which would have been disasterous for my Intellectually disabled sons. Well my son had Nothing!!! As I KNEW and I just spent 36.00 total in there and bought 5 boxes of Debbie snacks/ snacks cakes for which he chose 2 boxes he wanted, BUT OK that's what apparently the NEW employee Accused him of ?????? Crazy....Now a store myself and my family have gone to for/frequented almost 8 years has managed to make us feel Uncomfortable and gives Me Anxiety to enter that Establishment Again " again a store I've gone to for 8 years almost daily ". .And have done business directly with store manager on Many Occasions. We Are Not Thieves!! And I don't Appreciate being Demoralized without any proof, just throwing it in the wind is wrong, Especially from a store I have been a FREQUENT CUSTOMER FOR for MANY years. Maybe one day I will feel comfortable enough to enter their store again SMH!! And I ran across someone else who says they were treated badly there. I Deserve A Sincere Apology should I ever see those ladies again. My Family Are GIVERS NOT TAKERS...

I recommend only stopping if you have lots of time on your hands . the selection is always good but check out is a offal lot wait time. it really wouldn't bug me as bad. because I have worked in retail all my life and I know how it can get crazy busy. and I respect that. but when you have 10 people in check out line one cashier that is from what I could hear planning her next date and three more employees just walking around . that is just slow check out. and it's like that every time I go in. and unfortunately I live close and have to go here when I'm not in the mood to drive a extra 10 miles.

Used to be a good dg but it's gotten like a few more around here.. alot of shelves bare...but one positive were tht two young ladies working were friendly

By far the best DG in this area. It's a very clean store and everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful, for the most part. They always have what I'm looking for and are conveniently located for me.

Amazing service and nice people, good stock, and we were very pleased. Emmi-lu Stires worked amazingly good she helped me with all of my needs. I advise to go to her for help she was amazing.

Me and daughter had an issue here today. We got our stuff and checked out where the cashier overstuffed our bags. 2 feet from the car a glass jar falls out of the bag and busts in the parking lot. They charge me for another jar and leave the old one in the parking lot.

I love as I call it "my dollar store," it's my go to place when I need something, I go every week and that's where my grandkids love to go, the people there are very sweet and nice to us and the prices are very reasonable.

The people that work there like at you like you are going to take somethings that doesn't belong to you follow people around too their is only one person that doesn't follow she is a good person to whom as respect for others
