Definitely a keeper!Robert at the Athens location is 110% our go to. He is incredibly knowledgeable about every product. My wife and I visited this establishment today and what a great experience. The staff was so helpful and spent a lot of time with my wife to ensure she got the best product for her. Refusal to serve customers or get them when they need as asked. Bad attitude and doesn't communicate well. And wouldn't let me look at anything either and decide what I like.....he was trying to push a sell and get me out the door. And made me cry... I don't appreciate it. Bad customer service. And did not check ID either

Knowledge abou all products. I worked on a hemp farm in Newport Tn, 4 years ago. Until gentlemen got to where he couldn't keep up. Great experience. Planted, Trimed buds, We even broke down the hemp and made oil. CBD delta 8. Talked about Delta 9 & 10. Made honey and the medication stick. Sold in Gatlinburg. At the moonshiner Amos store.Clean store. Very friendly.Emily waited on me. Customer service was wonderful even with another customer in the store. Acknowledged both of us.

This place is amazing!! My mother is on hospice and things turned bad over the weekend. She was very weak from lack of appetite and we needed to get nutrients in her. I went in there and explained the situation and was given the Delta 8 chocolate bar to try. And it worked amazing for her. Slowly we have been able to get food in her. Definitely will be back to try other items.

Went there the other day and had got home and had a product that was halfway used. I let them know about it and they not only replaced it but gave me a couple complimentary items such as a syrup that would help with my insomnia! This place is amazing and affordable, and the products are top quality! Can't wait to try my new lean syrup to see if it will help with sleep. Calming atmosphere and very friendly staff!!! I definitely recommend you go try them out if you have any anxiety or any other medical issues! 5 star service for sure! I'll definitely be back! Thank you guys so much!!!
