We definitely did not get what we asked for & the burn so close to his privates was from horrible grooming practices! This staff is not the original people we used a few years ago on our other furbaby. They had him for 10 hours & he didn’t even have the cut we requested. If you have a Shihtzu you know a puppy cut by definition includes trimming all the excess hair around the ears!! I left before & after pictures below. To add insult there injury they wanted us to bring him back the next day to “finish” his grooming, no thank you, I already feel enough guilt from the wound he received while in the care of these people! Shame on you, he’s not just a pet, he’s my baby!!

AMAZING! To start, I have a very fluffy and sassy, high maintenance cat. In order to keep her healthy and happy, she needs to be groomed multiple times a year, which is hard when she’s a cat and not many people groom cats. However, Baxter’s Dog House grooms cats, and let me tell you they do AMAZING work. Not only are they super polite and knowledgeable, they also go above and beyond with every single pet that comes through their doors. My Marjoriec left with a new hair cut and a cute little pink bow that she absolutely adores. I couldn’t ask for any better.

This was the second time Mack has went in for a shampoo, nail trim, ear & wrinkles cleaned & he said he loves the place & after his cleaning he gets to play with the other kids & the ladies there are very friendly Mack says he can’t wait to go back.

First time taking my dog to a groomer wasn't sure what to expect but I was very happy with the experience. They bathed and clipped Bella's nails. She smells great, is very soft and her nails look good. I thought the price was very reasonable also.

Since Covid hit, I've tried grooming my babies myself. Well that didn't go very well ☹️. My oldest havanese looked like a lion with a ton of mats. I felt so bad. My neighbor recommend this place & seeing they're in town I gave them a call. I was pleasantly surprised that they could get him in today. Considering how bad he was they of course had to take him all the way down. He looks so much better. Thank you guys so much ❤️💕.

I bring my old, angry chihuahua here and they're so good with her. Every time I pick her up they talk about how sweet she is! They always shave her exactly as I ask and have good prices.

I wanted to love this place. They kenneled my pup for 2 nights. My dog is a happy, friendly pup. When we picked him up he was very lethargic and full of fleas. I was so disappointed. My dog doesn't have fleas so you can imagine our anger when we discovered it.

My baby Ginger has been going there since she was 6 weeks old and just began growing into her hair. Needless to say she took to Sandy. She shaped her up and when I picked her up she looked so much better. She enjoys her playtime there and now always eager to go in. Would reccomend this groomer and business to anyone with that special pet. By the way she is a Maltipoo now 3 years old.

I have been taking my Ginger to Precious Pets for a couple of years. They treat her like one of their own pets! She is 14 so we like to keep her stress level down and Precious Pets is perfect for this.

No matter how many time I've asked for my dogs ears to be cut they won't do it this last time my dog left there bleeding where the groomer knocked him in won't be going there anymore and won't recommend them the lady at front is wonderful but t he groomer is horrible
