Stopped by on our way through TN on our way home back to IL. We are trail riders and didnt know what to expect. Loads of great deals. Quality equine tack for wonderful prices. Friendly workers. There was everything from bits to pads to vet wrap to saddles. You name it, it was there. Wonderful place for all Equestrians. English, western, show, trail, etc. We loved it and if we are ever back in the area, we will stop by again!!

This place has everything for the horse fan from repairing and giving new life to our "new" antique saddle to beautiful clothes, boots and hats. I choose a pair of Montana Silversmith beautiful earrings from their selection fir my 66th birthday. You step inside, smell the leather and you know you're in a special place. The staff are great, very professional but even more important friendly like they had known you for years even if it's your first time to shop with Bedford Tack.

I live in California, and my friend loves going there. She calls Bedford Tack "The Candy store".I knew she was going there on her birthday. I called them to help me out with the purchase. The nicest people work there. They do good quality work , like it's 'spose to be done. They have a real good selection of boots and jeans ; and pretty damn nice show clothes and jewerly. In the back they have ANYTHING & EVERYTHING for horses ; their needs; and lots of very useful stuff and so much more that you will just want. Oh yeah, they do exceptional leather work. Love that place.

I have been to this tack shop quite a few times, and normally I am very happy with the experience. They have a good selection on tack and horse supplies, decent pricing. Some things are high but some good deals. I came in looking to buy leathers and irons for some new saddles. I checked their website and it showed they had economy leathers for $12.99 and irons for $12.99. When I got to the store the leathers were $12.99 but the cheapest irons they had were $21.75. I asked an employee about it and he told me that their website isn't updated. They wouldn't match the price either. When I inquired again they acted like this was a regular thing, and weren't very apologetic. I would have purchased a few pairs of irons if they would have offered some slight discount. I was really disappointed by the lack of customer service.

My favorite tack store! Customer service is top notch. Your phone call is answered with a sunny disposition. Product is immediately packaged and shipped. My saddle arrived 3 days after purchase. I cannot say enough good things about Bedford Tack.

Great tack shop. I went for the first time today. Everyone was friendly, smart, and offered excellent help. It’s a gem of a tack shop and is astounding with how much they sell inside. Anything you want is here. The area is rural TN, and it seems like there wouldn’t be a store out there. Once you turn in the iron gates and park- inside a rack dreamland awaits. The guys were super helpful. I got to sit in 5 different saddles and it helped me narrow down my needs quite a bit. I bought some local honey on the way out and plan on buying a saddle from them when I find the one. Giant selection of western saddles, both used and new. English, halters, bridles, fly treatment, saddle bags, bits, cinch’s you name it, they got it. Definitely worth the trip.

The best people in a tack shop. One of the largest tack shops I think I know of locally owned and operated and not a huge stockholders owned or board or directors run. They can perform any operational equipment need necessary in my opinion be it on leather or something else. I love at times going in there and looking I usually always find something I didn't have I needed.

They have a great selection of tack and can do really nice leather work… However, I had two halters and three dog collars made and when I came to pick them up, one was lost, one was misspelled, one was backwards, and they forgot my last name on all of the dog collars. I would've been ok with my last name not being on the collars but asked that the spellings be fixed. After waiting for 40 minutes, I had to leave and will have to come back another day. It wouldn't be such a big deal except that I live an hour away and had already had to drive out there.

I took my friend to Bedford Tack on Saturday afternoon, much disappointed that they closed at noon. We arrive about 12 25. We called the store, and Cindy answered and said THATS OKAY!!!! Come on anyway, i will let you in..i just have to leave by 1:00. So we did, and they did let us in and treated us as if it was open hours. I didnt want to bother them after the store was closed, but they just couldnt be nice enough. Anyone that wants to shop at a store where you are treated like you matter,,,,,i highly suggest shopping here. Its HUGE, they have EVERYTHING,,,,and have a wonderful kindness about them too.
