Staff are very courteous and knowledgeable about their products. Was in and out in 5 minutes and got the perfect sized collar for my big Rottie. I run an award-winning nature center/zoo in near Chicago where visitors have high expectations and we have recently moved to Atoka and were so pleasantly surprised by this store who really gets it. Well done!!

Everyone is so helpful here it makes the shopping experience more enjoyable. I recently adopted/rescued a chihuahua and they were awesome to recommend a wet food since he isn't accustomed to eating dry food. We also had to get a crate, a bed, a little shirt for those chilly nights and of course a few toys....they have just about everything for dogs & cats.

Staff is very nice polite and helpful. I love how if you buy food that your pet doesn't like, you can just return it.I CAN SAVE SO MUCH THAT WAY.I have always had to donate unwanted pet food 😕.I'm so glad I stopped in.Will definitely get my pet food there from now on.

I love my HWF Atoka family! I don’t go into the store much, but when I do the employees are always happy & eager to help me, especially if I bring my GSP along. Daisy loves the store! I did not want to get out and drive today as we received some bad weather last night. I am so thankful for the driver who delivered my package! I worked from home this week and didn’t feel like getting out earlier in the week to deal with the Christmas Crazies (lol) but didn’t think about my pup starting to run low on her food. Thank you HWF Atoka for delivering my order so quickly and for saving my house! Lord knows Daisy would have chewed through the drywall if we ran out of food!! Hahah
