Beechgrove Stables and kennels is hands down the best boarding facility in Middle Tennessee. The animals are treated with first class accommodations. These animals live better than some people. It is hands down the cleanest and most organized facility that I have ever been to. I started boarding 4 plus years ago and I will never board anywhere else if they have vacancy. Elese Alsup is the owner and she is truly an animal lover. She has a passion for giving animals/pets the best experience. I truly appreciate her and the staff. They are the absolute best!!! I highly recommend Beech Grove Stable and I consider them the premier animal boarding facility in Middle Tennessee!!!!!!

It was such a comfort to know that our dogs were being so well cared for while they stayed in a luxury suite--perfect for our older dogs--along with trips to the large play area. We'll definitely be back!

My husky had a fun time! Very reasonable and respectful. The kennels were clean. She enjoyed running around, and playing with the other dogs. I will definitely be using them again!

Can’t say enough about Beechgrove Stables and Kennels. We feel Harriet has the best care when she is there. She is always excited when we turn on the driveway and head up the hill. The kennels are always clean and well kept.No question where we will board Harriet anytime we need

Elese is so patient with our timid German Shepherd! This was our dog’s first time staying at a boarding facility, and Elese’s communication with us and care for our dog was top notch. Highly recommend!

I have been very fortunate to have a safe place for my cats during vacation. Elese is very thorough and great at keeping me updated. The grounds are well kept and she has quite a bit of work on her hands with all the animals people entrust to her, I really don’t know how she does it, but she does. I’ve used this kennel for several vacations and my cats are very comfortable there. The cost is affordable and it’s so worth knowing I can relax and that they will get taken care of the same way I would do.

We boarded a husky with BG several yrs ago , many times , he had a blast ! Recently we rescued an Australian Shepherd at 5 yrs old.. I was a bit skeptical on how he would do , mainly because we hadn’t had him very long and he was a nervous sort of guy . Push all that aside .. he had a blast at BG ! Made friends , ate his food ( that was the main concern ) .. he came home , just as he left .. the same dog !! I would recommend BG to anyone ! Thank you Elese !

A beautiful place to leave your fur babies in safe hands. I had to board my two cats for two months and Elese gave me a deal for them to have the bigger room. I am so grateful for her. She kept me updated and let me visit them when I was missing them. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would use these kennels again.

I wouldn't want my boy Argus anywhere else except Beechgrove Stable and Kennels! I travel for work several times a year, in-between that I work from home, he is 1 1/2 and has been with me 24/7, there are some separation anxiety issues; Elese is wonderful about working with him and finding out which of the other furry guests that he is compatible with so he gets to play and have socialization. I love that I get great video updates regularly during his visit and I get a complete breakdown of how his stay went upon my pick up. I highly recommend her to anyone needing boarding for short or long term.

Excellent service! Elese took great care of my two cats while I was gone for two weeks. She makes sure they’re safe. This was their third time there. She let me know that they were now comfortable with the new location. The first time boarding here she contacted me when one cat wasn’t eating. Finally the cat became more settled in.I travel 50 minutes to get there. I recommend her services to anyone. 😊

I love taking my dogs to Beechgrove Kennels!!! I have an English Mastiff right at 200 pounds and a mixed breed that is 70 pounds and the family kennels are SO HUGE that they have plenty of room and the dogs can even go inside and outside. I toured MANY kennels before finding Beech Grove Kennels and never felt at ease like I do when I take my dogs here. They are smaller (less capacity) kennels so it's not as hectic as other kennels and the room for the dogs and cleanliness is just top notch! Communication is great and it's also just a beautiful setting. I recommend them all the time- I am just so pleased with my many experiences with them.

I’ve been using Beech Grove Kennels exclusively for my two German Shepherds. They are not stressed when I pick them up which tells me a lot!I highly recommend BGK and my boys will continue to vacation there.Here is a pic of them ready for a long-2 week stay!

Excellent service! Elise took wonderful care of my husky while I vacationed for a week. He had some separation anxiety while I was gone, and she gave him the extra attention he needed. It gives me great comfort knowing the person I left him with treated him with compassion and kindness when he was struggling. Highly recommend this establishment!

We were going out of town for the weekend, and the other place we were going to use denied us cause our dog was in heat. Beech Grove was able to accommodate us with a nice sized kennel for our dog that had easy access for her to go out when she needed. I would definetly recommend her and we will be using her again next time we travel.

So glad to have found this wonderful place that I can take my dogs to be so well taken care of when I have to go away. I have two very small dogs. They were together in a luxury suite and taken out to a large play area every day. They were fed well, got their meds and were loved on by Alese. She said she really enjoyed my two little boys and sent me videos of them playing in the playground and getting their treats and lovies by her personally . The property is beautiful and well kept. There is pride and integrity here. Don’t hesitate to bring your pet here. I’ve never boarded before. Now I know I can, and be very happy about it.

My dogs are always healthy and happy when I pick them up!!! AND best of all they get excited when we turn off the highway to go there- and can’t wait to get out of the car!!!!! This is our second time staying with Beechgrove Kennels and great experience again. We have 3 German Shepherds and a pit bull, and their “family” pens are a good size to house the dogs two and two. It’s also great that they get play time all together. Quarters are clean and they can be inside or out as they choose. Highly recommended!

This was the first time utilizing Beech Grove Stable and Kennels. It will not be the last. Both dogs seemed to do well here. The 1st a yr old American Akita, the 2nd a 14yr old mini Dachshund. The space is good for the larger dog and the smaller one eventually settled in nicely. I'm glad to have found a place where both dogs can stay. Received a few updates during the stay which was nice. The owner lives onsite of the beautiful property so there is always someone nearby. I would recommend this kennel to most.

I love Elese! My dog has never been good in a kennel but he loves going to Beechgrove Kennels with Elese! She went above and beyond caring for my dog for a week. We boarded our new rescue and our older mini schnauzer with BG Stable and Kennels while going on a family getaway to the mountains. Our rescue is a pup (so he can be a handful!) and my eldest's schnauzer is 11 and can be difficult to get to eat when separated from us. It was his first time boarding anywhere. This place is THE place to keep your fur babies and care for them when needed. They kept me up to date and were huge helps so that we could enjoy some family time. Absolutely recommend!

We boarded our two dogs at Beech Grove Kennels for a full month while we went on a big family vacation and I couldn't be more pleased! Elese took excellent care of our pups and sent us updates on how they were doing and even a little video of them playing. It set my mind at ease and let me enjoy the time with my family. We now refer to their time at the kennel as their "summer camp" :)

This was our first time boarding our two dogs but we definitely will be back. We love the size of the kennels and the large space the dogs have to run! We personally love that the owner is very upfront and honest about how our dogs did/how they acted and doesn’t sugarcoat anything. It’s very nice that the owner lives on the property. I also appreciate that the dogs do not play with other dogs.
