My dog's overnight stay went very well. She greaeted me excited and happy. I was told that she had some good interactions with other dogs. I appreciate their flexible pick up times as well. I was able to relax knowing that she was well taken care of.

My name is Lucie Lee. Woof. I am still pretty young but Wagg + Purr is the best place I have ever been. Plenty of friendly Dogs AND Cats to play with and the Humans are great too. Dad won't let me spend the night yet but I do love going to Wagg and Purr almost everyday. WOOF! WOOF!

The staff was very polite, knowledgeable and eager to help us. They worked our American Bully baby in for a bath and nails as a walk in, and the service was much quicker than we expected. Our little Blu gave no indication that he was mistreated in any way...we will be back!

Very impressed with the care & concern everyone has. Went in for nail trims on our 2 Chihuahuas. We had a bad experience at a previous groomer & they took their time to help ensure it was the least traumatic experience possible. I know our biggest Chi is a screaming handful & I appreciate their patience more than I can say.

Prices are comparable to others in the area, but service is better, in my opinion. We had our dog groomed here. We plan to use their boarding facility in the future

Good services at a fair price. Our dog seemed very happy when we retrieved him after his stay here and he smelled clean as if they washed him, though we didn't request that. Will likely leave our dog here the next time we go out of town.

Reasonably priced with people that care about the animals they board. We boarded our dog there for 4 nights and she seemed fine when we picked her up. They will follow your special instructions for feeding and allow you to leave any special items that the animal is used to (blankets, bowl, etc). Not all kennels will do that. They also have several pet supplies for purchase if you like. We will use them in the future if possible.

I’ve been taking my dog here for many years to get him groomed and boarded. The whole staff at Wagg-n-Purr are friendly and take great care of the animals! The owner is very sweet! I even got my mom to start taking her dog there and she loves it too! Highly recommend.

Super nice people and were able to squeeze me in with no appointment. Zodiac was super shiny and happy too. The only problem I had was they didn't know how to properly put his prong collar back on which could have caused injury. Next time I'll take him in with the prong and the flat and take the prong with me. Will definitely be booking again.

I was in Athens visiting my son. My boy Max needed a bath and with us being from Florida it was to cold for me to bathe him outside. So I called wagg N Purr and they worked Max in. When I picked him up he was the whitest he has been since he was a pup. He smelled so good. He didn't smell like dog shampoo. They were fast and efficient. I was extremely happy. And the pricing was so amazing. For my 94 pound boy it was only 30 dollars. Everytime I'm in Athens Max will get groomed. Thank you to everyone at Wagg N Purrs!!!

This place is really good with my dogs. I have a lab who is 11 and has hip problems and a pit/lab mix who has seizures from anxiety and they were treated well. The ladies are really nice. The place is clean and lots of parking.

I have been searching for a good groomer for months since mine retired. One I tried was always having to cancel/postpone appts. One was “ok” but when the already high price went up I got to looking again. Wag-n-Purr will now be my Yorkie’s groomer! I was absolutely IMPRESSED with the nice job they did, exactly how I wanted him done, and they actually did a superb job on his black nails instead of just snipping the tips off. The bandanna was even higher quality than I’m used to getting! Super nice folks as well!

I called & asked for the 1st available Saturday for a bath & nail trim. She offered to work my dog in the very next Saturday since he is small. When I picked him up, he was soft, shiny and smelled wonderful. His nails were perfectly trimmed. I am completely satisfied and WILL be back. Thank you!

This is a very reliable boarding service and we use it for both our large-breed dogs. The grooming service is also good. My only negative is that there doesn't seem to be enough room for the dogs to get a good run in--not to say the play yard is small. For larger dogs though, might be a bit confined. But I live on a farm so my perspective may be off. So definitely worth seeing and evaluating for yourself. Otherwise a good, friendly place to board dogs.

I've used them for doggie daycare and bathing my dog. She gets excited about going to play with other dogs and goes home tired out from so much fun. They did a good job bathing my girl. The staff are both pet and people friendly. My girl is a regular there!

They took good care of our dog and very reasonably priced. Only thing is it was our first time ever boarding our dog while we were out of state for a week and not once did they think of us ( his owner) by posting a picture of him on facebook ( we checked the page everyday in hopes that we would see our dog playing and seeing he was okay and having some fun and unfortunately all we saw was other dogs and not our baby also.)
