Shower water was COLD for the first 10 mins of my shower. There is no ice machine. The service desk area was locked by 9 PM, and I was unable to get a pillowcase that wasn't filthy. The phone in the room does not work, so I was unable to call the front desk from the room phone. The office chair did not stay up when it was sat on, causing a fall to the floor for the chair and person. DO NOT STAY HERE! I would rather drive 3 hrs back home than stay here. After I posted this review, someone brought me 2 new pillows. She mentioned something about knocking on the door. I assume she was talking about the service desk door that was locked and all lights were off. I tried to ring the door bell. Best of luck if you stay here or read some more of the reviews. You get what you pay for.Noteworthy details: No warm shower water, dirty pillowcases, no ice machine, and no service after dark.

This hotel stay wasn't planned ahead of time. We we're driving through and decided to stop for the night. We had a two bed room. The beds were not queen but full size and terribly uncomfortable. I did check for bed bugs and didn't see any but the stains on the under side of the mattress were gross. They did have a mattress pad and protector over the top but you could tell the mattress was old. Our shower didn't work so we had to take baths. The traffic noise was also awful. I will never stay here again.A few positives... from the outside things look nice, the one staff member at check in was great, and it was cheap. You get what you pay for!

First day we were there we left and came back to my reading glasses broken.Second night there was a fight in the parking lot.Here it is the third night and we are waiting to see what it brings.The rooms are cheep older but the beds seem to have been upgraded in the last two years but not much of one. The towels are no bigger then the hand towels. Not shampoo or conditioner and the bar of soap is a one inch by 3 inch on the floor mat.The water comes out hot and stays hot which was nice but it didnt drain well so you stood in ankle deep water by the time you are finished with your shower.Has a sign for a vending machine and ice machine but couldn't find the vending machine. Found where i was but its not there.

Stayed there for 2 weeks. I stayed in 3 different rooms. The 1st room was okay, clean and tidy. The 2nd room was a bit dirty and the shower drain was plugged. So, I requested a different room. The 3rd room was cleaner but the shower drain was also plugged. I was sick of changing rooms, so I just stayed in the 3rd room for the remaining 2 days. No inside access allowed, claiming it was still for Covid. No breakfast. Not thrilled with my stay. Rooms are overpriced for the provided accommodations.

Owners very very rude tried to tell me I couldn't get my deposit back because it was in middle of the night, and then accused me of smoking in room. Little does she know I don't smoke for last 5 years. My fiancee smoked 2 cigarettes one in car upon arrival and one outside across parking lot we checked out 7 hours after check in.

Our family is so thankful and surprised to find this hotel as we were driving through the state at midnight.Because of football, every hotel we kept calling was booked. We get fortunate that the inn had a room, but when we showed up at 1:30am, we felt like God was looking out for us. When you’ve got a toddler, a baby, and been on the road for 12 hours, you’ll settle for whatever a kind of hotel you can find off the interstate, but we were blown away to pull up and find a place where you can tell the family cares about the place.It was the first room we’ve been to where we felt it was actually clean and didn’t have to freak out that our kids were going to walk and touch anything. It reminded of us how small hotels used to be. It was humble and had all the basic amenities, AND CLEAN, but definitely could tell they just cared about the place. They even do their own gardening and grow flowers out in the front.What is really nice is they have a great breakfast/diner next door with just the best small town diner service you can find (equally well cared for).Many thanks from our family for caring and doing things right.

Staying at this hotel was a last minute decision, the first hotel we booked was awful, Days Inn by Wyndham in Jackson, TN, if you’re curious. (Please don’t waste your time or money with that hotel!)I was VERY happy with the pricing at this hotel, about $450. Stayed 8 nights in room 17, room service was available everyday to replace towels and make the bed. The room was clean and bug free. The heater/AC unit worked great. The hot water was amazing. The bed, sheets, and pillows were all clean and comfortable. We were in a non-smoking room, no odors detected. (7.5 months pregnant writing this, so take my word for it.) The fridge and microwave both work very well. All light fixtures work as intended, tv has cable. There is free wifi, it’s fast too! Neighbors were quiet during our stay. The woman at the front desk was very easy to communicate with and she was respectful.I 100% recommend staying here. For the price, the quality is excellent!I’d like to say that booking in person is cheaper than booking online ahead of time, so if that’s a chance you’re willing to take to save a couple bucks.Furniture’s top coat (gloss) was old and peeling, but that doesn’t bother me, just figured I’d mention it on google reviews.

I came in town for my cousins funeral. I ended up ulgrading to 2 beds and told them i had 3 people instead of just myself. I brought air matress with me for my niece. Prices are definitely higher than they should be for the room. They said they had iron and ironing board and didnt. The staff was very rude tonus after we discovered there were bed bugs in room 6 and even went as far as to blame us bc they pay 65 dollars a month to treat for bugs. They also threatened to call the police on is bc they didnt want other customers there knowing what was going on. Once the lady realized we were recording her she completely chabged her attitude moved us to different room bc it was 4 am and no others hotels in that town. When we went to other room we checked for more bed bugs and she immediately became irate with us again. I would never recommend this hotel. Id drive 40 miles out of my way before i ever stayed here again.

It is what it is. Small, rural motel. $70/ night. Clean. You get what you pay for.Non-smoking room smells like a weed farm and a couple of friendly house flies. I can get over that. Nothing major. Only things that kept it from 5 stars.A place to lay your head.

Rooms are reasonably clean, the cost of the room however was $ 20 more then advertised price on their website. I recommend booking room in advance to get the rate on website. No coffee maker in room. Very basic amenities are provided. I paid $65 for a double room, it was definitely not worth that price.

This is a wonderful place to stop and rest after a long day of traveling. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. There’s also a convenient and delicious breakfast place right next door. Priced to match the major chain motels but locally owned and operated by friendly folks.

Room was old and dirty after renovations. I would not have stayed there had it not been so late that I literally stopped because I couldn't drive any further. There were also fleas. Fleas!!!! I went back to desk and asked for another room because of fleas. She argued with me that they came in when I opened door. I then had to explain what fleas were. She didn't seem to care and told me to just sleep in the other bed. I said I would not stay in a room with fleas and she could give me another room or I'd find another hotel. She ensured I didn't mess up the room. She then reluctantly gave me the room next door. It was just as dirty however I didn't notice fleas. The next morning there was no breakfast and no coffee and once again when I asked about the breakfast, she said she could make coffee if I'd wait a few minutes... It was 0800.Meanwhile next door at the Front porch, I had an amazing breakfast../ the only good thing about staying at that hotel. I am still itchy now.

Travelers BEWARE. After being charged an additional $34.50 for a fee we were unaware of, my family requested a refund before we actually checked into the hotel. The clerk had charged us a total of $115, but then only refunded $100 and refused to refund the additional amount. They were uncooperative and frankly, shady in their dealings. Be careful before trusting them with your money. If I could give them a lower rating, I would.

Stayed there for two weeks and on the 3rd week they told us we had too many people it was two adults and 2 kids and we had our stuff in there keep in mind our room stays cleaned at all times and I will never go back to a very disrespectful place. No towels drink cups had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get towels. Heating was not all that good. But the girl at customer service desk was very nice and nice smile she was very helpful to me.
