I am extremely pleased will bells animal clinic. I usually go to Alamo animal clinic and they are also great but on May 14th I had to rush my cat to the vet because he was having trouble breathing and the vet at Alamo wasn’t there so I was referred to bells. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do because of his condition but Dr. Williams was awesome about explaining every little thing to me, and when I had to make that tough decision she gave me plenty of time to say my goodbyes to him. She even came in there to check on me and make sure I was okay. Even though it was the hardest thing ever to do, Dr. Williams and the staff were very caring and I appreciate them so much.

When you love your pet, you want the best of care. You want them loved like you do. Bells Animal Clinic does that! The staff there is the best! I appreciate them loving on my Boston even when he is squirmy! Can’t say enough good things about Bells Animal Clinic❤️

The people who work here clearly care a lot about animals. They are all kind and highly competent. You can trust that your babies are in good hands here. However, this quality care comes at a cost. The average clinic charges about $100 to fix a cat; here it cost me $270. It's my fault for assuming it would not be so expensive but I digress. If money is tight, consider bypassing this clinic.

So far so good. Definitely better than anything on highway 70 and pretty much Jackson Tennessee altogether.Will keep going back, as long as they keep up the good work. I think they're pretty awesome actually. 💯🇺🇲😎

This clinic not only takes excellent care of my pets, they take excellent care of their human clients too. A pet being sick or hurt is very stressful, and they have always helped me through it in addition to taking care of my cats and dogs. Everyone is kind and respectful and I never have to wonder if my pets are in good hands.

In an urgent time of need, Bells Animal Clinic was there for us. Our 11 week old puppy decided eating rocks was a fun hobby, which resulted in his entire system shutting down, and our local vet office was unable to see him.The service we received was thorough, professional, and kind; our puppy was well taken care of and returned back to us in a few days in healthy and happy form. While he was in the care of Bells Animal Clinic we received phone calls involving detailed updates, which alleviated the stress of leaving our new puppy at a new clinic.I would highly recommend this practice for any veterinary needs.

My little Abby is seen frequently at Bells Animal Clinic due to ongoing health issues. The providers and staff at the clinic are amazing in their professionalism, compassion and gentleness with a sometimes frightened little dog. I wish there were 20 stars I could give them!!!!

Allowed us to come in immediately and saved my cats life when I couldn't find anyone else who would see him because of a holiday.They kept me updated with his condition throughout his stay and were upfront about costs (which were standard and reasonable) and informed us about possible complications.He is now home and healing thanks to their care.

This vetreanian saved my dog, Mansons life!!!! He was on deaths door!!!! I recommend this place for all your pets!!!! They are extremely nice, and very experienced at their job!!! Thanks for saving my dog AND our cats as well!!!!

Outstanding. Two (2) routine vaxination visits this week. Wednesday for (1) super excited 2 year old Bull Terrier dog. Emma and Dr. Davis were awesome with her. Then Friday for another routine vaxination visit with our docile 4 year old Bull Terrier and 5 year old cat. Emma, Destini and Dr. Pennington were awesome as well.

We were from out of town and had an emergency at the end of the day on a Friday. We called while passing through the area and they saw us immediately. Every single person in that office was so accommodating and friendly. We were in and out very quickly. We were thrilled with the care and attention our Lucy received at Bells Animal Clinic. In addition, they were very compassionate towards me during my period of grief.I'm new to the area... and after my experience here I won't go anywhere else!

This is the best vet office ever! The staff is so friendly and caring. I come in on the regular with between 1-5 kids and they treat my kids with respect as well as loving on my animals. The staff doesn't judge me but work with what I want to do. They also make sure to call a couple days after your appointment to make sure that your pet is doing okay. This is my favorite part, the personal connection.

Very friendly staff. Timmy was anxious but calmed down after receiving attention and love. The vet addressed all my concerns and referred me to a specialist, which I much appreciate. I am thankful when anyone in health care, whether for humans or animals, does not try to practice outside their usual scope. I highly recommend and will be returning for future follow up.

I hate to be the one, but after paying over $600 I can rightfully voice my opinion. I took kitty in for a lump on his belly and they said he needed surgery and didn't offer any other options. They sliced my fur baby wide open and did a halfway job stitching him back up ($422). A few days later fluid was draining out of the wound they cut. I took him back in and they charged me another $200 to restitch the opening. The price didn't include pain medication which would have cost even more. They told me if I didn't want to pay the $200 to stitch him back up, they would just send him home with this open wound that they created. They should have offered a cheaper, less painful option!

They are just awesome, first time my lab was there they acted as though they had been treating him since he was a puppy. They call to check on your fur baby at home to make sure everything is ok. All of them are so polite and just love on your babies

Very caring female vets here. We started with them back in 1993 when we lived in Crockett County. Back then it was a 1 man operation. Dr. Moss was great. I think he still works on Wednesdays. They now have I believe 4 female vets and all will take good care of your pets.

I would give them 6 stars if I could!If you’re searching for great vets for your fur babies, this is the place. Clean, appealing facilities and great service from the moment you walk in. Knowledgeable and compassionate doctors and staff who patiently and clearly explain and answer questions, procedures, and treatments. The staff at Bells Animal Clinic went the extra mile in their care, compassion, and service. I’ve been to a few different vets in Jackson, but this one surpasses them all. I wont be taking my animals anywhere else!

These folks are the absolute best. The Saturday after Thanksgiving by 13 + years old lab had to be put to sleep. My family was hurting for our sweet dog. They went out of the way to make him and I comfortable. And it is very affordable. I will be a customer for as long as I have fur babies. The vet was good at explaining things.

When Dr. Bailey was there everything was better than great. However they got a bunch of new ones that I think work on commission or something. Last time we took our dog there, we were talked down to like we were some 3rd grade drop out rednecks. She wanted to put our 16 year old through hell and likely kill her from the ordeal just for more money. Changed pharmacy so they want to suck us dry to transfer the Rx to the new pharmacy.

So caring, thoughtful. Our first time and I felt like they knew and loved our Blue like he was a member of their family. Not rushed, answered questions, got us right in kind, effective treatment. So happy we found them. Worth the drive.Businesses need to realize the folks you hire at the front desk are a huge representation of your business. This place has that from the front door to the out door.
