Tom is such a great guy, even if we were going through a hard time, he is so kind and his words he shared with us meant everything in that moment. He took care of our fur baby in the end and gave her the most dignified cremation. We didn't know what to do because we have 3 kids (3, 7 and 12 ) he did everything he could to make this experience be the least traumatic for all of us, thanks again.

I want to say thank you to Tom for being so kind when I went to pick up Lillies ashes. It was the hardest thing to do, but I'm so glad that they are understanding and compassionate. I love that they make different style boxes for the ashes and it comes with a certificate that is personalized which makes me feel like they cared about my baby just as much as I did. I can't say how grateful I am for their services and compassion.

I can't say enough good about this godsend. I just picked up my sweet boy "Brinks" ashes and also had him take care of my sweet girl Marley, about a year ago. Top notch folks that provide a service I wish we never had to use. They will take care of your companion as though they were their's.Thank you much for doing what you do.

If I could leave more than five stars, I’d gladly do so. Tom is one of the best people I’ve met and has a heart of gold! When I lost my dog to T cell lymphoma I knew there was no one else I would trust to treat his body with the care, respect, love, and kindness I would want. Tom and the wonderful people at Companions Forever went above and beyond for me and my baby. The wooden box I got him back in with his name plate are beautiful, the paw print cast meant the world to me, and I also got a gorgeous necklace with some of his ashes in as well. I was so thrilled to have not only my boy back, but also other reminders of who he was. I can’t recommend these guys enough to help you in that time of need that’s only necessary, not wanted.

Update: We lost 2 more of our fur babies and we have took them all to Companions Forever. As always we was treated amazing. Thank you for what yall do! ❤️My family lost our beloved kitten. I cannot say enough good things about Companions Forever! They are caring, compassionate people who understand how much our pets mean to us and try to provide a service that keeps the animals' dignity intact. It means the world to me to know her remains were handled with care and most importantly that I'll have a little piece of my CoffeeBean forever. They have truly helped make a devastating event a litte easier. I think the prices were fair and they never tried to upsell me on anything, simply showed me the options. You will know you made the right choice as soon as you speak with them.

Tom is an incredible human. His passion for animals is so beautiful, and he genuinely gives them the respect and care they deserve through this process. I could not have asked for a better experience. Though putting a fur-baby to rest is incredibly heartbreaking, Tom is sure to be as helpful and gentle as possible.His line of work is one I have so much respect for, and the fact that he was able to give us a bit of peace in such a hard time is something I'll always cherish. He did an amazing job taking care of my baby, and will always be my first choice in situations like this.It means so much to me to have such a beautiful way to honor and remember my darling Maus. Updated to add because it will not let me reply to your response:At no point did we call and ask for information about euthanizing, so I'm not sure where you're getting that from. Our dog was already gone when we called you. We also only gave you one phone number to contact us. And you say we contacted you "outside of business hours" however all your websites say open 24 hours. You've changed your story on what happened that night so many times and none of your versions are the truth, however I'm not going to re-hash all of it with you just for you to continue to say whatever you want to say.My mother's dog of 11 years died tonight. My husband called this place asking if they could take her tonight or if we needed to wait until the morning to bring her to which we were told we could bring her tonight and that he could open his business doors from his phone. We live about 45 minutes from him and told him that. My mom leaves to take the dog to this place and my husband gets a call from this guy that we had been talking to. I cannot 100% remember his name or I would add that. He leaves my husband a voice-mail and tells him "he had waited a hour and a half for a ride that was suppose to be 45 minutes and that he was closing." My husband immediately calls him back and he was met with rudeness and complete disregard for a family who had just lost a pet. This man tells my husband "he waited long enough. He waited 1.5 hours for someone that was only 45 minutes away and that he was closing and was going to be closed for the weekend." My husband asks what we should do with the dog in the meantime, genuinely asking what we should do with her body until then. The man hatefully says "I don't know. It was suppose to take 45 minutes." My husband says "it would have taken 45 minutes if we had walked out the door right that second." This man says "BYE" and hangs up on my husband. My mom was already at the place by this time. She calls the man and he said "oh are you who I've been waiting on for 2.5 hours?" So he went from saying he had been waiting one and a half hours to saying he had been waiting two and a half hours within a matter of minutes. He then hangs up on my mother. I'm not sure how he expected us to be there in exactly 45 minutes from calling him when we had to find something to put our girl in, all family members had to say their goodbyes, and get to a location we had never been to before. Not to mention all business pages say open 24 hours AND on their Facebook page they posted "we are here for you on the weekends" just TODAY. What a horrible, disgusting way to treat people. To this man, you should be ASHAMED of your ugliness to people who just lost their loved pet of 11 years and was going to put their trust in you to take care of her. My mother who was already devastated is now even more upset due to your horrible disregard for the people who in such a difficult and tragic time trust you with their animal. I hope you see this and read it personally and know the distress you've caused tonight. Shame on you.

Mike, the owner and operator is one of the kindest people I've ever met. During my career as a law enforcement officer I worked four dogs. Three of these dogs went to Mike for cremation. He is considerate and it shows in the way he conducts his business. My last partner died last week and this week he called just to check on us. the urns that he provides and sales are nice. I will take all my pets to him as long as he operates.

I called and spoke with Mike the morning I had to make that decision for our senior furbaby. I tried to maintain my composure but could not. He was so very nice and understanding. I would highly recommend him to take care of your furbabies. I had an opportunity to talk with him for a few minutes when I picked up our furbaby. He is so nice. We lost my son’s Chihuahua on July 7, took him to Mike to be cremated. Honestly these are the nicest, kindest, most compassionate people you will ever meet. They did an excellent job as well as making a very difficult situation bearable. They will always handle my animals on their journey to Heaven.

I had to exhumed my the dogs from our old property. The owner was so understanding of my situation & helped me through the whole process. I got all the of my dogs back in a week in an amazing box, with a certificate & everything.This was already a traumatic experience that I had to deal with, & Companions Forever helped me every step of the way.Than you again!!!

I would leave a 0 if I could.....WORST EVER!!! last week we contacted this company because we had scheduled a Vet to come to our home and put our baby to rest. We explained what was going on and was advised to call before we come. When the tech arrived we explained what happened and she thought we should check his blood work just to be sure, after doing so they said let’s try doing fluids and antibiotics... So of course, like anyone would.... we decided to rush him to the Hospital. We tried several things and had hopes that he would recover. A week later, he is in bad shape again. We are now having him put to rest to end his suffering and called companions forever to have him cremated. Little did we know that he was upset because we didn’t call to let him know? All I’m saying is have some respect. We were devastated!! Don’t use this company for your baby’s! PS.. to beat it all we had to take him our last dog because he couldn’t come and pick her up and still charged us full price!

To review Mike would take all day writing 6 yrs ago my best friends dog Otto was hit by a car he didnt survive the Vet led us to Mike and ever since he remains permanent number in my contacts. Including my frirnds dog Otto we have called upon Mike's services for the 4th time yesterday. Otto my dog Arwen around 41/2 yrs ago. Then 2 yrs later our cat Junior died. I called Mike told him who I was not expecting him to remember us or even Arwen let alone the first thing he asked was how the little guy was doing referring to my late dog Arwens son I kept. 2 yrs had gone by many beloved pet's and their families Mike crossed paths with yet he remembered us and my little Duff boy. That was Huge to me. In th his ever changing world its refreshing to see a businessman serving his calling truelly mastering the profession as well as maatering customer service. My parents business owners I look for key things this business has all and more. Mike gives the respect, dignity, and kindness to our beloved pets that I gave my patients in the nursing home. That speaks volumes to me my pets are my children I unable to have my own children treat my pets as my children not animals. Mike does the same. . I am sad to be writing this as it comes with our Sinatra kitties passing. But so Thankful and blessed Mike will be caring for his final resting. A truer more honest businessman you will not find. He is a blessing to his trade and let's you know he cares. Helping us upon our journey of grief aiding in the comforting of our broken hearts he . I've never given any business a 5 star rating Mike deserves a million stars. Thourghly impressed with the way he runs his business and his character is bar none. I feel blessed to have met such a kind compassionate and respectable Person as well as a Grade A++++++++ Top of the line Professional! I had an emergency situation to arise with my pet. I could not get a return phone call from the veterinary office I had been using. My nephew located the telephone number of this office and within less than two minutes, Amanda Curty was walking me through what to do for my pet until she could get someone into the office. She was very kind and patient and compassionate as I was at my wits end watching my pet leave this earth unexpectantly.. My pet died in my arms on the way to the pet hospital. However the compassion and kindness did not end, another young lady, Lindsey Ladd met us she was the sweetest young lady, as this hysterical pet owner stood crying in agony asking if my pet was dead in which I already knew. Lindsey was so kind, as I asked what would happen now, and she explained to me the services offered which I did purchase. My only regret is that I did not know of this office sooner. I honestly believe if I had I would not be in such agony now, and they would have known if something was wrong with my beloved pet before it was too late. If I ever get another companion this is the vet office I will make the primary care office.
