I come here probably 3 times a week some times, for sure once a week, and I'm a truck driver partner with my husband and we stop here on our way to knoxville when we are hungry. I always ask my order to be cooked fresh to order and I'm never disappointed, and they are so nice about, great customer service, that why we keep going there.

This is the closest mcdonalds to my house. I come here on regular basis. I believe I'm about done. This place is a joke. Poor service, the food is always messed up slung together and half full drinks, frappes ,and fries. Which I have sent back more than once. Then you get your food and get bacon on your burger and one slice of bacon. This isn't the first time on this matter either. This is the worst ,not only mcdonalds but fast food place around. Pitiful.

Ok so the people were very nice and the store mostly clean and the service very fast but I ordered 2 mcchickens no lettuce extra mayo how do you mess that up?Ok so having the chance to make a second impression is rare and this store has yet again made a boo boo first they give my order to the wrong person and he brought it back and they tried giving it to me. Then got an attitude when I didn't want it and asked them to remake it ( this man said he had eaten some of the fries and touched the bun to see what it was) then when I finally got my food (mushroom swiss single) it was obviously slapped together in anger see second pic

Who don't like Mickey d's? There's a big bag of hate mail stacking up at the post office is all I'm saying, I ordered an online order today and went in to pick it up and they said that I never made an order after showing them my receipt they push some buttons on their computer and lo and behold popped up my order that they said was not processed told me to hurry up and figure it out I am holding up the register, and this was the manager at lunch time. They was extremely rude I did not get my food and I was waiting there for 10 minutes before they ask me if they could help me. Which I place my order online and was supposed to be already prepared when I arrived. Even after charging my card $13 I did end up paying for my 40 nuggets two medium fries and two large Cokes l, but I did not get them. Was already too far away when I realized my card had actually been charged. And the ice cream machine was not working for some reason it never is my suggestion drive to exits up and stop at the next McDonald's maybe they'll get it right.

Nicest looking mcdonald's I've been in since the spy Cafe mcdonald's In palm Beach Florida which was long ago. Food was also better than most mcdonald's.Parking: It's a big parking lot but it is part of a truck stop so you gotta contend with that. Also it has fuel for Passenger vehicles. So that brings in a lot of in and out traffic.

Food was ok but my frappe wasn't made well. The service was professional but not personable. They didn't even smile once through the whole process. However nobody was just outright rude. They were polite. They did greet me and send me off with a thank you and please come again. The atmosphere seemed decent and the moral seemed good from what I witnessed during my visit.

Is McDonald's a spectacular. It's connected to a Love's gas station and a Subway which is pretty darn neat. I went here after my trip to Cummins falls. I was starving as I had been at the falls or about 5 hours. When I arrived I was able to leave the automated system pretty easily and they were able to get my food to me in a timely manner.

Took what felt like an eternity to get somebody to come up to the counter to give us napkins because there weren't any in the lobby. Didn't get a straw for ordering our drinks. Had to wait to get any type of response from anyone in there. The people just aimlessly wandering around in there in and out people's conversations. Not intentionally trying to interrupt them, but where else could they walk in a restaurant full of people?

Every now and then, they get the order right. More than once I've gotten my order without what I ordered. Oh! Also, it might be correct, but looks like it was put together by a preschooler. Or a zombie. Or something with no brain function.Friendly ish people though.

The sweet tea has had a funny taste the last few times we've eaten at this location, and with our most recent visit, we asked multiple times for picante sauce only to be given 1 packet for three meals, and weren't given part of the order... minor inconveniences, really. The staff was friendly and didn't mind correcting the order and giving us some more sauce when we went back in. They were very friendly and apologized for the mistake. Overall, it's a decent location, and easily accessed from i40, so we stop by often.

The kind lady at the drive thru window was wearing her face mask, the other two ladies were not. I asked her why she had to wear it and she basically told me she was the only person abiding by the rules. I applaud her.

Been coming here for a while since it's the only place to grab some fries after I get off work. Regularly take 15+ minutes to get old fries that have been salted 2 or 3 times. They will delete orders that haven't been served out of nowhere and often get orders wrong. Convenience is the only thing that keeps me going to this place and even then only barely.

Got in line, just to leave without ordering. Saw a guy sneeze into the fries.I'm sure the fries were still good... I've definitely probably eaten something way worse than that.I'm sure the rest of the food is good... I mean its McDonald's.Just make sure you don't order too much, less Gretchen will say, "hello friend, heath glotoney too taketh thy soul?"Ok
