I have an hour-long commute between Milton and Cookeville which takes me by Dutton's Market daily. Stopped there on the way home this evening and spent $50.00 in gas. Badly needed to urinate. Was told "we don't have a bathroom". No bathroom in the year 2022? I told the cashier that I would no longer be patronizing their business because of this. She stated that they do not offer a bathroom to customers because "people smear $#!+ on the walls". While it is regrettable that this takes place, and I'm certainly sensitive to the fact that it is unpleasant for employees to have to clean things like that up, it is unacceptable for a business that caters to people traveling on the road not to offer restroom services to paying customers. I've traveled to places like Cambodia, and even they had public restrooms with holes in the ground travelers could stop and make use of. From now on I will stop for gas somewhere else other than Dutton's Market.

Can't believe that a place so folilthy won't let you use the bathroom. After touching a few things on the shelf, I absolutely had to wash my hands and was not able to.Good thing I keep hand sanitizing my car. Please don't support a business if they won't allow customers to use their bathroom.The taco wagon outside is fantastic though.

Wish I could give ZERO STARS! I had to make a last minute trip to take my son's gf to meet her dad at the Dollar General. I had 2 miles of gas left. Pump 1 wouldn't work. Pump 2 took forever. I decided to only get 1 gallon because I knew it was trash. It stopped at .43 gallons. I paid $1.51 & got in my car to realize I didn't get ANY GAS!

Ok I just want to say I am a disabled veteran I went to there store and I understand employee only bathroom but because of the med I’m on through the va I got to go when I got to so I very polite ask I said I seen ur bathroom sAid employee only but could I please use it the man said with his accent o no just for employee so I dint throw a fit I just left please give me a gas station so I can be the only American owned store and respect our veterans and people in general not happy at that place at all

Needs a good overhaul. Corn dog wasn't cooked very long, and burger had no flavor. But if u need parts for old stuff, they have a great selection!

They always have those little parts you need, but dont want to run into town for! A small hardware store is what Duttons reminds me of. But I stopped for fishing swivels, and of course, they had some! Gas is reasonable too for being out so far. 👍👌

The new owner, Andy, of Dutton's Market, has basically ruined the store and brought down the neighborhood.He marked up all of the prices by 75% at least. The store is dirty, the refrigeration temperatures are always below the standard, and the parking lot is filled with trash. When I said something to Andy about the condition of the site, he remarked "well, it's the customers who do it...let them pick it up".He has lost most of his customers, so to make up for the lack of business, he marks up prices, turns off the lights in half of the store and turns down the heat. In the summer instead of air for the employees and customers, he now points a fan at the registers.I will now only stop at Dutton's if I am about to run out of gas. Too bad...it was a nice store. "Have a good one"

From what I gather this place has been here for a long time just different owners have took over. When I went in grabbed what i wanted the guy behind the register was somewhat rude. I've only stopped there a handful of times but the times before I've never had a problem .

I know the owner. He's cool. Has 10% ethanol gas and non ethanol gas takes ebt you can get pizza drinks chips candy cigs beer hardware stuff etc...

Variety of accessories in store from gloves and lawn equipment to common pvc pipe and well hardware. Being local i am always sure to explore the options Mr. Andy has provided.

Located in Auburntown TN it is an amazing country store with sundries, food, hardware and farm supplies. Along with a very nice and accommodating attendant.

First time in here. Super friendly service. Now they have got a little bit of everything in here. It's like an ace hardware crossed with a quicky Mart.Pleasant experience.

This was a strange place that doesn't seem friendly or inviting. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper or soap, and the guy running the place seemed rude.

Very rude people .the people working wouldn't let my pregnant diffuse the bathroom, was very nasty about it .Really didn't want to give them one star , but I had to.
