When purchasing my order they charged my card accidentally for the vehicle behind me in the drive thru. Instead of just placing it back to my card they decided to give me cash instead. When I received my drink it was not prepared the correct way which I had the issue with my drink not being made the right way before on another visit.

We are so grateful for this Dunkin. We needed 10 dozen donuts for an event at the last minute and the GM prepared our order with no problem.Donuts were fresh and all the kids were so happy. Thank you so much.Leslie

My husband and I went through the drive-through and ordered seniors coffee and the young lady at the window would not slow down enough to allow us to choose what we wanted to order. She continuously said is that all is that all is that all we became so frustrated. We just got coffee and no food and left. She shut the drive-through window in my husband’s face as soon as she handed him the coffee she was very rude and hateful.

Not sure if they put it in the wrong cup, but it was a quarter empty?? My husband brought it to me and they said they were super busy. I’m hoping for their sake it is in the wrong cup, but that it really terrible service if they can’t make the correct size drink that I ordered. No coffee at this place has ever been consistent, but they are always decently nice.

As a huge supporter of Dunkin' Donuts, I was excited to stop and pick up brunch for a school outing with my grand. Big mistake! I stood in line for almost 25 minutes, then waited on my order for another 20. The order was wrong and the food was cold and stale.It appeared that there was more than adequate help to meet the demands of the morning traffic. So being "short of help" shouldn't have been the "excuse" as it seems to be everywhere nowadays. I was very frustrated with the experience as were the other patrons in the store. I made my first and last visit to this location.Whatever happened to kind, friendly people in the service industry? As a 40 year retired veteran nurse, I know that there is simply no excuse accepted

Stopped in on Monday October 9th around 3:30 and it was reasonably busy. The guy who assisted me was very sweet, I think his name tag said Tiny. There was another girl working there with red hair and tattoos. I couldn't read her name tag but it was silver and not white like the other employees. While I was ordering and speaking with Tiny she interrupted us and yelled at me saying it would take time since I plan on ordering food. I figured that from the line in the drive thru and didn't care... I could tell the guy I was talking to was stressed. I ordered a large water next and she yelled do you want that hot too! She continued to snap and cuss at the other workers in there while I waited and was acting very aggravated that there were customers in the drive thru. She was very immature, snappy, and rude.

Why bother taking the time to decorate the donuts if this is how you plan on giving them to the customer?Just throwing multiple donuts in a bag haphazardly is unacceptable and disrespectful to the company and the customer.

Honestly would have given this place a 1 but the frozen coffee was actually edible. Everything else we got tasted frozen and old. “Iced” coffee was watered down. Wouldn’t recommend.

I have ordered from there about 5 times in the past month and my order has been wrong everytime. I order the chicken bacon and cheese croissant. Last time it was on a bagel it was so burnt one time before that I couldn't even eat it. This time my friend went to pick it up and said I didn't order cheese but it plainly is a bacon chicken and cheese croissant and this is how they sent my food. This time with my cheese in a separate bag!

The service is terrible, I ordered a croissant and a matcha tea, the croissant was delivered very quickly, but they made me wait more than 20 minutes for the tea. Also, the person who took the order wrote Green tea instead of Matcha tea. They waited until I got angry to deliver the order... They didn't even apologize...Order number 1853, It was delivered when the 1879 order had already passed. They did not even apologize.

You can tell these workers are overworked & underpaid. This place is always so busy, but the staff stays smiling and friendly. I go to this location often & sometimes it’s a bit of a wait, & sometimes my coffee isn’t made right. Buts it’s always fixed promptly with no questions asked. Today my app wasn’t working and my free coffee coupon wouldn’t scan. Fully expecting them to say “too bad”- a girl with the name Charlie on the name tag said “here I’ll take care of it for you.” I would choose this location over ANY others every single time.

Craving a donut so I go in thinking I will get a donut..... The display is almost empty so I ask is this all the lady says " yep, pretty much!" she turns and walks away...A couple minutes later she places a rack of donuts in the display that now may have 5 different kinds, so I wait as I also am the only one there except the 3 employees.The drive thru bell rings she answers it, she walks away from the drive thru and starts making something the male employee starts making a drink the other female employee I think was trying to wipe stuff off, after about 5 minutes of being totally ignored I walked out.This place sucks for service and selection and I'm calling corporate, this is not how to run a business.
