3/2 visit: Champ was standing at front door barking for me to get a move on to get him to the groomer!2 mos ago:Miss Whitney does grooming on the weekends, I take both of my dogs every month. I just say "bath lady" and Champ goes to front door happily. She does a great job!

My husband and I bought a new home in Atoka TN from the Bartlett area and came along with our beautiful fur baby boxer puppy. So, of course, the need to research in the area for all Doggie related businesses was a must. We saw the sign for the Ruff Ruff Doggie Resort and decided to give them a try. WOW! I am sooo pleased with the new owner Diana. She has sooo much love and patience for "all" her Doggie clients and their parents. I've been taking my puppy for Daycare at least once or twice a week for about 2 months to get him socialized and he comes home exhausted, full of love and at times with a Spa treatment, that his energy is zapped and gone in a good way! Now that Ruff Ruff Doggie Resort is under new management, you can be sure your fur babies will be loved and cared for the way you want them to be. Thank You Diana at Ruff Ruff Doggie Resort. You're the greatest!!

Ms. Diana loves our dogs as if they were her own; not just my dogs either. I've done handyman work for her and know first hand that pets are safe and loved here. I've got a service Dogo who is almost 5 and never travel without her but recently had to and Ruff Ruff was an easy choice. Book your fur baby's boarding with confidence!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Diana. I do transport for dog rescues and have to pick up or drop off to her frequently. She really seems to love the dogs. We always gave good conversation when I’m there.

We were en route to pick up pups and we're involved in an accident and the woman that was there was so kind to wait for us even though it was after hours when we arrived. Excellent service. She was super friendly and informative on the pups as well. Would definitely be referring to others.

10 out of 10! This place was wonderful! Super friendly, affordable, honest, loves dogs and I could go on. We also had our doodle groomed and the groomer met with us personally ahead of time to talk about our pup and wanted to know if she had been groomed before in order to help her know the dog better. Diana(I thunk was her name) stayed with the dogs all day leaves for a few hours and returns again at night to let everyone out. They have a good size dog run in back and super roomy quarters for boarders.

Rachel did our dogs' grooming, and she did a great job. Really happy with the results. There was a communication snafu when we dropped off the dogs that made me nervous. We arrived at 9 like we were asked to do. The lady at the front checked in the dogs, took a copy of their shot records and said the groomer hadn't arrived yet but was due any minute and would call me as soon as she came in to discuss what kind of grooming to do. I waited until 9:30 and called to speak to the groomer, who told the person who answered the phone she would call me back. She did eventually call me back at 10:30, but I was already on the way to pick up my guys because at this point I was thinking they had been in a kennel for an hour and half and not touched. Rachel apologized that I hadn't been told that she wouldn't be calling until after baths were done so we could discuss grooming. She assured me my guys did well during bath time, and were comfortable in a kennel together (which is a must for them). Had all my interactions been with Rachel I would have rated this a five star visit, because my guys look great and while freaked a bit, they were happy to see us when we arrived. The prices were on par with other groomers we've taken them to (we live in an RV so they've been to many different groomers). Rachel did say that she's only been there a month and they are working out the communication piece. If they get that right, I would recommend them, but I have to say that the initial contact and atmosphere was definitely concerning for a first time visit.

We have 2 Great Pyrenees who had bad matting. We brought them in, got a great price and they look amazing!!! We will definitely keep up with routine brushes at home, but will return for future grooming. The staff was very knowledgeable and very good with dogs and peopleAqqq

We had an amazing experience with this business. Our fur babies love it! I can tell when I pick them up that they have been loved on. They play outside and inside and have smiles on their faces when I get them. The owner even sent us texts while we were out of town. Great customer service for dogs and their humans.

Always a pleasant experience when I take my little doggie there. He really enjoys it as well and comes back looking beautiful everytime and acts like he had a day at the spa. They provide all of your boarding needs you can think of too. The friendly Ladies there really love what they do and it shows. I would leave my Little guy there no problem. Very competitively priced and they adhere to all current CDC recommendations. Good job Ladies

Our dog enjoyed her time at this boarding facility. She received plenty of exercise during her stay. We enjoyed receiving pictures of our dog from the owner. I would 100% use this business again.

We took Our two dogs for 3 nights. Our first time leaving them away from home, and their time staying away from home. I was a bit nervous but they absolutely loved their vacation. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to give their doggies a vacation. I will be using ruff ruff again!!

Our Daisy loves to go there. She goes Monday thru Friday and if she don't get to go she cries. I don't think we would take her anywhere else. We know John takes care of her and loves her. We don't worry about her there and she gets to play and socialize with other dogs. We highly recommend John

Man, what can we say about Diana that hasn’t been said already!!!!! We LOVE HER!!!! Best place around to take your dogs while your out of town!!!!! We never worry about our fur babies in her care!!!! Days to call back only after I called and emailed. Email response to was clear they didn’t even read the email. If they’re too busy to be bothered how do I know they’re not too busy for my pets. I filled out their request website and included the dates for the stay. They read the email and sent me back a one line reply. "We are not taking on new grooming" I replied to the email which had the dates right there and asked again about availability. No response so I called left a voicemail. The call I got back was short and to the point. No availability. Just seem like they can't be bothered.
