Unless you want to wait all day don’t go here!! My kid’s prescriptions get sent here and it is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to! Doesn’t matter who is in there it’s always SLOW! Literally writing this review as I’ve sat here for 32 minutes with only 1 car in front of me! It’s like this constantly.

I understand most businesses are understaffed; however, this particular Walgreens has many employees and customers are still waiting for 30-40 minutes to pick up their medication. It’s taking 10-20 minutes per vehicle. Unacceptable.

I went in for a simple booster. I could not get boosted because I didn’t have my vaccine card. Walgreens, I have to ask who would be trying to somehow sneak a booster? What is the logic? With a pandemic that has killed more people specifically in America than any other country, I’d think company policies regarding vaccines and boosters would be conducive to increasing the number of vaccinated individuals rather than limiting. Please make it make sense. The employees were nice, but unfortunately not helpful due to seemingly useless company policy.

This Walgreens is very incompetent I was charged for a prescription and my insurance wasn't even ran through the system. I've been going to this Walgreens for over a year and always has been asked if I have questions for the phamacist she never asked I kept pushing the help button with no response I could hear the phone was on. My mom has been charged twice without them running her insurance. She's a senior citizen. I wonder how many times people have paid and didn't have to?

Walmart is always cheaper and faster. These guys texted me, saying my prescription was done when it wasn't. The prescription was $8 without insurance, but because the insurance wasn't covering it that day, they didn't fill it. I ended up waiting for a very long time. They didn't like my attitude so they called me disruptive. Yes people are going to be mad when you text them that you have their prescription, but you don't. My entire family usually gets their flu shots and prescriptions here. Well, not anymore. If you're going to get a flu shot here, remember that out of the billions they will make off these flu shots, they're only giving 10 million dollars- or approximately 1 million total shots- in the give a shot program. So when you get a shot you're probably not going to be giving one. In addition to that, they keep getting 'hung up' on some old insurance information even though I tell them I dont have insurance every. single. time.

This is the second time this week where a sale price is listed, and they say oh that's old or it's in the wrong place. I wanted to get the dogs kabob treats originally $11.99 on sale $9.99 she went back and said no it's in wrong spot. Sign clearly says kabobs! She said it's $11.99 now I didn't care about $2 but it's the point so I said no I don't want them. I won't be returning to this walgreens and I will let corporate know about the inconvience twice now

Went to pick up a prescription and Christy in the pharmacy noticed that one of my medications wasn’t covered by my insurance. She looked for a discount and got it to a third of the cost! Love it when someone goes the extra mile!

Said it would be around 45 minutes to fill my script, 10 minutes later it was ready. I love fast service as I'm raising two kids on my own and my time is valuable. Emily, Chelsea, and Lace provided that fast service for me. Thank you Ladies!

Pharmacists are not friendly. The Walgreens on Madison ave has very helpful and friendly staff. Every time I go to this Walgreens, I leave feeling horrible. The last time I bought sudafed I was warned that my I.D. Would be scanned and monitored in a very accusatory/warning way. Today I had a lost prescription I called up there and thought I left it in the window maybe and drove off bc I was in a hurry. The woman made me feel as if she thought I was just blowing smoke up her butt. Unfortunately, she was the pharmacist! I called back (once I found my meds of course) and I told her how she made me feel. They've done this to family members and friends and they just give everyone a hard time. Very judgmental and snooty staff. Worse I've ever experienced!!!! Go to the one on Madison ave if you want to be treated with any respect.

This is, without QUESTION, the worst excuse for a store I have ever experienced.They are open 24-hours, but should go ahead and lock up, go home & save us all the trouble of having to deal with complete idiots.Other than this, they are incredible. Big, nice store, incredible movie renting box outside.They make up their own rules - while not having the decency to react in a timely fashion when "their rules" could be in effect.Do yourself a favor and keep on truckin'!!This place sucks. Not sure if you understand yet, but try for yourself!

Friendly, helpful, fast service by most of the staff in the pharmacy. Brett, Katie, and Madison are ALWAYS phenomenal, I thank the 3 of you for your constant care and help for me and my family. (Every time I go there and I'm lucky enough to get atleast 1 of you 3---10 STARS FOR THE THREE). I'm sorry y'all always catch flack from people for things beyond your control that people just don't understand. Walgreen's needs to seriously consider security there with what goes on. I've seen things happening almost every time I go there. WALGREEN'S NEEDS TO STEP UP AND PROTECT THEIR PEOPLE AND THEIR CUSTOMERS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT PEOPLE COMING IN AND OUTRIGHT STEALING FROM THE STORE AND NOTHING IS DONE TO STOP IT OR DISCOURAGE IT!! OMG! GET IT RIGHT CORPORATE. YOU'RE FAILING EVERYONE. STEP UP AND DO WHAT'S RIGHT!

I use Walgreen's all over eastern coast because of my work that i do. This Walgreen is by far the worst of all! I went in an no body was waiting an they told me it would be 30 to 45 minutes. I was ok with that, after 40 mins I was told all was left to do was double count it. After another 30 minutes I was told it was ready so when I got my scripts they said it had been substituted with another brand. When i got in my car the medicine did not match what was on the label! I then went to my Walgreen pharmacy in Dayton TN an ask them an they said that it definitely did not match that i needed to drive back to the Athens store! I looked up the Pharmacist that did this an she had been with them 15 years an I seen her look at the pills an label an sign off! So watch your prescription people you my not be take the right stuff!

I absolutely hate this place, either dont fill our prescriptions the dr sends in, then we find out after the dr office closes and they can't find it, or they say it will be ready in 15 minutes and forget about it. I'm going to try my luck at cvs and see if it goes any better.

Go somewhere to fill your prescription. Just got hung up on after inquiring about why my script wasn't showing up. She was rude and not pleasant whatsoever. I'll be moving my prescriptions somewhere else so I can deal with happy people. Thanks
