This is by far the better McDonald's I have been to. Only time I've been disappointed was when it was going to snow and I placed online order not knowing they were going to close early. When I got there they were already closed. The next day my money was promptly refunded with out me having to contact store.Drive thru is usually fast and my orders are accurate. Nice friendly workers. Fries mostly hot and fresh

This McDonalds is located in Bells, TN. The service is always top notch better than any McDonalds I have visited in years. Dyersburg McDonalds would be 2nd. The rest do not rate on my chart. I am one for customer service and with a kind smile and attitude and not acting like they hate their job and you are bothering them. This McDonalds gets you order correct and fast. When I drove into the parking lot and went through drive in lanes and pulled back onto the hwy I had my food and on my way in less than 2 minutes and yes I do time them at times when I'm supposed to be somewhere on time and I worked at McDonalds when I was 16 and I'm 60 so I consider myself an expert in McDonalds service. Management is even working and the employees are not standing around talking and finishing their conversations before you get waited on like a few other ones I have been to. If your ever on 412 give McDonalds in Bells a try and see if your service is equal to mine and I'm there at least every 2 weeks.Parking: Plenty of parking with Convenient storegas station and nice clean restrooms located between the two stores. I give a three because the fries were actually good, they were hot and just the perfect amount of salt. First time in over a year they got it right with the fries. The deluxe we quarter pounder on the other hand , the picture is probably,..... Enough said. I don't give bad reviews but come on McDonalds. My deluxe has been nasty and even nasty looking the last four times I've tried. I don't know why I keep coming back. I had given up on your restaurant until a few months ago. My daughter turned me on to the deluxe. I must have been starving or maybe that one time you, the restaurant, were actually cleaned up and I got a fresh sandwich too. It's a special order. Yet I haven't received a fresh meal in four times of being there. Besides this review I am calling management. Dont go downhill. You just now came up. Come on guys. Put some heart into it,!

As someone who worked for Tyler G for many years I am very disappointed in the bells McDonald's not only at 7:00 where all the employees at the front of the store and nobody was at the first window but they completely messed up every single sandwich we ordered and as someone who has worked the kitchen as a manager to help trained employees I'm disappointed because they messed up our food out of spite I know how the sauce guns work in the back I know the intentionally put too much sauce on all of my burgers and not only that the wrong sauce then they served as burgers with no cheese there is a lack of discipline in this McDonald's and it makes me very disappointed in the nighttime manager that is overseeing this crew

I've never had any problems with this McDonald's. The workers are always kind and the service is decentParking: I have to go thru the drive thru because most of the time, there is no where to park. Alot of that is because it's attached to a convenient store

My Bf got us breakfast this morning. He got me a sausage McMuffin with egg . I took a bite of my sandwich and to my surprise I notice on the other side of my McMuffin a hair in the white egg, how Nasty !Some one needs to inspect this that just gross it ruined my appetite completely.

Service sucked waited 3 minutes to even be noticed by the chatting employees with their backs to the public and counter. Placed and paid for my fries and shake; very quick, too quick. My fries were cold and greasy, and I do not know what happened to the shakes, but WOW! That tasted nasty. Now, I have not had a shake from McD's in over 10 years, so in this store's defense, it could just be the way they are now.

It's like a normal McDonald's, I refuse to use the kiosk, nothing wrong with face to face contact. Let's just say, the way things are going (self checkouts), will we be making our own burgers in the future?Vegetarian options: Bring back the salads, and chicken wraps, offer healthy options.

This is a great McDonald's! Lots of teens working here and they are generally friendly and helpful.Here's the extra special item -- they have CHOCOLATE soft serve ice cream! This is our Wed night after church treat on the way home. And these folks are very generous with their servings. It's really hard to resist! To our knowledge, this is the only one around with chocolate. Try it! You'll love it!

Very slow service ~ Food was cold. They didn't have the small fries on my order, which I didn't realize because the cashier didn't read back my order. When I asked the (I assume manager due to a different shirt) she was very rude about it. I wasn't getting back in line and waiting again for fries. I had to ask for my drink cups. On a good note, the restaurant was clean.

Very disappointed. Was asked to pull up so I did. Lady brought out order I looked and seen that I did not have a happy meal. So I went in just to get the Happy Meal while my husband decided to go through the bag and of course start munching on some fries to get ready to get our food out. I went in and the girl had a Happy Meal and a bag in her hand the manager tried to then stop her and proceed to say hey wait that's yours you got the wrong order. he said I need the bag that you got I said well my husband has already started eating the fries and going through the sandwiches to see what was what. he said that it's fine I still need to serve this order to the right customer!!! he then had the girl follow me to my car and receive the wrong bag and took it back in the store to serve it to another customer that is so nasty we touch the food ate some fries they then took it to serve it to someone else. makes me think how many times have I got my meal that was served to someone else that was touched by another person.

Got 2 cheeseburgers without any cheese. This store is off the road where you can turn off the road, pick up an order, then get back on the road. It's really important to be sure orders are right the first time without us having to turn around. The parking lot coming in to the right side needs Potholes filled in. The pothole going out needs the same.just a suggestion.

Thursday night at 9:30 pm, after waiting an extraordinary amount of time on the car in front of me at the drive through I rolled up to the ordering speaker and no one asked me for my order I yelled out can I order please several times but no one ever responded so I had to just drive away after working my butt off and was very hungry. I'm sick of people treating me bad for no reason.

5 minute wait to place order, another 5 minutes to pay for food but then quickly served at next window. Polite service, Burger was hot and good, fries were under cooked and cold. Order was correct. Overall outstanding for a McDs!
