The lady inside the tire office isn’t doing her job. I went inside to get answer to my questions. I said hello nobody respond back. After 5 minutes I asked again who do I need to speak? Lady answered me with an attitude and telling me I’m fixing a ticket and with a tone she said wait like I’m her child. I said to myself ok let me wait a little more. Then she started to chat with her coworker and laugh. And I’m still waiting there for almost 20 minutes. They don’t deserve to be sitting in that office. They need to treat people better.

I love Loves Travel Stop! Anyone with me when I travel gets a little aggravated (angry) because I try to stop at every Loves that we come to. And I’ll not buy something needed at one just to have an excuse to stop at another. If you haven’t stopped at one yet then trust me when I say THEN GO STOP AT ALL OF THEM! I promise you that the prices are amazing. And they have items and gadgets for truckers, travelers, phone chargers, food, drinks, snacks, CB radios, backup cameras, throws, jackets, shirts, novelty items, clean restrooms, friendly helpful staff, low gas prices, novelty items, and ETC. I post a lot of reviews and if I see anything wrong I post it also but who ever had the idea to open this place put a lot of thought and effort into being as close to perfect as anyone could want

3 things-1, good hand dryers! 2, this advertisement for truckers with speeding tickets is very funny to a Canadian citizen who has never seen anything like it in a washroom before (+ one star). 3, THE SUBWAY HAS ROAST BEEF!!!!!!! THEY GOT RID OF ROAST BEEF ON THE CANADIAN MENU ABOUT A YEAR OT TWO AGO AND I MISS IT SO SO MUCH ToT no green goddess sauce, but the roast beef makes up for it. SO AWESOME!!!!

I stopped to get something to drink and use the facility's and just wanted to tell you how good the Lady behind the counter was. I believe she stated that her name was Jasmin. She gets 5 stars from me helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately most places anymore you are lucky if they say thanks or smile or even a hello. I don't know what she is making, but it's not enough. When I ran travel centers this is the type of person I would recruit when going into competition. I hope she at least gets a gift card. Very satisfied customer.

I'm in love with Love's Truck stops. Most are better facilities then other stops. This one particular has plenty of parking. Clean lot and service shop is good . Clean restrooms and showers. Friendly staff and professional technicians. Tire pass actually works long as technicians on duty. Has McDonald's and Subway inside. Would highly recommend this stop to all semi truck drivers and travelers when in area. Easy access of I40 interstate.

This Loves Travel Stop is a fantastic and a great example, how an older loves travel stop location can be excellent in management, clean and customer happiness and a great customer experience. Even so this Loves is older, and smaller, then many other locations, they are going up above and beyond to use what they have and to make it shine and a truly positive customer experience in the way loves travel stops are advertising: Happy faces clean places! I love this location for what they do with it. It has a McDonald’s drive-through and inside restaurant. Great staff very clean bathrooms and showers, and everything you can expect from a loves travel stop location.

Worst tire shop I've ever been to going on 3 hours to change a trailer tire at one point 4 parts changers were taking a headlight assembly on one truck and yes I said parts changers cause wasn't a mechanic among them this place is a real joke they must get paid by the hour cause a real mechanic work hard and fast because it's commissioned based they say trucking going down hill this place proved it oh wait great joy it's shift change time so that take another hour for nothing

1 star only because they don't have a 0 ... was told it would be 1 1/2 hrs. to get a tire fixed it's been almost 2 1/2 hrs. And now they say it's gonna be at least another hour and 45 minutes.

THE WOREST REPEAR SHOP EVER.Stop at the repear shop with brand new trl. Having abs light issue,check in at 8am get in at 10.15 am and stay whole day until 4:35pm with job not done they change me abs releasing valve after i pay and leave shop light popped up again.... THE WOREST REPEAR SHOP EVER 7 to 10 guys walking around shop not doing nothing and obviously without any knowledge....

Store was clean! I got Subway and my husband got Mcdonalds. Both were very clean with great customer service! We are truck drivers, so we go to alot of truck stops. Many are disappointing anymore. Keep up the good work!! Truck drivers appreciate the extra effort very much!!

I'd like to start by saying i've never left a review on any business because 90% of experiences are due to awful employees that dont wanna work anymore or grasp the concept the job you do is a reflection of who you are as a person so its not always the businesses fault just trying to keep their doors open! I walk in to Luv's grab a couple drinks as i get to the counter behind another customer i saw & heard a purple haired lady say il get you over here but when i move over to her register she says "i was talkin him" and thats it, nothin else! So i just move on to the other two registers and start to sit my drinks on the counter when the lady around the corner by the door register doesnt make eye contact with me but points her finger and sternly says "Over Here" i look up to see she must be referring to me... but not with that tone or by pointing her finger like im a child! What was wrong with the first lady just explaing it was a misunderstanding, if it was a a misunderstanding or the second lady explaining the issue which she did decided to do when she relized i was walking out but the finger pointing and the tone had been enough by that time.

Stopped by for a oil and filter change on my truck, found out a carrier bearing was bad. Had it all replaced for less than my local dealer charges for a simple oil and filter change.The staff was super friendly and awesome to deal with, I enjoyed every minute I was there. The staff made me feel welcomed and appreciated the whole time and believe me I certainly appreciate them for working me in on the spot with no notice or appointment!the prices for labor and parts were surprisingly very reasonable too!I’ll definitely be stopping at a loves to have my truck serviced more often.Service was completed fast, satisfactory and cheaper than I expected.Plus the store was clean and had plenty of amenities while I waited.Thanks 330 for the awesome service.

Giving two stars because even though this location was clean and MOST of the employees were kind. The woman with the birthmark on her face was extremely rude to my daughter and mother. The bathroom was out of service, the kind woman at the front gave them a key to use the bathroom in the shower. The rude woman went and harassed them as they were leaving the bathroom saying they weren’t allowed to use it even though they were given a key. If you don’t like your job just quit instead of being rude to customers.

So I had a tire of bead after being park all night 9 miles from this place i drove it in the service department told meMy tire was bad see outside.tire 65%tread left.Well so they said the would sell me a used tire comparable to ones I have w same tread depth.Ok well they charged me $209.00 for this tire in photo. Couldn't see it because it was under trailer at time.Then I had my shop inspect ot 100 miles later because of vibration.They said tire should have never been put on w chunks missing.. i will never buy fuel or ever have work or recommend your company. You rip off the people who keep u in business and this is unsafe to me.

The clerks were in deep conversation and did not acknowledge any of the 4 customers. Also made us wait until it was convenient before checking us out. He continued talking to coworker throughout the entire checkout, never even looking at me. Wouldn't have bothered me too much, but I needed a lid for my coffee because they were not stocked. WOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

This is one of the most poorly set up Love’s we have ever stopped at! This location does not allow enough room for a 31’ RV to refill with regular fuel. The drive thru land is right in the way of exiting traffic and only the outside pump can be utilized because there isn’t room to pull out due to car parking in front of store. I gave it two stars because we like Love’s…..just not this one. Plan a different stop! See Google Earth to confirm comments!

Stopped to switch drivers here and get a shower. Shower was cold for a minute but got hotter. We stop here pretty regularly and it’s a nice location. I like the Love’s with McDonald’s because I use the app while I’m getting fuel and just run in and grab my food so makes it really nice.

Clean and cozy toilets and booths.Next level would to put a zen garden in each stall.The food here is decent too.This one's employees rocked tooooo.

Stopped to do a 30 noticed one of my slack adjusters was messed up so I fixed it but dispatch wanted the loves to look at that slack adjuster.when they were done they ended up convincing my company that I needed 2 slack adjusters and an s cam.I spent 3 days in shop week before doing pm d.o.t Inspection and correcting some issues and got pulled over Monday this week and passed a d.o.t roadside.i arrived on 1st shift and they told me it would be after their meeting,one of the mechanics told me they were talked to about not generating enough revenue so it appears they are trying to make up for it.and to top it off the tech( marty )writing you up had the nerve to change my signature when I signed "disagree" to agree..wouldn't recommend this loves at all,read other bad reviews, they have made up work on other people's trucks too.
