This place is a joke. $300 deposited, they turn water on stating that if there are any leaks/meter running beyond normal that they will immediately turn the meter off...then send a $90 Bill because they did not do what they said they would. Then when you call them telling them you will be in to pay by Friday they tell you if it's not paid by Tuesday they are turning it off and there is a $50 reconnect. If you have to use this water company, I am so sorry. They are the least helpful, and most difficult to deal with. So thankful to be moving soon!

This place is a joke. There are times they aren't even open during hours that they are suppose to be. They also charge you extra to pay with your bank card. Greedy people who don't even do their jobs right. And they don't care because they know they are a utility and can act and treat customers as they want to because they know we need them. The guys that work there have been horrible on how they treat customers. I've seen how they interact with some people and it's rude and obnoxious. I wish the city would do something about this place.

It was really easy setting up my new service. The ladies were very nice. Service was turned on the same day. Wow!

Its incredibly frustrating when you can not get a hold of your water department just to pay the bill. The physical location is not near me or even in the same county.

No one answers the phone. Three calls over two days and hours in between the ones on the same day. During business hours. I'm just trying to give you money.
