Visited this location for the first time on 4/24/24 and they had a great selection of clothing. I enjoyed shopping here, but I did have a problem with the cashier named Cayci. She asked me inappropriate questions and made inappropriate comments that other shoppers heard as well. Due to this, I will not be back. It shocks me that this store would let their worker talk to customers like Cayci does.

Refused to discount a dress with a big makeup stain on it and told us we would have to pay full price if we wanted it. Why would I ever pay full price for damaged merchandise? This has NEVER been the policy here so idk if the cashier didn't know what she was talking about or the management has changed but I won't be back anytime soon.

Beware of this store. They have one worker that is suspicious and if you use a debit card, she asks for your pin number. She has curly hair with a name tag that says Cayci. I will not shop at this store nor would recommend anyone to while she is working. She holds the line up as long as she can by talking about random things at check out with customers.

This location is bright, clean and the staff is so happy to serve you. I drive an extra 20 minutes to visit this location instead of in Cleveland because they have more staff and the morale is a lot higher. You can feel it when you walk in! Cleveland location let's you sit in line for 20/30 minutes and leaves one lonely cashier while the others chit chat and look busy, I've seen it too many times there. This is the place to go!

I have shopped at Burke's all over and love their stores,this store has a great selection and is very well laid out,but has the rudest staff I have ever encountered. As far as selection and organization It would be my favorite store,but I wouldn't go back or recommend just because of how rude the staff is. I have never felt more unwelcome or uncomfortable in a Burke's store.

New name but that's about the only thing to change. Some really good discounts on name brands. I always end up buying two or three t-shirts everything I go in. You just can't find designs like these anywhere else in athens

Can usually find some good clothes here, quality isn't the best but it's expected for the prices which are very low. I do wish they had a better setup. They have several different areas for the same, similar clothing. I had to walk through majority of the store to find a sweater I liked because there's several locations not including clearance. Staff is usually friendly and its relatively clean. Shoe selection is heavily lacking.

It's an older store but it's clean and always a great place to do back to school shopping for my kids. The prices are very reasonable, especially for name brand clothing. They also have a wide selection of on trend home decor, stationary, and more. This location also has a larger variety of merchandise compared to others. If you're a rewards member, you receive 15% off your entire purchase every Friday. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

I wanted to purchase a pair of sandals and I couldn't be more pleased. I was afraid that they wouldn't fit, but it turns out they are an exact match, I usually wear a 6.5 and i had on boots so I didn't try them on but the shoes at burkes is true to size. Burkes outlet offers a variety of shoes, clothing, home decor, baby items, children's clothing, toys, they also have low prices. They will also allow you to exchange an item with a receipt. They offer wheelchair accessibility and have a clean bathroom. This place is really nice and is easy to get in and out of at your convenience because they have great hours for everyone's time and schedules. Thank you.
