By far the worst hotel I have ever seen in my entire life. As I unlocked the room the smell of cigarettes smacked me in the face. Even though every door on the outside says “no smoking.” This shouldn’t even be suitable for anyone to stay at all, and in all honesty it should be shut down. I paid the $70 to go in and leave, you couldn’t PAY ME to stay there!

Never got the chance to write a review about this place but when I stayed there in 2021 it was really bad. I mean you get what you get for the price. But guy at the desk just seemed rude he had an attitude on him. I never even saw a housekeeper. The room had a dead roaches on the floor, it smelled musty and sheets were super dusty. But you get what you pay for so 🤷‍♀️hopefully things have changed now

The nastiest place I've ever stayed . Holes in the bedspread, the pillows stunk so bad we couldn't use them . the stains on the chair was disgusting the shower was disgusting. Ruined a new blouse rubbing up against the dresser. The worst place ever. I had to get my blanket and pillows from my car to be able to even lay down in that bed. They still charged 60$ for that nastiness.

Great place to stay, good quality rooms, hard wood floors, flat screen tvs with cable. Nice bathrooms, they also offer free WIFI & the rooms are each stocked with a fridge, & microwave for your eating convenience. The rooms were nice & clean. Each bed covered in a nice bed set & comforter resembing grandmas old qiults giving it a little touch of home, along with the art decor thoughtfully placed throughout each room. The owner kurt is EXTREMELY nice & accommodating. Greg the manager/ Maintenance man Is very friendly, & a man of his word if you ask for help. 10/10 will definitely stay there again.

The manager was very kind and you can tell right away that he is a genuine person. The rooms were very clean and stocked. The linens were crisp and clean. New television. Cold mini fridge. Not one single bug of any kind. I looked hard too. Now this motel could stand a little remodeling here and there but it’s the cleanest motel I’ve stayed in in years.

Not even one star. The room was nasty. Dead bugs all over, snot on walls, bath mirror, stuck on furniture. Dog hair in desk chair. Half smoked cigarette in shower, two Bobby pine and old bar soap. Towels were so stained and damp when found in room. Etching in doorway to bath has been there since 2017. Crack heads and God know what else looming around property!! Checked bed 3 times before would even sit on it. DO NOT STAY HERE! Talked to owner/manager on check out..totally blew me off! Days Inn corporate should secret shop any properties that carry their name and keep them to standard or drop them.

Room was cute and spacious but the floor was nasty and I got bit by something when I laid in the bed it was not worth what I paid 82.50 for one night. I will definitely not be staying at this place again I would not recommend this placeRooms: The floors were nasty and I got bit by I think bed bugs I would not recommend this place

We have had a very pleasant experience during our unexpected, extended stay in Bean Station. The rooms are clean, cozy, and the price is just right. The front desk and on-site staff has been amazing. She does a great job and in a very timely manner. Definitely would stay here again. Good Job! Thank you!

I called to see if they had any rooms available and the woman that answered the phone was very kind which made me all the more inclined to stay there on my trip from Texas to Maryland. they're extremely affordable and I say that as an unemployed 21 y/o. it's a nice quiet area and the bed was comfortable. the sheets weren't scented but I could still tell they'd been washed. when I got there and when I left the boss, Kurt, was very kind even though I was 15 min late checking out. the room was small and not decorated and for some reason that made it all the more appealing to me. simple. comfortable. clean. the only thing I would say is bring slippers because the floor is a bit weird feeling on your feet? other than that I was very happy to stay there.

We stayed the past 2 weekends here & I have no complaints. We have stayed here before in the past & it has always been a pleasant experience. It is an older hotel & does need updated but the rooms are always clean & the staff is always a pleasure to deal with. They are always smiling & will ask you everytime they see you how your day is & if you need anything. I asked for extra towels our last stay & the lady brought them to our room in less than 5 minutes. We have stayed at 5 star resorts along the east coadt several times over the years & we have never had the staff be as friendly as they are at budget inn, bean station.

Friend staying there, the guy that runs the place has taken great care of her making sure she has gas and moral support through her stay, clean towels and everything everyday, whatever she needs really. Room is nice, great water pressure and hot water. Air conditioner is on point too!

This is an excellent place to stay. You cannot find better accommodations anywhere else . The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are very clean and cozy. I Whether you are staying just one night or need an extended stay this is the only place to choose.I am so happy that we decided to stay here. I'll definitely be back. It's the only place I'll stay in this area. Even Morristown had no Motels or Hotels that can beat the rooms and service at Budget Inn Bean Station!

Wasn't clean..Under bed was dead bugs.such as coacroaches and it couldn't have been cleaned from whom ever stayed in the room BEFORE US! FOR EXAMPLE cigeratte ashes all.by wall.under headboard...hair on shower walls and in the DRAIN!!!!🤢🤢🤢 if ur wanting to stay somewhere really look.around for.options before BECAUSE NO REFUNDS AT.ALL!!!

Owner will work with you, especially in an emergency or urgent situation. The rates are fair and the remodeling is improving the interior as well as exterior. Friendly staff and mostly clean. Seems to be people owned by people whom really care about others.

The staff is amazing and friendly. The rooms were super clean and inviting. Its very spacious we have 2 hukys 1 baby and 2 adults, we fit perfectly there is so much space. I would recomend this to everyone nearby. Super great prices.

I would like to share my experience with this Budget Inn. When I called the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful with my needs. The next day I gave him a call to let him know where I was,he was able to tell me I was about 30 to 40 minutes away which was nice to know. When I got there he had made arrangements for my medical dog, plus himself went down to my room and trun the ac where the room would be cool down for me,thi t was so nice and unexpected i didn't ask him to do that. The room was very clear and roomy the microwave and refrigerator was very clear,th t towels were nice and white and soft. I could walk from the shower to the other room and I didn't stick to the floor plus my feet was still clean. I will stay here again! The only thing I missed was having a coffee pot in my room. I can't say enough good things about this place!

If you feel like being degraded and Falsely accused of being drug addicts go aheadand stay here at Budget inn in Bean station Tennesse. The manager here called the cops because my dad had a cut on his arm and he thought it was drug tracks. Got check for drugs by the cops as they entered our room falsely being accused of drug addiction or with having illegal drugs on our persons then the cops went into our suitcases throwing our belongings around on the floor like it was nothing and disrespecting our things. The manager there who evidently lives there totally sucks and is a dumb man we were only there to look at a house but thanks to the treatment we got I would not want to live in Bean station Tennessee even if you pay me 1 million dollars to live at this place. This dump doesn't even deserve stars this place needs to be shut down. We were only there for three hours and manager refuse give our 90 dollars back!! Manager said that there better not be damage in the room. This guy also even try poisoning our dog in the room!!

To be a motel out in the middel of no where. It is clean, the owners are ready with towels ext. They have a few long term people who stay. So the soap and cups ext. Are very low quality. To be an tiny littel motel to stop and rest it was good enough.

I currently have a room here and its a good room for a fair price I work at a high class "high standard" Hilton brand hotel and this place is just as clean as my job and Hilton standards are pretty high so other than needing a few cosmetic things like carpet and maybe paint its a good place..... On our last day we did find bed bugs
