Not a good place to work. Management is toxic which is why they can't keep staff. Discrimination and favoritism is at an all time high here. Hopefully it's looked into otherwise it'll keep being a problem not only for employees but eventually for customers too

I have been in this store easily 100 times. Shelves have huge bare spots, stock is cluttering most aisles and there seems to always be a wait for a cashier. Just go to Walmart

The manager Joyce is always accusing everyone of stealing calling the police on people who don't steal, follows people around all the time making them feel uncomfortable. Don't accuse people if it's such a big deal you need to install cameras. I've seen her search elderly people I've seen her search children and have them crying so beware if you decide to shop there.

The Joyce lady would not give me my receipt. After the dude run me up for a cell phone. And I had to come in here to Heather to get a receipt. That's how sorry joyce is they should Fire her

Needed to use the restroom. On my way to the courthouse stopped at the family dollar to do some shopping asked to use the bathroom lady lied to me and said there was no restroom. I told her that the law said there had to be a restroom when you serve the public, she proceeded to tell me that it was torn a broken out of order I had to go to the courthouse to use the bathroom before seeing my lawyer that occurred about 830 Tuesday morning after Easter a blond headed rude employ

Today was not nust another day there. I walked in and it was like walking into a brand new store. It is awesome. Things are going to be easier to locate for us the shoppers and for the emplyees. Great service with a big sme. So I would say it has greatly improved. They closed a day ar least last week and did a complete over haul of the inside. Great job ladies..my hat goes off to each one of you.

Went in to buy an audio cable for my radio and phone. 10 seconds after walking in the cashier aggressively called out an associate's name...(Janet i think idk) but "Janet " came racing through saying to the cashier "im glad you noticed that!", then hunting me down asking if there was something i needed help with. Told her what i needed and i dont see why she seemed so eager and worrysome to get me checked to leave while everyone else was just standing around shopping. There was only 5 people in there total. She hurriedly found the chord, gave it to me ,cashier said $5.47. She seemed like she was also eager to get me out of the store...Gave her $6 and she took my money, shoved it in the drawer and said bye, have a good day. I asked "may i have my change please?" She looked dumbfounded and had to rering a whole transaction just to get me my change back. She shouldn't have moved and talked too fast the whole time and maybe it would be less obvious...didn't seem to concerned with my obvious confusion of this strange behavior but the whole 30 seconds i was there, i was never left alone, watched, followed , and overall was rushed to leave while others took their time. They didn't seem too friendly and i was new to Benton and was warned of poor treatment cause of prejudice environment. Not the first time it's happened.

The lady working , sorry I didn't get her name saw I am handicapped as I was getting my walker out of my van. She came to the door and ask if I needed help or a buggy. I told her no I think I've got it. I ask where her cell phone items were shipped showed me and ask if I needed help. I wasn't sure the charger I bought was going to charge me phone so she took it and connected it to their cell connecters and it worked. There was also a customer who helped me too. I usually go to the Dollar General Store but I might just have to change stores if I see they have what I need. I spend anywhere from $60 to $80 a week and have never been treated as good at DG as I was here today
