I think "it's okay" is about what I want to say. The groomers are great especially Tracy, the prices are steep and they don't have the clearance that they used to. They have also significantly decreased their stock in the only dogfood I buy there. If they didn't price match I probably just wouldn't shop there except for treats and toys.

My little dog was extra shaggy before his grooming, he looks fantastic now!I’ve always had a hard time finding a groomer that was able to cut his nails, but Kierstyn took great care of him and got it done.I will absolutely bring him back to her in the future! Thank you so much!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️

I have to say, the best thing about this store is the employees! Go out of the way to help and make sure you have the knowledge necessary to make your purchase. They have a great variety of products and the store is always impeccably clean!

I walked into the grooming area last week for the first time. I said hello, could I make an appointment? The reply was sure, call this number 911... and call someone that cares. I was in shock. She tried to laugh it off, I have not had services here. Why would I bring my dog here - when they treat people so poorly?

Had a 12.00 noon appt. For a medium size dog to be groomed and I was there over 5 and a half hours completely ridiculous. Won't be returning or recommending you to anyone.

Took two full sized German Shepards in to get groomed. Did a great job with them. Not the first time I've been there. Will not be the last. Can not say about pricing. I needed this done and can not say if it was bad in any manner. Nothing to compare it to. But again I'm going to take these two back when needed.

Prices are very high compared to other pet stores. The best thing is they are willing to price match if you show them their competitors price online. Selection is decent though. We got a dwarf hamster but he’s a bit too bitey, so you can tell they aren’t handled much.

I have been here more than a handful of times and every single time this store has sold out of crickets. Every single time.....The last time I went in there I had mentioned that, and here's my conversation with the young guy working that day.Him: "They get here Tuesday and are sold out by Wednesday "Me: "do you think you guys should order more then so that doesn't happen?"Him with a little attitude "nope, we can't do that"Me: "okay then" goes to walk outHim "yep, have a GREAT day" Like a guy who's not happy with his life decisions being his age working at a pet store.BUY....MORE.....CRICKETS.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Going thru a name change since Tractor Supply bought them out. However, nothing seemed to have changed staff wise at least now you get loyalty points from both stores going toward the same goal.
