I love this small town grocery store!The employees are kind and attentive....they are happy to help find something or load something for you.I have had them open the door for me on many occasions and it is just so appreciated!The owner is the kindest guy and he will order anything you need.They may not always have the lowest price but they save you a trip into town (30 min minimum round trip) and the customer service simply cannot be beat!We really love our stops at the Bi-Rite!Thank you guys for being so wonderful!

Bought a box of Teddy Grams today 6/26/23 and got home Opened them for my toddler and noticed a horrible smell a little bit later and figured out it was coming from the box of grams! The box exspried Dec 2022!!!! I can't believe you have a box of anything on your store shelf for almost 2 years after expiration!!! Will be calling first thing in the morning! Also my child didn't eat any, but guess he tried one and after that he was done, but was busy doing other things so just assumed he didn't want any, but soon realized why. Just gross!!

I'm from another town visiting my daughter and her husband and been here couple weeks now. I stopped in there little bit ago and I was really amazed how clean and completely stocked shelves and had little issue finding a product that I needed, but the lady was more than happy to assist me, actually she went and got it for me, friendly employees. Wonderful place to shop, prices also surprised me by being more than competitive verses other retail stores. Stop by and pay them a visit, you wont be disappointed.

I really love this store. It is so small but charming. They have everything you need tho. Not that many small grocery stores anymore. Walmart sadly put them all out of business. I will continue to support this business whenever possible

Bi-Rite is in a great location but the prices are really high and the produce ain't all the great bough a cabbage one day and the same day went to cook it and it had already turned bad in the matter of hours.definatly need better products and cheaper prices for the people that live around her can afford...

We are new to the area. This reminds me of the old time stores where everyone knew everyone. The people that work there are the true meaning of southern hospitality. Their meat department is small however very nice selection & quality as is everything. So glad we choose this community and not an overcrowded one.

Quaint small town store. Pretty much just the basics, nothing fancy. It is well lit, clean and the staff is friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Staff has a tendency to show their political views. Store was busy when I was there, I and one other person was wearing any type of PPE with no social distancing. Disappointing!!

Great store good prices, some stuff maybe a little more expensive than if you go to Cookeville. Like the customer who complained about the chili ingredients being $50, but I go to the store a lot of times and end up getting more than I meant to. Not saying this person did that, but its easier said than done to get only what's on the list lol.Besides I'd rather pay a little extra for an item or two than to drive to Cookeville and put up with the traffic and people.With the Dollar Store , Campbell's bi-rite and Potters my husband and I only have to go to Cookeville for our Dr appointments and drug store. And since we have the new drug store in Baxter now I'm going to find out if they take our insurance after the new year gets settled in.Baxter is growing a little at a time which is fine by us, because we don't care for a big city and even Cookeville is getting as bad as Nashville.

It is always a good experience at a small town grocery. They have fair prices, with a decent stock on hand. With convenient hours, it is the best and long time choice of myself when I travel back home.

The people working there are the most special thinking about shopping here. It takes a little skill to learn how to shop at Campbell's. If you Shop Smart you can get out of there with some money.

The grocery store is a much older building and clean, but it provides the merchandise and services that we often need when we don't have the time to go to Cookeville and back, and the people that work there are very nice and friendly.👍

Fair selection for a small town grocery store. Fresh vegetables that you cant get at the dollar store. Prices are a little higher than cookeville stores but you pay for convenience.

The older heavier cashier who works midday was very, very rude to me and on a separate visit my girlfriend went in and was rushed by the same cashier, and was put down and embarrassed in front of other customers. They have lost a lot of business from me because of this woman.
