If you buy 3 more boxes you get them for 3.99 this is not a digital coupon for those whom do that but those who order the product online this is a really good sale price for this particular item.I also took a picture of the nutritional facts and ingredients it is a wonderful form of protein!

This store is really hit or miss, be sure to check all product expiration dates as they DO sell expired goods and I’m not talking about discounted groceries, you’ll still pay full price. I don’t usually have my reading glasses on while shopping but since it’s happening more frequently you can bet I will wear them while shopping here moving forward.Too bad there’s not much for grocery store choices in the Atoka/Brighton area. Staff could use some customer service training as well, be ready to self serve… I guess that’s just the way of world we live in today. 😔

Yesterday I had an associate that definitely should take a good look how she treats customers. This woman was born mad and had a relapse! Thank goodness for the ones who are helpful and considerate!

Rude staff rude pick up people. My order was due for pick up for 8pm. They called me 15 min before pick up to say it wouldn't done until 8am. Went at 8am still had to wait 30 min and the employee just put some groceries in a bag but just put the rest in bagged in the back of the car. Pharmacy is horrible too. Done with Kroger.

This location is always clean. I love using the order online and having groceries brought to your vehicle. Has a wide variety of items to choose from. The employees are friendly and usually smiling. Tons of parking, as far as a super market goes, this one is pretty great!

I rarely ever take the time to give a bad rating, but honestly I have tried the Atoka Kroger Click list only to be disappointed in the customer service on multiple occasions and the management is a complete waste of time. But tonight was quite possibly the worse I have ever experienced anywhere! Atoka patrons deserve better service than that Kroger!

I was very disappointed in the way my wife was treated by a Kroger employee at the customer service desk. My wife entered the store at 7:45 pm. As she approached the desk the employee said that the desk was closed and he would not be able to assist her.The closing time of 9 pm is clearly listed online. This is a prime example of poor customer service. A complaint has been filed at the corporate office and we are waiting for a response to resolve this issue. I will update this review as soon as possible.

This place is horrible! Not only is this store filthy disgusting, But 9/10 your checking yourself out because there is no cashiers open. It might be alright to bag up a whole cart yourself if a discount is present at self checkout. But this store has gotten ridiculously lazy. I witnessed elderly people struggling having to check their selves out! Something has got to change at this place! I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere.

It pains me to say this because this Kroger has always been great but lately they just don’t have enough registers open. Seems there is always a big wait nowadays. I just walked out after waiting for over 20 minutes in line for a few things.

Pretty poor experience anymore. Consistent too. It's a shame because it used to be a wonderful grocery store. Now it's always crowded, there are never enough lanes open to satisfy customer demand. Produce is VERY dodgy, often times being moldy. Lastly, we can't use the clicklist service because there's always an issue with our order, and I'm not paying for moldy produce.

Can't believe how service has deteriorated lately. Whoever is picking groceries for pick up isn't taking the time to actually look for items or simply it's just easier/faster to say "we're out" . There literally dozens of cans of tuna fish or boxes of rice, or cans of fruit. But not this week. They had 2-3 days to fill my order. I have to wait and see what I DON'T get to now have to go someplace else to finish. Trying to stay out of the store, but end up going twice.

First off I would like to thank their customer care for taking care of this issue for me but it shouldn’t have been able to happen in the first place. We placed an online order for delivery because we were quarantined and somehow another customers order was also added to our order and we were charged an additional $85 for what was supposed to be a $30 order including the $10 delivery charge. All of these items were added as “substitutions” to our order even though they weren’t substituted for anything. The shopper should not be able to add substitutions to an order without marking them as a replacement for an item. I understand that things happen but especially in these times of financial uncertainty having an additional $85 missing from my bank account for 7-10 business days isn’t okay. Customer care was polite and did everything they could after getting a person on the phone from the automated system.

The Millington Kroger is WAY better stocked on their items. Yesterday my mother picked through boxes and boxes of fruit pies JUST to find a box that wasn’t expired. Both the store manager and DM need to be fired for this.

I can't say enough good things about the Click List staff at the Atoka location!! They are extremely helpful and so polite, and do a phenomenal job! I've also noticed and appreciated that they actually hustle, and they work together to make the customer happy! On the rare occasion that something is not right, they work to correct it immediately and always double check to see if I'm good with my order! Thank you for making getting groceries an absolute breeze!

Cashiers, Clicklist, and all other workers are wonderful, but I had a horrible experience with the store manager Denise who accused me of fraud and refused to honor legal coupons via the Kroger app in a Clicklist pick up order. She has refused to honor items on the app in the past and accused me of scamming the store. She had no intention helping me and spoke over me the entire time. Her customer service was non-existent and I did not deserve to be treated the way she treated me - I am an honest customer, not a scammer or a person trying to fraud the store. I have not been back to pick up since this incident.

The employees are always extra nice & helpful at this location. With Kroger promoting use of coupons its great to actually be able to use them & not be given a hard time like my local store in Millington. I'll drive the extra miles every time to go to this location where you are treated like someone they care about instead of someone they wish would just go away. This store should be a model for others on how things should be. Great job!!!!

I was waited on by Josh (the pharmacist), Jessica, and Madison and they were incredibly helpful. They resolved my concern immediately and did so in a positive manner. Pharmacy staff is truly an asset to the organization and I look forward to shopping at Kroger’s pharmacy in the near future!
