Pretty neat place to shop, if in the area. They are much like an ACE Hardware and that's good. Keeps me from running back into Cleveland to get small items. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank You!

Customer service with the girls at the checkout is not so helpful but it's probably hard for them to leave cash register to help find things on shelves. Due to they are usually busy when I'm in there. But they have at least usually something for everything I'm looking for and the guys that load stuff on the cars for customers seem pretty friendly and fast

Apparently you pay bogus credit card charges whether they have the products they say they have in stock or not. Unacceptable customer service. The majority of the employees are rude with the exception of two. I thought this would be our go-to feed and supply store as well as all of our family who moved to the area. It will not.

I visit this place a few times a week. I love how all the staff is knowledgeable. The guys are great about knowing my vehicle and loading me up before I even leave the store. I’ve been going here since I was a little girl. I love it.

Update: Owner got involved and had resolution in 2 days. ...Service Dept: They've had my saw for nearly 2 months. Stopped by after not hearing anything for a month. Tech told me it was starting fine, which was not the issue I brought it in for. Explained the issue again and was told he would have to look at it some more. Stopped in 3 weeks later and was told they replaced the carb but it didn't fix it, problem is, I had already told him I replaced the carb when the saw first started acting up at the time I dropped off the saw . Was then told it would have to be put on the computer since its m-tronic. Why wasn't that done 2 months ago! Then was told he wanted to check out the piston but the muffler is hard to get off of the 201's. Thats why I brought it to a Stihl dealer for service!!!

Needed a GFI as we were camping at the Chilhowee campground, they had them in stock they have a lot of hardware and some rv type items if you need a repair replacement.

Just your typical rural handy dandy "we try to serve everybody" feed and seed and hardware store. They don't have everything, but what they don't have you probably really don't need. What they do have is great service and friendly faces.

Moved to the Ocoee area a couple of years ago bought property and have built a home. Burgess has been my go to place. From stihl products and repairs always fixed first time on plumbing electrical culverts always my first go to. Prices are excellent very competitive and the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Boy, this is so much more than a feed store. It is an Ace Hardware and a Lowes all wrapped into one small package. It's got the hardware you need, electrical wire, wire nuts, boxes, etc. Plumbing stuff, pvc pipe and fittings, copper pipe and fittings, etc. Limited quantities certainly but well worth a stop, look around and it can save you a trip to the Big box store. The staff is really friendly and helpful, unlike the green or orange store. Give them a try and see if you don't agree.

Great place little expensive on some of their stuff but if it keeps me from having to drive into the city to go to Walmart or the lows if it's just something they carry can I only need a couple things I try to stay out of town as much as possible very friendly people like the sitcom cheers there except it's not a bar and you're not allowed to drink there but they do know your name but don't go in there and expect them to know your name and you never been there before
