The store is very messy. The diaper isle is completely blocked by stocking carts. Clutter everywhere you look. It use to be a good store, but I think I'll stick to the Brighton location.

So as petty as it may sound I'm extremely upset about the $5 off coupon they give you to use on Saturdays. I went in with my coupon, spent $60 gave the clerk my coupon she scanned it and when I got home I was looking at the receipt and guess what No $5 off was applied. SCAM!!

Older man that works there comes off creepy and stalker ish plus the whole place is a mess have fun use to organized about four years ago plus no one can come to the phone when you call I’ve called over 5 times today 👎

This is the dirtiest dollar general Ive ever been in. There is stuff thrown everywhere and garbage all over the floors. There are bins full of product to be put up that you can barely get by.

The store is cluttered with numerous ben's of unopened stock. You cannot get to diapers as the isle is blocked. Trying to maneuver a shopping cart through this store is chaotic. I believe this is a huge safety issue. The employees are friendly.

I have had favorable experiences in general overall at all the Dollar General stores I have been to. This specific one showed extremely helpful and friendly people. Store was clean including the parking lot. They had an employee outside gathering each basket as it was finished being used. Overall a nice store. Only been there once so far.

I think that's wonderful y'all are putting them everywhere, but ours was the first one. It's so crowded with the stock that I can't get down the aisles because I'm paralyzed and my wheelchair won't go down the aisles. I really think we need a bigger one or enough employees to put.

This was my first visit to this Dollar General. I was pleased to have found what I couldn't find anywhere else and to have found something I have been trying to find for over a year; but........... I was not pleased with how poorly kept the store is. Things thrown everywhere and it is absolutely filthy. There appears to be no housekeeping or sanitizing at all. The floor is black - not just dirty - it is black. I would be shocked under normal circumstances; but people, we are experiencing a Pandemic.

It's ok, but last few times I've been, couldn't get down aisles either due to product, or the aisles were so narrow I couldn't go around another customer to get to what I needed. Also last visit they were out of what I was looking for, which was unfortunate.

I always get better prices on can goods at Dollar General. However, the isles are always crowded with goods that haven't been placed on the shelves yet. They need to clear all of the isles so the buggies can fit down the isles easier.

I left the City of Memphis a year or so ago to get away from vagrants and people begging for money at every store you went to. Hadn't seen this in the Atoka area until now at Dollar General. I hope that you don't make the mistake of letting this continue.

Staff always friendly. Store is usually overly stock with unstocked products still in boxes and crates in the aisles. Which makes the already narrow aisles a bit hard to walk thru if someone else is already on the aisle

Good prices as always and a good place to go if you need a few things quickly. Unfortunately they are always extremely understaffed to the point of creating an unsafe environment for their poor employees, where there's often on one on duty.

I was disappointed that they didn't have Christmas coffee mugs, matching dish towels. The store didnt have the ornaments or gift bags with the red truck on it. They advertised these things and I have been to at least 6 stores looking for these things. Very disappointed in Dollar tree. I doubt I el ever go back to another one

Had several stock carts out blocking areas. Some areas of store were not zoned very well with items that seemed like they were just thrown on shelves.

This Dollar General always has friendly employees and the prices are typical of any Dollar General. My only real complaint is this is a small Dollar General so the aisles can be cluttered and when it is busy it can be a little hard to move through the aisles.

Good service most of the time. Generally clean and organized. They have good inventory quantities and helpful when you need it. They can be a bit short staffed sometimes.

The cashier we had was extremely slow and couldnt count back change.they never carry what we are looking for and there are always stack of boxes blocking things because they dont put the trucks up in a timely manner.
